הצוות יוצא מגידרו לספק שירות וחווית לקוח טובה.
שידרגו לנו את החדר בלי שבכלל ביקשנו.
המלון מבריק, נעים ומרווח.
ארוחת בוקר טובה. אמנם לא מגוונת . שילוב של מזנון והזמנה מתפריט ללא הגבלה.
בהחלט נהננו מהמלון!

Pros:

Excellent hospitality, beautiful classic interior, quality furniture, high-end bar and restaurant, private sauna sessions, high speed wi-fi internet, supreme location.

Cons:

During our stay it was -13C outside and our room felt cold, heating was set at the max. After we asked the reception we were offered an electric heater which made room temperature comfortable.

Wonderful hotel,
Perfect location, service on the highest level by all means!
The staff was very kind and made all passable efforts to make our staying most comfortable.
The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely we will stay only at Stikliai hotel when we will visit Vilnius again.

Pros:

We loved almost everything about our stay. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our private spa access. It made the experience feel special.

Cons:

Nothing not to like. However the breakfast buffet could be improved upon and the waiters could be more attentive. But it's really not a deal breaker.
