Zonă linistita, am petrecut trei nopti la acest Hotel si am avut o esperienta foarte placuta.
Camera a fost curat cofortabila, personalul amabil si atent,iar servicile au fost la un nivel foarte bun.
Atmosfera a fost relaxanta , locatia convenabile. Multumesc pentru ospitalitate si cu siguranta voi reveni cu placere!

A fost o data un hotel
Cons:

Duke era un hotel dragut, primitor, cu receptie si mic dejun, unde puteai ajunge mai devreme si de unde puteai pleca mai tarziu, cu oameni, cu zambete cu "Buna dimineata" si cu "Noapte buna".
Acum este un bloc de locuinte inchiriate, unde ca sa vorbesti cu cineva din staf trebuie sa stii engleza, iar daca dai 2 telefoane consecutive o sa iti raspunda mereu altcineva dintr-ul call center de pe planeta.
Daca cineva considera ca vrea sa stea la bloc si in vacanta, aceasta este o oferta la fel de buna ca oricare alta.

Un hotel bun bun devenit o epavă a turismului mioritic.Mai pe scurt : sictirit git!

Nimic .In afara de locație, nimic n-a mai rămas bun din vechiul hotel

Cons:

1.Comunicarea.Totuși suntem in România , nu in. UK ,nu in USA si nici in alta fosta colonie a Imperiului Britanic .Limba română trebuie să fie prioritate.
2.Am gasit dușul stricat ( para de la duș plus suportul care atârna .O rușine pur un hotel cu pretenții din buricul Bucureștiului.La cine sa reclami problema ? La un nr de WhatsApp up ? La un call center din jungla indiana sau filipineza?
PS.Duke Hotel ,o casa abandonata din buricul târgului, față de acel Duke Hotel pe care l-am cunoscut înainte.
