Irreführende Einstufung als Hotel. Katastrophaler Service, Zimmer nett ab. ohne Wasser auf demZimmer
Cons:

Die Garagenreservierung per E-Mail wurde innerhalb von 3 Tagen nicht bearbeit, so dass ich am Anreisetag keine Garage bekommen habe. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit , dass Auto zum Entladen am Eingang abzustellen. Die elektronischen Türöffnungen sind sehr kompliziert zu handhaben und waren an den beiden Tagen zum Teil auch kaputt. Telefonsupport ausschließlich auf Englisch mit irreführenden Infos zur Garage. Frühstück wird suggeriert , das es im hause ist, aber tatsächlich im Cafe in der Nachbarschaft was erst ab 9:00 Uhr öffnet. Das Depot für den Garagenschlüssel war nicht dort wo ich hingeschickt wurde. Überhaupt kein persönlicher Ansprechpartner vor Ort.

Sabbe und alles in der Küche und BAD erste Klasse. Auch die Matratze ist hervorragend.

Cons:

Außer mir sind auch andere Gäste erst bei mehrmaligen Versuchen in die - nur mit einem Code mit 2 x Raute wo sich dann die Eingangstür zum Gebäude öffnen sollte, in das Gebäude abends gelangt.

Es gibt keinen Empfang am Abend.
Das stresst ganz schön!!!
Leider ist die Bedienung züber das Mobile Handy eine nette Idee- aber auch die Jungen hatten Ihre Schwierigkeit.
So konnten wir in Teamarbeit die Technik kennenlernen. Das ist aber nicht Sin von Entspannung am Abend

Gute, ruhige Lage. Für Businesstrip eher ungeeignet
Pros:

Gute ruhige Lage, nah zur U-Bahn.
Das Frühstück im Wassermann war lecker (Frühstück nicht im Hotel, im fussläufigem Café, leider erst ab 9 Uhr und es dauert auch etwas).
Das Bett war bequem, eher weich (aber nur 1,40 breit im Standard Zimmer).
Ich hatte ein Problem mit der Lüftung, das sehr schnell gelöst wurde. Allerdings gehe ich davon aus, das das nur zwischen 9 und 17 Uhr so schnell möglich ist, weil es sonst kein Personal im Hotel gibt.

Cons:

Leider gibt es Probleme mit dem Abfluss. In meinem Bad und auch in der Toilette im schönen Coworking Bereich hat es sehr gestunken. Auch andere Rezensionen haben das schon berichtet. Leider hat sich der Geruch auf das ganze Zimmer ausgeweitet.
Die Information, dass das Frühstück außerhalb ist, habe ich erst nach der Buchung gesehen. Ist nicht transparent. Das Frühstückslokal (2 min entfernt) öffnet erst um 9 Uhr und es hat auch etwas gedauert. Für einen Business Trip nicht geeignet.
Mich hat das rein digitale Konzept des Hotels nicht überzeugt, vor allem nicht für berufliche Zwecke. Sehr viel Kommunikation im Vorfeld nötig (man wird über booking, email und WhatsApp kontaktiert). Die Rechnung erhält man erst bis zu zwei Wochen nach checkout.
