Cons:

The way digitalisation works.
It not necessary to deliver a 6 digits key. 4 digits are enough to serve as room digital key.
Please invest some money in wall repainting and new carpets.
And let a small bottle of soap near the sink. Not just in the shower cabin.
Please change the kettles. Some are rusty and is not inviting the guest to enjoy a cup of tea after a long day.
And the pillows need to be replaced. There are full of hard lumps.
This used to be a nice hotel... :(

Pe mine m-au pierdut de clientă!
Pros:

Cu toate că locația este foarte bună, aproape de centrul orașului, este curat și cald în camere, ai chiar și posibilitatea să bei un ceai, în cameră fiind un fierbător, este o LIPSĂ TOTALĂ DE RESPECT să NU ANUNȚI oaspeții hotelului că accesul în hotel și în cameră se face printr-un cod pe care îl primești accesând emailul sau mesajul de pe Booking. A fost o reală provocare accesul în hotel și în cameră, cu toate că mai fusesem la acest hotel în decembrie, când funcționa recepția, (le-am dat nota 10,00 atunci) și știam locul unde ar fi trebuit să fie locația recepției, abia am reușit să găsesc întrerupătorul și să aprind lumina...Și uite așa, m-am trezit singură într-un hotel căutând soluții cum să intru în camera pe care o plătisem când am făcut rezervarea pe Booking...Parcă jucam într-un episod al filmului familia Adams! Menționez că utilizez cu ușurință aplicațiile pe telefon. Mă întreb cum s-ar fi descurcat o persoană puțin mai atehnică decât mine...

Cons:

Am sosit seara în jurul orei 19,00, era deja întuneric și am avut neplăcuta surpriză de a găsi ușile închise și nici o mișcare în zona recepției. Într-o inspirație de moment am căutat pe net nr de telefon al hotelului, am sunat și mi-a răspuns un domn care îmi spunea că nu vorbește limba română dându-mi varianta de a vorbi în engleză. Serios?! Oricum nu limba a fost problema, cu toate că mi se pare corect ca măcar în țara mea să pot vorbi limba română, ci modul în care patronul sau managerul acestui hotel a organizat activitatea de Check-in. Am reușit să comunicăm până la urmă, dar a durat mai bine de 30 de minute până am reușit să intru în hotel și în cameră, după ce am scanat buletinul și am trimis scanarea imaginii acestuia Dumnezeu știe unde... Mai rămâne să aștept să văd ce împrumuturi se mai fac pe baza documentelor mele de identitate...Nici nu am mai îndrăznit să ies din hotel de frică că nu voi mai putea intra... Pentru mine această experiență a fost traumatizantă. Nu știu cum sunt tratate doamnele în țara de unde provine patronul sau administratorul acestui hotel și nici nu mă interesează, dar consider că sunt superficiali și neatenți cu nevoile oaspeților. Dacă aș fi vrut o locație unde să intru pe bază de cod, aș fi ales b&b, nu un hotel! Am ales un hotel deoarece am vrut să fie cineva la recepție permanent, să simt că sunt în siguranță, nu să mă baricadez în cameră și să nu mă pot odihni de frică! În concluzie, NU ESTE UN HOTEL SERIOS! Păcat de angajații de la curățenie care chiar se străduiesc să câștige o pâine departe de casa lor din îndepărtata Asie...
