Amazing, would visit again!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff! Amazing food, even for eating vegan/vegetarian (naturally still more meaty options, but also some very nice veg ones and you can see that they’re trying). Lovely shower with good water pressure. Great towel service. Smooth communication in English. Easy online check-in and option to rent a car for the next day with the lovely reception team (they call the local car rental for you, you can leave the key with them in the end, multiple parking spaces around the hotel, all super smooth and easy). Everything is very clean. Super close to the beach and all the beach cafes. Cute little supermarket just across the street as well. Definitely would be up for coming back! Gracias por todo!🫶

Le buffet pas soigné et pas varié, manque de créativité. Hôtel qui nécessite un sérieux rafraîchissement. Charnières douche rouillées, meubles abîmés, chaises en Skaï qui s’effritent. Nettoyage sommaire et cage d’escaliers pas propre. Rapport qualité prix mauvais.

The staff was amazing, they seemed to be genuinely happy to be there doing their job. Everyone was friendly, especially Marga, Selma, and Eric at the front desk, Alex and Nico in the dining area were so helpful every day! I can't praise the customer service quality enough.

Overall, we d go back. Luxury hotel at a good price in a great location for a cycling holiday.
Pros:

The location is perfect, just a short walk (2 mins) from a the lovely swimming beach and all the shops. It was a lovely hotel, very clean, and had everything we needed for a girls cycling trip. The food was excellent too.

Cons:

The only slight negative was the availability (or lack or) of the drinking water at meals. You could pay 2.50 euro for a very small bottle at the table, but as a group of cyclists, this was expensive way to keep hydrated. So we brought our own drinking water to the table (we bought wine from wine list) but this didn’t go down well with the staff. I don’t mind paying for water, but 2.50 euro for under 500mls at the table is too much. Plus the top up machine in the foyer (that you had to pay for) was expensive. So we ended up buying plastic bottles from the SPAR, and storing them in our fridge and smuggling it into dinner. The staff also seemed surprised every evening when we turned up as a group of 8. Even though we were there for 5 nights. I m not sure why they couldn’t just saved us a table every night for 8 people! We did try and ask!

Fantastic from start to finish would recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

We spend 8 days and wished we had of been longer but hotel was completely booked, from start to finish all aspects were excellent, especially the staff and the food, will definitely go back next year
