Cons:

Curățenia și pretențiile lasă grav de dorit. În baie aveam un prosop murdar, folosit, lăsat pe cuierul de pe ușă de la persoanele cazate anterior. Recipientele de săpun de mâini, șampon și gel de duș erau complet goale. Bineînțeles în hotel nu am găsit pe nimeni care să ne ajute. Ne am cumpărat ce ne a trebuit. Becul uneia dintre lămpi era ars. Rafturile șifonierului pline de praf. Mai nou dacă vrei să facă curățenie în timpul șederii sau să schimbe prosoapele trebuie să plătești suplimentar. În a doua zi “housekeeping” ul a bătut foarte agresiv la ușă, țipând, ca să întrebe dacă vrem vreunul din aceste servicii. Cartonul “do not disturb” nu mai există și e ceva necesar, de exemplu dormeam când aceștia au lovit în ușă. Mai ales având în vedere modul în care “housekeeping” ul se comportă, e nevoie să poți semnala ca nu vrei să fii deranjat. În continuare sunt probleme din cauza faptului ca nu exista recepție, în prima seara doi turiști se certau cu volum maxim la telefon în fața ușii noastre pt ca aveau probleme cu check in ul. A doua zi, o domnișoară nu avea linkul sau codurile. În caz de vreo problemă, nu ai la cine să apelezi. În a doua zi au fost cazați mai mulți “domni” care răcneau și țipau pe hol. Fără recepție nu ai ce să faci.. Un hotel plăcut în trecut devine neplăcut. Poate totuși feedbackul schimba ceva!? Ar merita, potențial este.

There's no staff in site, it's completely managed from abroad. I wish there was a reception and a secure place to leave the luggage.

Ho avuto difficoltà a capire vomebusare i codici per entrare nell'albergo.

Il n'y a personne pour vous accueillir.
Si vous ne disposez pas d'un smartphone et d'une maîtrise de l'anglais, passez votre chemin.
Chambre correcte, mais impossible d'ouvrir une fenêtre et donc de ventiler.
Un monsieur qui travaille pour l'hôtel a été charmant et nous a aidé. Si vous voulez laisser vos bagages dans un endroit sécurisé, il faut payer un supplément. En gros les services attendus d'un hôtel sont inexistants. Sinon, la situation de l'hôtel est idéale. Notre chambre au 3eme étage correcte et calme.

מאכזב מאוד ,מטרטר לא אחזור לשם.

לא היתה ארוחת בוקר ,לא היתה קבלה,דלת הראשית נכנסים עם קוד.

הגענו ב11 בלילה המלון סגור, על דלתו היה מספר טלפון להתקשר,המזוודות בחוץ עומדים מתקשרים מתחיל מסלול זיהוי שדרך אגב כבר עשיתי בבית. פרטים אישיים של האורחים ,כרטיסי אשראי שוב, תמונות ,כל הדרישות האלה למלא ולשלוח,התשובה התמונה לא זהה, התחילי הכל מחדש. מזלי שאני מדברת אנגלית מי שלא חבל על הזמן. לאחר כשעה וחצי אנו עדיין בחוץ מקבלים קוד כניסה וקוד לחדר, החדר לא נפתח שוב חוזרים לטלפון שעל הדלת הראשית ,מקבלים קוד חדש וכך בילינו לילה שלם .
מגבות ומצעים מחליפים בתום שהייה של חמישה לילות.

Locatia a fost ok

Cons:

Fãrã personal, fãrã receptie, un loc trist, greu de accesat si complicated, am incercat sa sunt la telefonul pus in geam si mi-a răspuns un asiatic cu o englezã stricatã, am cerut sa vorbesc in limba români si mi-a zis ca redirectioneazã apelul la alt operator... dar a inchis.
Nu meritã 3 stele.
