Beautiful hotel with really bad management

Very beautiful and cozy hotel and location .

Cons:

The stuff is mostly unprofessional and unorganized. Chaos . Nobody’s responsible for anything.
Such a shame because this place could be such a gem .

Location bellissima,camera tripla con spazio esterno davanti e giochi bimbi ottimo per nostro figlio di 3 anni.cucina ottima

Cons:

Camere sporche e trascurate.. non è certamente un 4 stelle .. mobilio scadente.. bollitore in camera che non ha nemmeno una presa dove attaccarlo… al nostro arrivo non era nemmeno presente il lettino richiesto ( sia per mail sia per telefono il giorno prima )la doccia sporca .. con un doccino che nemmeno in uno ostello lo trovi così scadente … ragnatele e polvere .. delusione totale

Ottima posizione e parcheggio comodo, ma la cura dei dettagli manca

Posizione eccellente e parcheggio sotterraneo ampio, un vero vantaggio per chi arriva in auto. La camera nel complesso è a posto, con una dotazione generosa di asciugamani. Personale gentile e disponibile al check-out. Non era la mia prima volta, e la struttura ha un suo potenziale. Ho prenotato lì perché la tariffa era a sconto.

Cons:

Sono arrivato tardi e non c’era nessuno al check-in: la chiave era lasciata in vista con il mio nome scritto sopra, cosa poco rassicurante sotto il profilo della privacy e della sicurezza. In camera il telecomando della TV non funzionava e il divisorio della doccia non trattiene l’acqua, che finisce sul pavimento del bagno. L’insonorizzazione è scarsa, si sentono i rumori delle camere vicine e del corridoio. Colazione modesta, sotto le aspettative per il livello della struttura. Sono tutti problemi risolvibili con poco, ed è un peccato che non vengano risolti.

Struttura curata e nel verde molto rilassante
Camera con tutti i confort avevamo anche la cabina armadio e il porta valige (non è scontato)

Lo staff cordiale e preparato.
Colazione buona e abbondante.

Cons:

Stanza non all’interno della struttura principale ma nel casolare perimetrale (non collegati tra di loro), al primo piano senza ascensore (noi con il passeggino), al fondo di un corridoio con controsoffitto a penzoloni e al buio (il sensore di movimento era evidentemente rotto). Per aprire la porta della camera è stata necessaria la torcia del telefono. Per andare a fare colazione ci è toccato mettere i giubbotti (bisogna attraversare il giardino umido per arrivare nella hall, non ci sono percorsi interni)
