Estupendo hotel céntrico
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal, la amplitud y comodidad de la habitación, el estupendo baño.

Cons:

Desayuno poco variado. Con mejor pan, y añadiendo jamón serrano y fruta fresca de temporada, mejoraría notablemente.

Pros:

Primero el personal de la recepcion, en especial el chico que estaba de mañana y nos atendio que de diez. Luego el resto de compañeros super majos. La chica de la limpieza, super amable. Y luego el hotel en general, muy cuidado, limpisimo, para mi un 10 alto, sin dudarlo cuando vuelva a madrid ahi me alojare.

Cons:

Pues algunas gamberradas que hacen un tipo de gente. Hay que respectar, y no molestar ni hacer alguna cosilla que nos toco en la habitacion nuestra.

Cons:

Froskost var veldig fatig vi gikk ut for å spise frokost . Utenfor rommet var det byggeannlegg hbpr de vekket oss fra kl 07.00 og de som jobbet der kunne se inn i rommet vårt. Sengen var ikke god .

Hermoso departamento con vista a la Gran Vía, servicio de limpieza todos los días. muy bien ubicado, el personal es muy atento y servicial, volveremos!

location was great

Cons:

This is not an accessible hotel. There are multiple sets of stairs between elevators. When travelling with a lot of luggage and baby, it was difficult.
Kitchen had no frying pans to use on stove.
