Das Hotel hat ein gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis und bekommt das für was man bezahlt hat aber nicht mehr.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns das überaus freundliche Personal, dass uns sofort einen Zimmertausch ermöglicht hat. Außerdem die praktische Lage zum Gardaland und die gute Parkplatzsituation.

Cons:

Weniger gut fanden wir, dass wir anfangs auf ein Apartment „upgegraded“ wurden obwohl wir ein Zimmer gebucht haben. Die Apartments entpuppten sich als deutlich schlechter als die Zimmer mit schlechter Klimaanlage, sehr hellhörig und mittelmäßig sauber.

Nie wieder in den Hotel können wir nicht empfehlen da es auch weit vom Gardasee entfernt war

Zimmer kein Balkon Badezimmer zu klein kein Fenster sehr laut auf der Straße wegen ein Auto Tuning Treffen am Gardasee man bekommte kein Auge zu wir konnten nicht schlafen

Pros:

Struttura recente e camera ampia
Colazione buona e varia
Posizione (in auto 5 min. da Gardaland e 10min. dal lago di Garda)
Piscina esterna (anche se acqua un po' torbida)

Cons:

Strade circostanti "rumorose": purtroppo l'hotel fa angolo con due statali abbastanza trafficate con continuo flusso (diurno e notturno) di auto e "sgasate" dei gentili conducenti

Pros:

La posizione è eccellente per gite a Gardaland, Movieland e anche Lazise. Davvero tutto a pochi minuti di auto. Molto gentili la receptionist mora e la receptionist riccia (scusate, non ricordo i nomi), alle quali abbiamo segnalato dei disagi e sono prontamente intervenute per risolvere il problema. Anche il proprietario e la moglie, che abbiamo incontrato, due persone molto cordiali. Bella la piscina, anche se non ci siamo entrati. Colazione sempre rifornita durante tutto l’orario, abbastanza varia. In generale voto positivo nell’insieme.

Cons:

Come segnalato in loco: i materassi e cuscini sono completamente da sostituire, scomodissimi (ma il personale ha cercato di venirmi incontro a seguito della segnalazione, quindi la volontà di miglioramento c’è ed è stata apprezzata)
In generale tutta la struttura ha bisogno di un pochino di cura extra, ma c’è margine di miglioramento.

Pros:

Gut organisiertes Hotel, ausreichend Parkplätze, gut klimatisiertes Hotelzimmer und auch kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden im Doppelzimmer von Vorteil. Pool und Garten gepflegt. Liegen vorhanden. Hunde Willkommen. Frühstück ausreichend genügend da von allem etwas nicht so überladen gut überschaubar. Nachhaltigkeit wichtig fürs Hotel.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è in un’ottima posizione, comodo sia per Caneva che per visitare il Lago di Garda. La camera era pulita, spaziosa e ben tenuta, e anche la colazione era molto varia e di buona qualità. È stata un’esperienza positiva e lo consiglierei

Appartamento molto funzionale e pulito! Tutti i dipendenti sono stati molto gentili..ma in particolare molto simpatico e disponibile il ragazzo della reception....!! Piscina molto carina,e super organizzato anche per i nostri amici pelosetti!! Anche mangiare al ristorante niente male!! Consigliatissimo!!
