The hotel was very clean and perfectly located for a quick city break stay.
Pros:

The hotel is exceptionally clean, the location is very convenient and feels safe. Lots of restaurant options nearby, very close to main tourist spots.

Cons:

The only drawback I saw was the lack of a water filling station. They only provide one moderately large bottle for the room each day, and then there is one communcal glass bottle by the reception area. However, for someone taking medicine that requires a lot of water, not being able to refill a personal water bottle was very inconvenient.

Perfect location, small park in front of the hotel

Cons:

Value for money, for that price I expect a more modern hotel. Example: Me personally, I do not like ancient furniture and I do not want to put my clothes into an old closet

Hotel Alegria was a memorable stay for my family and I highly recommend it for first time visitors to Lisbon
Pros:

Away from all the activity but close enough to walk to all the neighborhoods. Quite peaceful and loved the park and coffee across the street. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced and I travel a lot. So many offerings of meats, eggs, fresh fruit and juices, and breads. Rooms were beautiful and bright with floor to ceiling doors out to the patio.

Cons:

Lacking a fitness room but I get it since it’s a boutique hotel. Wait staff was a bit slow in the hotel restaurant for dinner.

One of our best hotel stays ever.
Pros:

The breakfast exceeded our expectations and for sure was one of the standouts.
