Pros:

Мы снимали номер my favorite, номер хороший, уборщицы отличные. Единственный бонус что есть лаундж зона где есть нормальные напитки, на этом бонусы заканчиваются. Еда не особо, но это на мой вкус, но ее много и почти весь день есть что перекусить

Cons:

Отбитая плитка в бассейне, что можно ноги перерезать. С периодичностью грязная посуда в ресторане. Нет игровой комнаты которая заявлена на букинге, есть комната с игровыми автоматами, но там не работает обменник, соответственно если нет кучи монет по 1 евро, то делать там нечего. Кофе на обед и ужин нет, только ходить в бар, а хотелось бы вместе с едой пить кофе. Анимация не очень, в основном только для взрослых ну или больших детей ( в бассейне где глубоко игры и футбол ).

Todo se puede mejorar....

Me gustaron los horarios para comer .

Cons:

Las duchas de la.piscina no funcionan la mayoria, el suelo es muy resbaladizo y varias personas se cayeron y los socorristas ni se acercan....la comida...regular y el restaurante en el que debes reservar tampoco noté diferencia en la comida. El personal (no todos ) la mayoría nos hablaban en inglés y nosotros somos y estamos en canarias tampoco responden a los buenos días o buenas tardes.....
Las hamacas como no cogidas sobretodo en la.piscina donde hacen las actividades desde antes d q la piscina esté abierta ....eso sí si consigues hamaca cuando vayas a comer tienes q cargar con tus cosas porque a los 30 min
.
Te las retiran d la hamaca ....y luego ya pues no consigues..

Mejor imposible
Pros:

El trato y la amabilidad del personal que en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades.

Cons:

A mí hija la pequeña no le gustaron las abejas pero contra la naturaleza no podemos luchar. La experiencia fue fantástica, sin duda repetiremos. Espero que sea antes de dos años jeje
