Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in. A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversize vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time.
The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

Run down. Not worthy of 4 stars
Never going to stay at another Hyatt Hotel after this one. Our room wasn't ready when we tried to check in. Check in time was 3pm and we showed up after 4pm but the room still wasn't ready. Tried calling to see if our room was ready and got no answer, transferred, put on hold, and hung up on. Finally did get checked in around 5:30pm and got no comps despite the room not being ready, being an honors member and the piss poor servi
ce . The tiny, dirty, musty rooms made us not even want to come back to the hotel room to unwind after a long day, or even sleep for that matter. The only amenity that was available to us was two bottles of water. The rooftop lounge that they touted was closed. The only positive thing that we experienced at this hotel was the Bell Hop who was super nice and had been at that hotel since the 80's when it was a Ramada.

I’ve stayed at the hotel before and it was pleasant, but not this time.
The room they gave us was really just the size of a closet. You could barely walk in there, and the bed arrangement was just very ugly. The second night, the room we got was much better, but the only thing was that it didn’t have natural light. It faced another building, so it was impossible to tell if it was day or night.

Noise with Times Square
Super cute hotel in perfect location. Clean, nice room, comfy bed, great bath products. Shared a room with my daughter and we went to a broadway show - fantastic weekend. Will be back in the future!
Nice experience at this hotel. Very clean and loved the decor. Service was great. I was disappointed that the rooftop bar and The Rickey were closed. Those amenities were a huge factor in choosing this location. Excellent location in the theater district.
