Student accommodation and no personnel
Pros:

It was clean, quite new and the location great

Cons:

There is no service, no one from the hotel, no cleaning and everything is depending on your phone. It’s a very expensive student accommodation I never thought I have to do again

Presents well but not necessary 100% satisfaction.
Pros:

The apartment was clean and modern in a good location

Cons:

Without air conditioning it was a nightmare. We could leave windows open at night because it was too noisy. As the room faced west we go the very hot afternoon sun. It was just too hot to sleep in the evening.

Fantastico alojamiento en un buen barrio de Munich
Pros:

Muy confortable, con todos los servicios que necesitábamos. Atención de forma continuada a todas nuestras necesidades.
Hablando de cosas concretas, la ducha y la tranquilidad. No se oia ningun ruido ni de día ni de noche.

Valeu pela localização, porém um pouco decepcionante.
Pros:

O melhor sem dúvida é a localização, pois é um bairro excelente com padaria, restaurantes, supermercado e metrô, tudo perto. O quarto é muito bom e a vaga para o carro também.

Cons:

O quarto é muito bom, porém não tem ar condicionado, e no verão da Alemanha, sofremos um pouco para dormir a noite. Outra coisa que as cortinas não vedam a claridade, então 5h da manhã já estava claro dentro do quarto. O hotel não tem funcionários presenciais, então nossa chave eletrônica não fucionou e demorou um pouco até termos a resposta de que havia uma chave fisica numa espécie de caixa de correio. E como não há funcionários, não há café da manhã!! Eles vendem com café da manhã, porém vc tem um voucher e pode tomar café em um restaurante próximo, mas o voucher era de 35 euros o casal, mas um suco de laranja nesse restaurante custa 5 euros, portanto rendia muito pouco.
