parking. I was given the option to add a parking add-on and pay for it right away during online check-in, which I did. Then I learned that you have to do it when you get there: email them and ask if there's a free space and only then pay. This is misleading! Luckily, the parking lot wasn't overcrowded.
the next day when we returned to the hotel, someone left his car in the driveway of half the parking spaces.
yes, you can take a kettle from the closet on the -1 floor, but there are no mugs there and there are only glasses in the room.
there is no heater in the bathroom or anywhere in the room.

Pros:

Gute Lage, Zimmer zum Garten war ruhig, modern und stylisch. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Ansprechpartner, auch nicht tagsüber. Kommunikation über WhatsApp nur auf Englisch. Reinigungspersonal auf den Gängen war früh unterwegs und sehr laut. Das hat man in den Zimmern leider gut gehört.

Sehr gute Lage. Leider kein persönlicher Kontakt möglich
Pros:

Tolle Lage in Schwabing. Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Achtung: nur zwei Ladepunkte für eAutos und davon war einer durch Schrott zugestellt. Leider nur AI zur Klärung zunächst vorhanden. Keine Kulanzlösung durch Hotel erfolgt.
