Comfortable and sustainable stay
Pros:

We were delighted with the focus on Sustainability, especially that the emissions during our stay were fully offset. The room decor was tasteful, the cutlery and utensils of good quality, and we appreciated the fan that was thoughtfull provided (it was 38-39 degrees centigrade on the day we arrived).
Also impressive was the user experience of the web interface: neatly designed, functional, and easily navigable.

Cons:

Nothing much—we had booked the garage for car parking, instructions on how to access the garage (and the key for our slot) would have been helpful.

Pros:

Alles einfach und gut zugänglich. Lage ist wirklich gut

Cons:

Ich hatte meine bose quiet Comfort Kopfhörer im Zimmer vergessen und drei mal auf unterschiedliche Weise geschrieben, leider gar keine Antwort halten. Das fand ich traurig und nehme an, dass es aufgrund der Automatik und Bods untergegangen ist

Pros:

El apartamento es muy cómodo, las camas son buenas, la única queja es la calidad de las sábanas, me parece que podrían ser mejores. Pero las toallas y todo lo demás estuvo excelente. Me gustó que cerca existen restaurantes muy buenos y una excelente cafetería

Service war nicht vorhanden, da das Hotel ohne Personal vor Ort geführt wird. Hänge gerade seit 10Minuten in der Warteschleife für den völlig überteuerten Hotelaufenthalt.

Der Teppich ist überflüssig und er war zwar sauber, hatte aber einen Fleck. Der Fernseher hat sich mehrmals ausgeschaltet.

Good location, good staff, uncomfortably hot room.

Location was a highlight. Close to shops, cafes and bars. Place was generally neat and tidy.

Cons:

COOLING!
Our room only had a small tower fan that didn’t do much at all. It was just blowing the hot air around the room. The room was so stifling hot that we literally had to drench towels in water and lay them over us to cool down while trying to sleep. We stayed on the 4th floor and the whole stay is was unbearable in the heat + the room was stuffy. Walking outside actually felt refreshing because it was so much cooler than our room.

Ho soggiornato per motivi di lavoro.
La struttura nonostante la richiesta di fattura, prima dell’arrivo (con pagamento già effettuato), non ha risposto.
Non ha risposto alla richiesta di fattura dopo il soggiorno, non ha risposto alla richiesta di fattura a fine maggio.
Ad oggi ho un pagamento con carta aziendale, a cui non corrisponde nessun documento contabile.
Booking insiste che è la struttura a dover emettere fattura.
Sconsigliato per viaggi di lavoro aziendali!

Wie man auf doch sehr begrenztem Raum das Wichtigste so unterbringt, dass es zweckmäßig ist und man sich wohlfühlen kann. Die KI-gestützte Kommunikation sowie der sichere Zugangsmechanismus zu der Unterkunft. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft.
