Pros:

Boa localização onde existe mesmo uma porta de facilita a passagem direta para uma rua que vai desembocar na praça perto do porto. Estacionamento pago mesmo ao lado do hotel. O quarto modesto, mas agradável que reúne o essencial com uma boa base de duche. Vista direta para a piscina, lago e serra. Excelente pequeno almoço. Imensa variedade e qualidade com reposição rápida. Funcionário simpáticos e prestáveis. Piscina e espaços envolventes agradáveis apesar de não ter usufruído.

Cons:

Apenas a arquitetura do hotel estar um pouco desenquadrada com o restante que o rodeia. Mas nada que posso prejudicar a estadia

Great hotel very close to town
Pros:

Location is superb, right in the heart of Riva. The pool and sun beds are a nice addition, especially being so close to the centre. Breakfast selection is excellent - the best we’ve had around Lake Garda! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit small and could be more storage space.

Sensationelles Frühstück, freundliches Personal, super Lage und schöne Pool-Anlage.
Pros:

Neben den offensichtlichen Punkten der grossartigen Lage, dem Pool, Spa und allen Angeboten machte das freundliche Personal und eines der besten Frühstücksbuffets, das wir je gesehen haben, den Unterschied zu vielen anderen Hotels.

Allgemein können wir das Hotel guten Gewissen gut empfehlen
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und vielfältig. Ich würde den Frühstücksraum nur mehr frische Luft zukommen lassen. Wenn es warm ist, schwitzt man da schon früh morgens. Die Lage des Hotels finden wir genial, weil man mit "Hintertür " gleich mitten in dr Stadt ist und trotzdem nicht den Lärm vorm Fester hat. Unser Fester ging zur Seite. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war für uns die Sauberkeit nicht ganz gut. Handtücher zwar gewechselt, wenn man das gewünscht hat, aber gefegt und gewischt wohl nicht jeden Tag. Auch nicht den Waschbecken.

Nice hotel in good location
Pros:

Property was well located to explore the lively historic center and waterfront area. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Outdoor space around the pool area was nice. Parking was convenient and secure.

Cons:

The fitness area was older and did not have mats or much selection of hand weights.

L'accès direct au centre ville par une porte "cachée" qui donne sur la rue.
Le petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix.
La cabine sauna dans la chambre

Cons:

Les couettes n'étaient pas très propres, il y avait des tâches.
En dehors de cela tout s'est bien passé
