We had booked for 2 adults and 11-year-old child and paid the full price.
Despite this, the receptionist made things difficult for us because we hadn't requested an extra bed. Even though we had booked as a 2+1 (two adults plus one child) group.
This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. Furthermore, the reservation clerk's shouting and rude behavior are absolutely unacceptable. I cannot forgive him for shouting at me in front of my child and wife. It's very wrong to employ such rude people at the reception.

Fazit: Das Westernhotel kann Reisenden zu jeder Zeit empfohlen werden.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war nur ein Zwischenstop für unsere Reise nach Ungarn. Wir wollten uns aber auch die Burg in Bratislava besichtgen.
Die Anfahrt war etwas umständlich und gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn das Hotel lag im Erholungs und Ausflugsgebiet, was wir auch angeschaut haben und das an einem sonnigen Sonntag - mit viel zugeringen Parkmöglichkeiten.
Das Hotel ist ordentlich und sauber und wir waren sehr überascht über die sehr große und konfrtabele Unterkunft.

Cons:

Wystroj pokoju jak z lat osiemdziesiatych .Rozna kolorystyka mebli.lampek nocnych ,kiepskie gorne oswietlenie Brak klimatyzacji .Hotelowi przydalby sie porzadny remont.

Immerso nel verde ampio parcheggio, pulito

Cons:

La struttura seppur ben tenuta è datata e lo si denota dalla moquette della stanza, macchiata con macchie indelebili, bagno con vasca e tenda in telo, il doccino non ha supporto, manca aria condizionata e la stanza è molto spartana

Excelente para relajación
Pros:

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, si reservas este hotel ya sabes a lo que vas. Montaña, caminos, rutas y mucha tranquilidad. El restaurante que tienen al lado es de los mejores que he ido y buena relación calidad precio.
