La tranquillità della posizione è invidiabile e strategica per l'aeroporto di Bergamo. Buona anche la colazione così come la cena. Ho gradito molto l'accesso gratuito del garage al coperto.

Cons:

Il letto aveva dei materassi troppo rigidi, non mi è piaciuta la tetraggine dei colori interni alla camera poco illuminata. Non ho gradito inoltre la rumorosità della ventola del bagno.

Enorme potenziale non a pieno sfruttato

L'ubicazione, lo stile, gli spazi ariosi, la comodità del ristorante in struttura e la qualità della sua cucina e del servizio della cena.
Luogo con enorme potenziale sfruttato solo al momento ad un 50%.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e comodità del parcheggio.

Cons:

Ambiente con necessità di piccoli ritocchi (pareti da riverniciare in particolare),assenza di professionalità da parte di alcuni membri del personale a partire dall'assenza di un' uniforme che sarebbe auspicabile in un hotel di categoria 4 stelle e con un potenziale come quello che ha questo hotel.
Inammissibile che nonostante essendosi presentati a colazione alle ore 9.10 (la Domenica la colazione è fino alle 10.30 in struttura) fossero già spariti tutti i cucchiaini e le tazzine e la ragazza addetta a preparare caffè e cappuccini mi abbia chiesto di aspettare circa 10 Min per poterli ripulire e riutilizzare nonostante la struttura fosse ben lungi dall'essere al completo,(alla fine ha dovuto ripiegare dandomi un cucchiaino di plastica per un cappuccio).
La sensazione è stata quella di una situazione semplice, ma gestita probabilmente a monte con scarsa professionalità da coloro che dovrebbero impartire dall'alto ordini e direttive per rendere questo hotel veramente degno a 360° di una categoria 4 stelle.

Создаётся впечатление, что отель существует сам по себе, а гости лишь периодически ему мешают.

Разрешены домашние животные, более чем. Порой создаётся впечатление, что питомцам здесь комфортнее, чем гостям.

Рядом с ресепшн чистый, вполне пригодный к использованию туалет.

Подземная парковка.

Территория закрывается на ночь.

Cons:

Звукоизоляция: скорее концепция, чем реальная характеристика. Можно наслаждаться не только своим отдыхом, но и жизнью соседей.

Сервис: слово, с которым персонал, по всей видимости, не знаком.

Завтрак: запоминается, хотя, вероятно, не в том смысле, на который рассчитывали. Фрукты и овощи, похоже, не мыли, что добавляет элемент непредсказуемости. Зал очень маленький, найти стол уже сложно, со стульями ситуация ещё интереснее. Второй зал то «не используется», то внезапно снова доступен. В итоге стол приходится сервировать самостоятельно, разыскивая вилки, ножи и стаканы. Кофе из бара принесли примерно через 20 минут и только после двух напоминаний.

Халаты: очевидно рассчитаны на гостей размера XS-S. Для остальных это скорее декоративный элемент.

Чистота: ниже разумных ожиданий. Впечатление, что проблема больше в менеджменте, чем в работе горничных.

Ресепшн: сотрудники не выглядят особенно вовлечёнными и, похоже, больше заняты телефонами. Иногда создаётся впечатление, что гости здесь чем-то обязаны персоналу.

Осы: на улице их неожиданно много, особенно если вы решили выпить коктейль. Они проявляют устойчивый интерес к напиткам, делая процесс более «интерактивным», чем хотелось бы.

Ужин: опыт, который сразу задаёт ожидания и уверенно их подтверждает. Винная карта скромная и включена в основное меню. Бокалы подают разные. Белое вино подается без куллера. Хлеб, к удивлению, хороший. Закуска примерно на 3,5 из 5, нормальный набор мясных деликатесов на слегка увядшей зелени. Кролик, судя по результату, погиб напрасно. Casoncelli alla bergamasca откровенно разочаровывают, в Бергамо за такое исполнение повару пришлось бы объясняться. Если вы рассчитываете на настоящую итальянскую кухню, разумнее выбрать любую ближайшую остерию.
