Pros:

A guest house next to the castle of the famous Italian footballer.

Cons:

The room partitions are very noisy. The room temperature can be adjusted with the window.

Für die Durchreise okay
Pros:

Die Lage ist günstig und für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Das Gelände rund um das Hotel ist an sich ganz nett angelegt. Zudem kann man neben dem Hotel Rehe beobachten.

Cons:

Die Rezeptionistin war äußerst unfreundlich, und auch das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte wenig serviceorientiert.

Das Frühstück insgesamt war sehr einfach gehalten: Es gab lediglich Toastbrot, und bereits 15 Minuten nach Beginn der Frühstückszeit wurden leere Behälter nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Die aufgebackenen Croissants waren teilweise verbrannt.

Auch die Möbel im Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise beschädigt. Zudem ließ sich die Heizung nicht ausschalten, wodurch es im Zimmer sehr heiß wurde. Aufgrund der ruhigen Lage war es jedoch möglich, nachts das Fenster offen zu lassen.

Darüber hinaus war die Beleuchtung in der Tiefgarage defekt.

Alles in allem bleibt das Hotel hinter dem Qualitätsniveau zurück, das man üblicherweise von einem Vier-Sterne-Haus erwartet.

Ils n' ont pas voulu me donner de note de frais au moment du paiement, et m ont dit qu ils envoyaient par mail. Maintenant je relance mais Impossible d obtenir une note de frais, ils me répondent qu il faut attendre un mois pour obtenir la facture de booking.com. c est la première fois que cela m arrive, les autres hôtels fournissent directement la note de frais alors que je réserve par booking.com.
