it's located at this beautiful little parc, the stuff was super friendly, the rooms very clean, the decoration & whole interior of the hotel is amazing, well chosen, nice details and the breakfast buffet delicious! this hotel is by far the best I ever was in Lisbon and I am here often.

Colazione ottima, buona scelta sia per qualità che per quantità. Camera ottima. Hotel storico, bello e con carattere l'arredamento, sia delle camere che delle parti comuni. Bagno spazioso con doccia comoda. Letti grandi, lenzuola di qualità, apprezzato il bollitore per tisana, la macchina per espresso e acqua in bottiglia in camera. Apprezzato l'assenza di plastica usa e getta per accessori e servizi in camera. Staff cordiale, discreto, competente e disponibile. A parte in una camera, l'insonorizzazione è ottima, e l'affaccio, se si opziona una camera con vista parco, è bellissima. Si è a due passi dalla zona centrale, pur essendo in una piccola oasi di tranquillità. Metropolitana 3 minuti a piedi, ma comunque il servizio offerto dai Bolt-Uber o tassisti è economico e veloce. Apprezzato il fatto che entrando in questo hotel si ha proprio la sensazione di essere a Lisbona e non in un anonimo business-hotel.

Cons:

Solo qualche "peccato veniale". L'insonorizzazione, in una delle due camere prenotata aveva la porta-finestra che non chiudeva bene facendo passare i rumori provenienti dalla strada sottostante. Abbiamo segnalato l'inconveniente. Qualche appendiabiti da muro in camera sarebbe utile. Manca lo specchio da trucco in bagno. Peccato che il ristorante interno sia stato momentaneamente chiuso. Risolti questi suggerimenti, la struttura è da 10 e lode.

Great accomodation in a good location
Pros:

Fantastic room with a view of the square, we were made aware of building work happening next door in advance of our stay and were assured we could be moved if it was impactful (it wasn't as we were mostly out all day). The bed was comfortable and the room was well equipped. The staff were very pleasant and attentive.

Cons:

The only critique was the bathroom that was very small. Despite this, it was of a good standard, just not much room in there!

With any next visit in Lisbon, will stay here absolute again!
Pros:

The hotel is centrally positioned. at the moment some constructions around the hotel, but on weekends and nights no problem. From the hotel you walk easily down town to all differant area's. And the good thing is that the hotel area at nights is very quit and outside any city noise.
The rooms have a great athmosphere. The breakfast room as well. The breakfast itself is luxereous. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
