Last day of operation, everyone in a rush to close the hotel.
Pros:

The room and the restaurant.

Cons:

It was last day of operation and people were so in rush to close. Of course, nobody mentioned that it’s last day, even thought I got counless messages with advertisement content. The spa receptionist was very dismissive when we went there not knowing that we have to make a booking beforehand. Overall, I felt that they wanted to kick me out as soon as possible.

Pros:

The hotel blamed Booking.com for wanting to put we in a different hotel to the rest of my family. Apparently an issue with how Booking.com take the bookings.

Cons:

It burnt a day of my life fixing the situation and initially they wanted me to pay more. Booking.com and the hotel need to improve their communication with one another and not make customers the victim of your lack of coordination.

Possibly would have been better if not closing as the end of the season
Pros:

Breakfast/Brunch very good with lots of choice
WiFi works well
Good App with information about resort
App works really well for putting on any maintenance issues or requesting an iron etc sent to room
Beach and beds very good, lots of areas to choose from
Room not a great size glad we choose a junior suite or would possibly have been very cramped
Very large bed which is very comfortable (duvet wasn’t big enough for bed though it was a foot shorter than the width of the bed)
Lovely promenade walk around the harbour with lots of restaurants and bars

Cons:

The 2 Pool bars closed at 6 & 7pm (one afternoon we went to one of the pool bars and it was closed)
Only a couple of restaurants open with bars to get a drink not really comfortable to sit and enjoy a drink
No milk but tea and coffee in room
Couldn’t turn air con lower than 26 asked maintenance to have a look at and adjusted to 22. Hotel info says you can adjust but we didn’t seem to be able to.
Fridge not cold but again asked maintenance and they adjusted so it was cold
Room service only until 9pm
Not the best value for money hotel we have stayed in as facilities aren’t that great, everything seems to be closed by 9pm or and some places not open but it is towards the end of the season
Very quiet area of Croatia if that is what you require

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt und absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Alles war sehr gut. Durch die Nebensaison war das Hotel auch nicht überlaufen.

Cons:

Es gab nichts negatives.

Not All inclusive

Cons:

Good property but for sure it is not all inclusive! We were constantly being sent away as we were not allowed to different pool. I know there’s a lot of hotels there but there should be restaurants close to our hotel and not behind the building far away from our hotel. Restaurant on the 4.floor was only for specific hotel even though it was close to our hotel. If we knew, we could pay more not just be limited with restaurants, pools etc. We’ve been to all inclusive all around the world but this one didn’t make ant sense
