What a lovely property and so convenient to everything in Evora! It is just inside the city walls so no need to navigate the tiny cobbled streets of the old city. And they have parking. Every staff member we dealt with ( from check in, to room service, to bar tender, to breakfast attendants) was exceptional. We highly recommend this property and will stay here again on our next visit to Evora.

No real negatives, just need to update the shower screen as we had a bit of water splashing o; the floor.
This place is phenomenal! We were well taken care of from the moment we entered the property. The host was extremely friendly and gave clear instructions on how to navigate the city. Our room was large and clean. The breakfast, which was included for us, was perfect. I highly recommend staying here!

Breakfast was ok, we stayed mutiple days and enjoyed a limited variety of items. They need more variety of fruits.
The pillows need to be updated and the a/c unit was not working properly.
All members of the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. They recommended outings and were quick to jump up from the desk to find something or make a drink at the bar. They all seem multi-talented. The room and bathroom were large, plenty of room to move around. Linens and mattress were comfortable. I liked the fruit, yogurt, and seeds at the breakfast bar, and the cook was always available to make eggs or pancakes.
Coffee/cappuccino machine at the buffet could be upgraded. After the first morning, I didn't even drink the coffee there, waited until I got to town. My husband did have a stuffy nose part of the time when in the room. I think the rug and sofa probably are holding onto some allergens or mold.
