het zwembad!!!!???? Er is helemaal geen zwembad. Dat was teleurstelling 1. Dan 2 het stoombad was defect en de sauna was die dag eerder uitgeschakeld. Dan denk je alles te hebben gehad en kom je terug op de kamer voor een warme douche is het warme-water op.
Ik heb een fles champagne op de kamer gekregen om mijn verdriet weg te kunnen drinken....:-)
Het is gewoon teleurstellend dat je 170 euro voor een kamer betaald en er enkel kunt slapen. Het ontbijt was goed en de mensen heel vriendelijk.
Karakteristieke, stijlvolle uitstraling beneden. Kamers missen wel sfeer maar erg ruim en mogelijkheid om koffie en thee te drinken.
Ligging aan wandelroutes perfect
Prijzen eten en drinken erg hoog. Ontbijt prima maar gezien prijs merr verse producten verwacht als kwark/ yoghurt, roombotercroissants en vers sap
Barpersoneel erg vroeg weg.
Mensen zijn heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt is heel rijkelijk. Kamers zijn heel ruim. Badkamer is ook heel ruim.
Het wellness gedeelte. Enkel de sauna was beschikbaar en de fitnessruimte. Terwijl er een zwembad aanwezig is maar geen water. En de hamas was ook buitengebruik. Terwijl uiteindelijk de wellness mij over de streep heeft getrokken om daar te boeken. Jammer.
De locatie en de kamer had een goed bed.
Het is echt wel vergane glorie. Overal is slijtage zichtbaar, van de kale plekken op het tapijt, de beschadigde stoelen in het bargedeelte tot de (plak)vlekken in het tapijt van de ontbijtruimte. Op de kamer zaten er tegels in de badkamer los, de douche gaf het ene moment een normale straal en het andere kwam er bijna geen en/of koud water uit.
Ook ontbraken een nachtkastje en de bedlampjes.
Bij uitchecken over dit alles een opmerking geplaatst en toen hoefden we de 2 drankjes van de bar niet te betalen ter compensatie. Net gebaar naar ons, maar voor de komende gasten heeft het hotel wel een kleine renovatie nodig.
Close to the Mullerthal trail. You can literally start hiking from the front of the hotel! There’s also a bus station in front of the hotel.
Most of the staff were really nice and welcoming.
The breakfast was really good and diverse.
Some of the staff at the restaurant were not very nice or attentive. The water pressure at the shower was weak. The spa facility felt deserted and out of date.

Der Spabereich war sehr spartanisch. Es gab nur eine kleine Sauna für das Hotel.
Vriendelijkheid personeel, fantastisch ontbijt, het welkom zijn.

Vraiment dommage qu'il n'y a plus cette magnifique piscine intérieure. A refaire, je choisirai une chambre côté lac. Bon pdj mais si envie d'un chocolat chaud, le demander au serveur car celui de la machine n'est vraiment pas terrible.
