Pros:

Це не готель. Це - one love.
Хороший, новий, якісний готел, зручні ліжка - це про нього замало.
Деталі - найважливіші: мене чекав не просто велкам дрінк на столику, а й пляшечки з кришкою, щоб взяти воду з собою, зарядний прістрій (раптом я свій загубила), чудовий арт на стіні, і найголовніше - корковий килимок для йогі. Мені не потрібно було летіти зі своїм, щоб провести онлайн класи з йоги.
В один із ранків на рецепціі (яка без персоналу) стояли круасани для гостей готелю із ресторану поруч. Це виглядало мило.

Імпонує принцип розумного використання ресурсів.
Дівчата - прибиральніці - найкращі.

Суперове розташування, за рогом - Uniqlo. Поруч це купа класних магазинів. Масса кафе

Концепція сніданків.
Якби в ті дні я поспішала на навчання, заради якого я приїхала в Мюнхен, мені було б дуже не зручно снідати в Кортідіано.
Фактично, оплачений підчас бронювання сніданок - це депозит в ресторані. Якщо не забронював столік напередодні - будеш чекати як всі, поки звільниться місце. Замовляєшь по меню і відповідно чекаєшь, поки подадуть, потім - поки розрахують. Хоча обслуговують швидко. Та все це - час.
Депозиту вистачає на одне повноцінне блюдо (навіть не кожне, з урахуваням цін). Кава, вода, сок, десерт - це все виходить екстра за доплату.
Всі страви смачні в ресторані смачні, заклад чудовий.

Але нема економії часу, як в інших готелях зі своєю кухнею.

Tout est bien pensé et efficace.

Cons:

Aucun personnel à disposition, hormis par messagerie, ce qui peut être inquiétant. Sans batterie sur le téléphone portable on peut se retrouver à la porte de l'établissement 😅.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer
Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße, die zudem noch Einbahnstraße ist (dadurch nicht so laut). Es sind jede Menge Geschäfte und Lokale im direkten Umfeld. Auch zum ÖPNV ist es nicht weit und es ist geraten, diesen auch zu benutzen. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Die Kommunikation war immer über eine KI, die nur auf Nachfrage auf deutsch geantwortet hat. Dadurch habe ich etwas länger gebraucht, um das System mit dem Schlüssel (das Handy wird zum Schlüssel) zu verstehen. Im Nachhinein ist es eine sehr praktische Sache.
Auch haben wir es mit der Lüftung nicht wirklich kühl gehabt zur Nacht. Bei sehr heißem Wetter nicht unbedingt zu Empfehlen.

Room was spacious. Enjoyed Staying here. It has great location, close. to english garden and other local cafe. Easy to check in to the room

Cons:

It doesn't provide basic house keeping. You have to pay for sheet changing or request separately for additional towel.

I guess the bathroom was the only acceptable thing

Cons:

I travel quite a lot and this one of the worst hotel-experience of my life.
First of all the room is a shoe-box. You can barely open your (small) suitcase. No wardrobe, not even a side-bed table on one side of the bed and I ended up sleeping with my face right on the window curtain, which was very dusty. Also the whole room was very dusty. And there was no cleaning service at least for three days. When I notified this, they sent me a 'complimentary' cleaning service. Also the carpet of the outside corridor is full of stain. Let's say they are definitely not great in cleaning. Then for days after I checked out the did not issue any receipt (which I needed for reimbursement purposes), since they claimed they had not been paid by Booking. And if all this seems bad, the worst part is that there is no human in charge of anything. It is all run by an AI on heavy drugs (they sent me an email asking whether I had found any magician with a rabbit in my room - how funny) which, as you can expect, is totally useless for anything but asking every day the same thing over and over again. A real nightmare on all sides.

Great location, clean and comfortable room.
Pros:

The hotel met all of our expectations. The contactless check-in and check-out process was seamless, and everything worked exactly as expected. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops.

We stayed here twice during our trip to Munich (3 nights and then 5 nights), for a total of 8 nights. Since we were travelling with our dog, we spent quite a bit of time in the room and found it comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the lack of a mini fridge. As we were travelling with our dog, we would have liked to store his food, so this would have made a big difference for us.

During our second stay, the TV channels were not working. The support team responded quickly and offered to fix the issue, but our schedule didn't allow it, and we preferred not to have anyone enter the room while we were away.

The only other suggestion would be regarding pricing. The nightly rates vary significantly between weekdays and weekends. A more balanced pricing policy would improve the overall value, as the higher weekend rates can feel a bit expensive for what is offered.

Wyjątkowo miło, pobyt przewyższył moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

Lokalizacja doskonała, blisko do wielu atrakcji, a jeśli chcemy pojechać dalej, to metrem. Stacje metra - w dwóch lokalizacjach każda ok 10 min. od obiektu.
Śniadania w partnerskich restauracjach. Blisko i bardzo smaczne.

Cons:

Może tylko drobna uwaga do czystości na korytarzach. W samym apartamencie bez zastrzeżeń.

Efficiency kills service and comfort
Pros:

Location is fine. Nice brasserie downstairs. Quiet area around the corner.

Cons:

The rooms are fine but the air grill in room 201 was making a terrible noise. Imagine a mosquito close to your ear but then 10 times louder. We arrived back in the room late night, and since the hotel has no staff, nobody could help. We called the service number, and asked for another room. Not possible. No help. A sleepless night was the only posssible outcome. Efficiency seems nice but when it comes to trouble it is a drama. We were offered a 15% discount but that's a joke if you cannot sleep on a business trip.
