Auf den Punkt gebracht: „viel heisse Luft“! Vollmundige, blumige, pseudo-hippe WhatsApp und E-Mail Nachrichten, aber lei
Pros:

Praktische Lage, theoretisch alles da, was es verspricht. Matratzen sehr bequem.

Cons:

Schon im Vorfeld schwierig, jegliches nicht vom Algorithmus vorgesehene Detail der Buchung umzusetzen.
Angekommen, funktionierte die durchgehend vorgesehene Bedienung mit dem Smartphone (Türen, Aufzug, etc) zu keiner Zeit. Alle Gäste suchten ratlos Hilfe. Diese kam zwar, aber die Ärmsten konnten nur teilweise helfen, die nicht funktionierende Technik zu kompensieren.
Wir hatten 2 Appartements, die beide nachlässig gereinigt waren. Fensterrahmen vergammelt, offensichtlich nie gereinigt.

Felt like home very quickly. Ready to recommend and come back.
Pros:

A great concept to stay without much support by staff needed. Very thoughtfully prepared studio with attention to many details - full kitchen with fridge, 2 plate stove, dishwasher, hot water maker …

Cons:

While set up and design was great, we would have liked a bit bigger double bed (140) .

Cons:

Das Türschloss hat nachts um drei nicht funktioniert, bekamen dann Infos per WhatsApp. Mehrere Versuche, dann hat es geklappt. Ist mir noch nie dort passiert. Ist aber äußerst unangenehm mitten in der Nacht, ich war nüchtern und konnte es nicht auf Zuviel Alkohol zurück führen. Überlege jetzt natürlich, ob ich dort nochmal buchen soll, falls die Tür sich nicht öffnen lässt.

Gute Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Appartement ist so wie abgebildet. Die Lage in Schwabing ist sehr schön. Läden, Restaurants, U-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons:

Bei der Sauberkeit ist Luft nach oben. Fleckiger Teppich, schmutzige Fenster, penetranter Raumduft.

Cocina totalmente equipada. Lavavajillas, nevera,tostadora. Cafetera, cubiertos, vajilla... Todo. Limpio.

Apartamento espacioso, sin embargo, la cama pegada a pared con acceso algo complicado.

Cons:

Para abrir todas las puertas y el ascensor, hay que usar el móvil. Prefiero y considero más cómodo una tarjeta .

Gutes Konzept, nachhaltig, alles digital, DIY aber auch Hilfe da wenn nötig.

Cons:

Leider war das Bett für zwei zu schmal und die Matratze für uns viel zu weich. Wir haben 4 Nächte schlecht geschlafen.
