Partendo dal personale gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare , passando per il Ristorante con cibo di ottima qualità fino ad arrivare alla bellissima piscina. Tutto ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno davvero piacevole.

Gut gefuehrtes Hotel in einem wunderschoenen Park ,
Pros:

Fruestueck war ok. Lage für Venedig zu dezentral

Cons:

10 Minuten zu fuss zum bus, 40 Minuten bus ,30 Minuten vaporetto bis zur ponte rialto. Hotel zu weit entfernt.
Restaurant- Essen sehr gut,aber preislich ueberhoeht.

A Villa Franceschi è come stare in Famiglia! Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ed è stato fantastico, la struttra ha uno charme incredibile, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità. Camera spaziosa e luminosa, una piscina invidiabile!
Abbiamo poi cenato al Ristorante Margherita con degli ottimi piatti della tradizione veneta
Sicuramente torneremo!

A stylish and comfortable stay that we would happily recommend.
Pros:

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautifully designed, clean, and very comfortable. The attention to detail made the space feel cozy yet refined. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area.

Cons:

There were no major issues. Everything was well-organized and met our expectations.
