Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in. A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversize vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time.

The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

Great place to stay! Well worth your money!
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. The facilities were clean. The location was amazing because it was so close to a lot!

Cons:

The main negative was my husband was in a wheelchair and the hallways, room, and elevator were so small it was difficult for him to navigate. Thankfully he can in fact walk, otherwise it would have been impossible.

C’était parfait comme séjour à New York.
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment super très près du Central Park, et de Time Square les champs étaient super propres et répondait à nos attentes. Les personnels et super gentil.

Selon moi, la seule chose qui manquait, c’était un mini Friant dans la chambre, mais ça a pas plus posé problème.

Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante e, honestamente, inaceitável.

Fiz minha reserva pelo Booking.com e, ao chegar pela manhã, fui informada de que o quarto já estava disponível. Deixei minhas malas e saí. Ao retornar à noite, encontrei um quarto cuja janela dava diretamente para uma parede e, pior, com um barulho intermitente extremamente alto vindo de uma obra ao lado — algo que tornava impossível descansar.

Ao entrar em contato com a recepção, fui tratada com rudeza e informada de que o hotel estava lotado e que o problema do barulho afetava todos os quartos. Ou seja, o hotel tinha plena ciência de uma condição crítica que impacta diretamente a experiência do hóspede e, ainda assim, não informou isso nem no momento da reserva, nem no check-in.

Diante da situação, solicitei o cancelamento da minha estadia (seriam 4 noites), já que claramente não havia condições de permanência. Fui informada de que apenas a gerente poderia resolver e, após diversas tentativas, consegui contato. A gerente afirmou que o cancelamento só seria possível com intermediação do Booking — o que fiz imediatamente.

No entanto, mesmo após o contato da plataforma, o hotel insistiu em negar o recebimento da ligação. Fui obrigada a descer até a recepção e aguardar ao lado do telefone para comprovar que estavam, de fato, sendo contatados — o que se confirmou na minha frente. Uma situação constrangedora e completamente desnecessária.

Ainda assim, a gerente manteve a cobrança da primeira diária, mesmo eu não tendo permanecido no hotel nem conseguido descansar minimamente.

Para completar, enquanto eu arrumava minhas coisas para sair, a própria gerente ligou no quarto perguntando quanto tempo eu levaria para desocupar, pois a camareira iria embora e o quarto precisava ser limpo para ser vendido novamente naquela mesma noite — o mesmo quarto pelo qual eu havia acabado de ser cobrada.

Second chance
Pros:

The location is great. Short walks to Centeal Park, Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Times Square. It was very quiet. Bottled water available always a plus. Room Service available from Serafina.
