Una gran decepción. Las fotos de sus publicaciones en internet no correspondían para nada con las instalaciones reales del hotel. Está descuidado, viejo sucio pequeño oscuro, te piden al entrar un depósito para protegerse literalmente de que no destruyas la habitación al salir. En ningún hotel hemos visto eso, así que cuidado porque quién sabe qué tipo de hospedaje recibe esta gente. Cuando pedí hablar con el responsable gerente, encargado o algo del hotel para comentarle el gran fraude del precio qué tienen por lo que ofrecen nadie respondió, el encargado no está en Barcelona, y el gerente no vive tampoco ahí en Barcelona. No sé qué tipo de administración tengan. El hotel está al cuidado del recepcionista. Imagínense nada más. La explicación de la chica de recepción fue decirme que en booking ponen fotos de otros hoteles y eso corresponde a un fraude.

Camera e bagno sempre pulito, lo staff meraviglioso, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra e gentilissimi.
Ho apprezzato molto al check up la gentilezza del ragazzo che ha detto di non uscire ancora fuori e di aspettare sul divano finché arriva il taxi, (erano le 3 di notte ed ero insieme a mio figlio , 11anni) Appena è arrivato il taxi è uscito il ragazzo a parlare con il tassista poi ci ha chiamati.
La loro gentilezza è da apprezzare molto, sono stati loro a prenotare il taxi per noi.
Se dovessi ritornare a Barcellona sicuramente ritornerò nello stesso hotel.

Realmente si nos gustó, lo único es un poco pequeño.
Eigenlijk niks maar als ik toch iets positiefs moet opnoemen dan was het de taxi naar ons volgende adres/bestemming.
Veel te klein je kon je kont nog niet draaien.
En kilo zwaarder en ik had mij niet kunnen douche.
Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg / Straat, nu is dat voor ons geen probleem. Maar als dan je raam niet dicht gaat om dat het de kruk van het raam niet aanwezig is dan doe je geen ook dicht.
Er was alleen 1 laken beschikbaar als beddegoed.
Bij het inchecken 10 handtekeningen moeten plaatsen op divers papiertjes om diverse redenen.
Niet werkende pc bij het inchecken anno 2026 dit heeft 45 min geduurd. De medewerker heeft ons uit eindelijk de hotel kamer geopend waarna wij een uur later onze keycard kregen. Sterk verouderd hotel dus
