Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung der Apartments

Cons:

Das Hotelkonzept ist vollständig digital. Leider fiel während unseres Aufenthalts das Zugangssystem aus, sodass wir nicht mehr in unser Zimmer gelangen konnten. Der Vorfall führte zu einer erheblichen Verzögerung beim Check-out und verursachte unnötigen Stress sowie Telefonkosten, da die Service Hotline in UK sitzt. Zudem konnten wir aufgrund des Systemausfalls nicht auf unsere Frühstücksgutscheine zugreifen und mussten das Frühstück auf eigene Kosten organisieren.

Besonders enttäuscht har mich, dass auf unsere anschließenden Kontaktversuche per WhatsApp und E-Mail keine Reaktion erfolgte. Für ein Hotel ohne Rezeption sollte es verlässliche Notfallprozesse und einen deutlich besseren Kundenservice geben.

Schlimm, müssten früher abreisen und haben eine Nacht umsonst gezahlt

Die Lage war ok

Cons:

Es war extrem heiß, wir mussten früher raus, da wir ansonsten erstickt wären vor Hitze. Es gab keine Klimaanlage und die Hitze hat sich extremst im zimmer gestaut. Es gibt niemanden mit dem man Abhilfe schaffen könnte, kein Personal. Auch keine Service kein Cleaning Service und kein Personal für einen Zimmerwechsel. Extrem eng alles und stickig

Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotelzimmer, sauber und komfortabel. Check-in hat ohne Personal bestens geklappt. Das Frühstück ist leider nicht im Hotel, sondern als Voucher in der Nähe in einem Restaurant einzulösen. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

Lüftung im Bad war zu laut und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Es war nicht nachvollziehbar mit was sie verknüpft war. Auch Ihre Hotline war ratlos.

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war mit 1.20 Breite doch sehr schmal.
Für ein Wochenende gerade noch ausreichend bequem.
