Pros:

el trato del personal fue espectacular y la limpieza fue de 10. Les faltó informarme de que la fachada estaba en obras (pintando la fachada) y no había vistas a gran vía, cuando mandé un mail solicitando ésto, y me dijeron que según disponibilidad, cuando se sabía perfectamente que la disponibillidad era 0.

Habitación muy cómoda y todo muy limpio. Y lo más importante es que aunque esté en la gran via la habitación está muy bien insonorizada.

Hay escaleras antes de poder acceder al ascensor y la cocina no tiene estropajo ni jabón

Los cuartos cuentan con una cocina pequeña pero super completa y funcional, todo limpio a diario.

El acceso al hotel, escaleras, ascensor, más escaleras y otro ascensor. La recepción en medio.

Staff were helpful, the location was great. But noisy guests especially with children wasn’t great.

The access to the main street of Madrid was great, with plenty of eating and shopping options.

Cons:

The adjoining guests were very noisy particularly those with children. We had a loud child in the room above who jumped and banged around on the floor, with the noise radiating below.
