Pros:

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato più che buono. Ci è risultato molto semplice fare il check-in e fortunatamente non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema con il pin per la stanza o altro. La camera era abbastanza pulita, non troppo piccola e accogliente. Ero molto titubante sulla scelta di un hotel Smart, e invece mi sono ricreduta.

It used to be better

I like the position of the hotel. We stayed here in the past.

Cons:

I absolutely disliked the fact there is no more staff “on site”. No 24 hour reception, all inquiries have to be submitted via email or call center. No more restaurant, the place honestly seems abandoned, it’s a very eerie feeling ( having had the previous experience here, which I always remember fondly also due to the staff).
Access in the hotel and room is made via access code- they changed the code at some point during the first day so in order to get back in the room at night, we had to call a call center( common for a few other hotels) and have the code changed. Cleaning service came every day, but the room would maybe need a general uphaul, which doesn’t depend on the cleanliness. AC was awfully LOUD, so loud that it was impossible to keep it on while you were in the room. Luckily, the outside temperatures were mild, so there was no continuous need to heat the room. All in all, it’s a shame this hotel feels so degraded.
Another plus is the small supermarket right across the street.

I had a great stay and would definitely come back

Buena atención final, pero muchos problemas en el acceso.

La Ubicación y la limpieza.

Cons:

No había recepción en el hotel y el acceso se realizaba mediante un código que nunca nos enviaron. En ningún momento recibimos la información necesaria por correo electrónico. Intentamos contactar a través de la aplicación, pero no respondían; el teléfono que aparecía no tenía señal y tampoco contestaban por WhatsApp ni era posible llamar.

Después de insistir bastante, finalmente conseguimos contactar con una persona que, eso sí, fue muy amable y atenta. Sin embargo, nos abrieron en remoto la puerta de una habitación que ya estaba ocupada; por suerte no había nadie dentro en ese momento. Finalmente nos abrieron otra habitación libre en la que pudimos instalarnos.

Para colmo, el colchón de la cama estaba hundido en ambos lados, por lo que resultaba realmente incómodo dormir.

Un sejur la ei cu batai de cap
Cons:

Lipsa personal, Asta nu ar fi o problema fiind un hotel self service. Problema majora este ca nu a mers codul de acces de la camera, timp de cel putin o ora am sunat fara sa mi se raspunda, la parcare, bariera inchisa, de sunat din nou, nu s-a raspuns decat foarte tarziu. Prima si cu siguranta ultima cazare la acest hotel.

It was in the center ( Romana Square ) , near to metro and to the old city square

Cons:

The check in. This was done online, but they did not provide a link on Booking to do it in time. You can not access the hotel if you do not have a code to open the main door. The codes for hotel access and room access was generated after online check-in. The call center was very busy and they answer after almost 30 minutes to do the check-in . Our guests where also complaining about this. They have a receptionist that works from 10:00 AM -5PM so is best to be there in this time windows to do check-in in case of problems
