Room was very basic, but clean. Looks like they've done some update but on the cheap. Needs alot more work done especially in the bathroom

É inaceitável que o Booking tenha cancelado a minha reserva poucos dias antes da minha viagem, apesar de eu ter tentado efetuar o pagamento e de o ter realizado dentro do prazo estipulado.
Esta falha grave obrigou-me a fazer uma nova reserva de última hora, a um preço significativamente mais elevado, causando-me prejuízo financeiro e condicionando seriamente a minha viagem.
Mais grave ainda é o facto de não terem dado qualquer resposta aos vários emails que enviei, demonstrando total desrespeito pelo cliente e falta de apoio.
Sinto-me prejudicado, ignorado e profundamente insatisfeito com este serviço.
Perfect location for the city center.
The hotel is particularly old and poorly maintained. The walls are dirty, and the fake parquet in our room was peeling. The bathroom had stains on the ceiling. Cleaning was poorly done. The bed was a queen-size.

The place is in the very center of Barcelona City
The place is too old. In the add it has air-conditioning but its doesnt work as they needed to save energy at that moment based on the staff so I requested an electricfan and the staff ignored it. The room window was unlocked outside is extremely noisy to be able to lock it you have to request the staff again and wait for them when they like bcoz it has a special keys. The staff is not friendly you have to request many times before you they take actions. Not a very good experience its a pitty as it is in very good location.
