Guests are required to present a government issued identification with a credit card under the same name upon check in.

A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay. Please note, credit card authorization release processing times vary depending upon your banking institution, and are not set by the property. Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

Cash cannot be used for the security hold. Third party credit card authorization forms are required to be submitted 72 hours prior to arrival.

Self-parking is available at USD 45 per night for standard-sized vehicles and USD 55 per night for oversize vehicles. Valet parking is not available at this time.

The Presidential Suite is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 2 guests. A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required. Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Presidential Suite (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate). Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

A completed rental agreement form for the Presidential Suite is required prior to check in.

Our facility fee will entitle guests to the following:

The charged a deposit, and after a week, still no refund...

Cons:

I decided to pay at arrival, and they charged me a deposit of 200usd, twice, Because i reserved three times. ( the one that that got no the extra charged was paid online). The have not refund 400usd of deposits.

Great location, great staff - happy guests
Pros:

Staff was so friendly and helpful. They smiled and were welcoming. I enjoyed the prosecco amenity . It really made a difference to have bottled water available abundantly

Cons:

The room 716 was too small to get a yoga mat on the floor or stretch. Two bath towels are not enough for 2 people. Two for each would be ideal

Bom para alguns dias em NY.
Pros:

Bem localizada, próximo a Central Park e Times Square. Também está a uma pequena caminhada da Penn Station e do Empire State Building. Vários restaurantes ao redor.

Cons:

Entrava um pouco de vento pela janela fechada. O chuveiro poderia ser um pouco mais forte, e uma smart TV não seria ruim.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'hotel propose un taxi pour l'aéroport, le prix annoncé n'est pas le prix final.
Le chauffeur mentionne les péages. 149 $ au lieu de 110 $.

Pendant notre séjour des travaux sont encours et font beaucoup de bruits.

2 ascenseurs fonctionnent au lieu de 3, à partir de 17h il ne reste plus qu'un seul ascenseur pour les résidents de l'hotel. Un ascenseur est réservé aux clients du rooftop.

Hotel absolutamente recomendable
Pros:

El hotel está situado muy cerca de TODO, cerca del Central Park, cerca de los teatros, cerca de las zonas de los restaurantes de la 9th.
Lo recomiendo, es un magnífico lugar para pasear a gusto por NYC.

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение , идеальное соотношение цена/качество

Cons:

Удержали 160$ с депозита , на запрос в отель по какой причине удержали ответ не получили ! Номер сдали в том же состоянии , как при въезде , просим руководство отеля дать объяснение , по какой причине удержали залоговую сумму
