Pros:

Didelis, erdvus kambarys. Miesto centre, pro langą gražus vaizdas į miestą, geri pusryčiai. Gražūs paveikslai.

Cons:

Kambarys labai apšiuręs, ypač vonios kambarys reikalauja renovacijos. Iki kambario reikėjo lipti laiptais, nes liftas į tą aukštą nekyla. Truko švaros. Vonios kriauklė užsikišusi. Kilimas dėmėtas. Kampuose voratinkliai, dulkės.
