sehr saubere, große Zimmer mit Balkon; kostenloses WLAN; Gartenanlage sehr gepflegt und schön angelegt mit Olivenbäumen und Blumen; Poolbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen; sehr freundliches Personal; Poolbar mit Wein und Cocktails; Parkplätze genügend direkt in der Hotelanlage vorhanden; Frühstück im überdachten Außenbereich;

Cons:

Balkon teilen sich immer zwei Zimmer, dieser ist leider nur durch eine Eisenstange abgetrennt, keine Trennwand oder Sichtschutz vorhanden; Personal spricht nur teilweise Englisch; Liegen und Sonnenschirm am Strand (eigener Strandabschnitt!) müssen bezahlt werden, dies ist niergens angeschrieben und auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt es wäre im Zimmerpreis mitinbegriffen -> kulanterweise wurde uns beim Auschecken der Preis erlassen; Frühstück überschaubar: Kaffee sehr dünn, jeden Tag gleiche Auswahl (kalte hartgekochte Eier, Schinken, Käse, Salami, Bananen, Äpfel, Joghurt und Müsli, Croissants, Toast und Semmeln), warme Eierspeisen kosten extra, was wir bei "Frühstück inbegriffen" doch kostenlos erwartet hätten; Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Geräusche sowohl von draußen als auch vom Nebenzimmer deutlich hörbar;

Loved the location but the hotel is far from 4 stars.

Loved the pool, the two lovely ladies at reception and the location.

Cons:

The breakfast service, very uncomfortable beds, bathrooms smelled and late night attendant was very rude.

It’s fine, basic clean hotel
Pros:

The property is ok, but is really dependent on the rooms, be mindful to check the rooms against what is advertised. The pool area is lovely. The ladies at reception during the day are fantastic and really helped make the stay comfortable, same can’t be said for the men who work the desk in the eve, very unhelpful and rude

Cons:

Some of the beds are old.
They also only give you one key, which means you can’t keep the air-conditioner on whilst you’re out, so you come home to a very hot room every day it also makes it hard when you’re two people trying to travel and have to share one hotel key.

With just a little effort this could be a great place
Pros:

The room was big, nice beds, very close to the excelent beach at Montepaone.

Cons:

The floor of the room was very dusty, the breakfast could be better (no self service coffee, mainly canned fruit instead of fresh, no natural juices, industrial cakes).

Ottimo hotel nuovo vicino a tutto A Montepaone. La mia camera era nuovissima , silenziosa e comoda con ottima vista su piscina e mare. Bellissima la sala colazione all’aperto e coperta allo stesso tempo con ottimi prodotti. Giardini ben curati e piscina fantastica con possibilità di farsi arrivare gli Spritz. Consiglio.
