Muy buena elección…
Pros:

Nos ha encantado todo, no hemos podido escoger mejor.
Desde la comida, la limpieza, los monitores de tiempo libre y todo el personal del complejo hotelero se esfuerzan a diario para que nuestras vacaciones sean inolvidables.
Las habitaciones son enormes y muy limpias.
Se cambian las toallas todos los días y las sábanas les dejas una cartulina encima de la cama si quieres que te las cambien.
La comida muy rica y variada.
El ocean es un restaurante italiano y tienes que reservar desde la aplicación del hotel.
Si volvemos a Tenerife sin duda volveremos a este hotel..

I love the cleanliness, the lady and man that attended to us on the 27th night when 12 of us came in were so pleasant...

Cons:

Charging for iron, no milk for tea in the room except you walk to the bar and request , this should be basic hotels things...
Lightning in the room could be better.

Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa desde la llegada con la Atención de Joel un chico súper amable y profesional q nos atendió en Recepción y ya luego las instalaciones limpias, cómodas y súper amplias nos encantó el Hotel los empleados muy atentos siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa y eso nos dejó con una bonita imagen. Volveremos sin dudas ya que fuimos solo 2 días x nuestro aniversario y como vivimos en la Isla tendremos q volver con nuestro hijo.

El buffet está bastante bien, y las instalaciones están bien.
El personal generalmente bastante amable, pero la verdad que quiero destacar a la camarera Rosi, ya que desde el minuto uno ha sido súper atenta con nosotros y siempre con una sonrisa.

Cons:

Yo recomiendo que en los dulex pongan un sofá y no dos sillas en la zona del (salón) para el visionado de la tele.

Un hotel muy bueno
Pros:

El personal muy amable,te resuelve todo muy rápido,Muy muy amables todos.Las habitaciones muy amplias.

Cons:

En las habitaciones hay olor a lejía creo que le falta unos ambiantadores para tener un olor más agradable pero todo estaba bastante limpio.El los baños no hay acondicionador para el pelo.,para un hotel de 4 estrellas me parece raro.
