Please note that the beach is located downhill, 800 metres away from the property.

Guests booking Non-Refundable Rates should inform Hotel Belavista Da Luz of their invoicing details (Name, Address and VAT number) at the time of booking.

Half Board includes a 3 course meal (starter, main course and dessert). Only waters included. All the other drinks are not included.

Please note that children up to 11 years old will be charged EUR 17,25 per night for the half board. This supplement is paid directly to the property.

Schönes Hotel in Luz
Pros:

Es war ein grosses Zimmer mit viel Stauraum und ein sehr schöner grosser Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Klimaanlage war top und das Zimmer sauber. Allgemein sehr ruhig am Abend im Hotel. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr hart, da könnte man noch optimieren. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig, immer das selbe. Für in den Sprudel muss eine Badekappe gekauft werden für 5 Euro.

Pros:

O espaço é agradável e bem situado, os funcionários são simpáticos e disponíveis, o ambiente é calmo e relaxante.

Cons:

Quando limparam o wc deixaram o chão demasiado molhado e as camas não ficaram bem feitas, a roupa não estava esticada, o pequeno almoço é muito básico para um 4 estrelas, não tinha chocolate para pôr no leite, nem ovos estrelados, nem donuts. As carnes frias tinham poucas variedades e mesmo os folhados havia poucas opções, mas o que estava disponível estava bom.

Muy buena ubicacion (area) y super Piscina
Pros:

Por la ubicacion (area) es una opcion interesante y nos dejar una hora mas en el dia de salida es realmente un plus importante. Area Piscina super interesante, habitacion amplia y silenciosa.

Cons:

Al check in el personal ha hecho de todo para resultar no disponible y no simpatico. La "nueva costumbre" de no tener ni una botella de agua en la habitacion es simplemte horrible. Sin bar abierto, sin disponibilidad de agua en todo el hotel, cual seria la solucion?

Goed verzorgd hotel, niet te massaal met hier en daar wat verbeterpuntjes . Service is goed en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Kleinschaligheid van het hotel en de wijze waarop het gebouwd is (u-vorm).Kamers werden goed schoongemaakt, over het algemeen vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt. Mooie tuin en goede mogelijkheden om te parkeren.

Cons:

Schimmel in de douche ( randen bij douchewand), geen plek om je eigen spullen in douche neer te zetten, onlogische indeling badkamer( wellicht verschillend per kamer), geen parasol of iets van zonwering op balkon. Fitness weinig mogelijkheden of defect. Badmuts in wellness wat overdreven. Weinig parasols bij zwembad en omdat het geheel in de zon ligt is het fijn als die er wel zijn.
