Era la seconda volta che venivo, la prima tutto benissimo ma la seconda male

C erano cose rotte in bagno ed è impossibile che non se ne fossero accorti. I documenti non ce li hanno ridati al check out e con un bambino piccolo e la frenesia di dover andare a Leolandia non ci siamo ricordati ma doveva essere la responsabile che fa questo lavoro ogni giorno a ricordarcelo! Fatto sta che mi chiamano la sera dicendomelo quando eravamo a casa e loro non potevano spedirle con raccomandata ma dovevo mandare io un corriere a mio spese!!! Ho speso 45€ per recuperare i miei documenti!!!! Follia

Prenotata a caro prezzo una "Camera King con idromassaggio da 28 mq", ma ci hanno rifilato una stanza standard piccolissima con una banale vasca normale. La scusa della direzione? "La categoria include varie stanze" (informazione omessa nell'annuncio). Una truffa. Invece di rimborsarci o cambiarci camera, hanno proposto un ridicolo sconto del 15% su un prossimo soggiorno e una cena. Rifiutato!

A questo si aggiungono servizi e manutenzione inesistenti:

Telefono assente: rimosso "per il Covid" (scusa fuori tempo massimo e ridicola).

TV rotta: pile del telecomando completamente ossidate. Alla reception hanno pure chiesto se avessi segnalato il guasto. Sono un cliente, non il vostro manutentore!

Igiene pietosa: ho passato un fazzoletto sul pavimento ed è diventato nero di sporco. In bagno, asta della doccia arrugginita e tubo flessibile nero e incrostato di sporcizia.

Paghi per una stanza top di gamma e ti ritrovi in un posto sporco, non curato e non conforme a quanto venduto. Da evitare assolutamente!

Ho dovuto cambiare 3 camere, una la ventola del condizionatore era rumorosa, la seconda è saltata la luce e non funziobava la tv, la terza un rumore di motori di impianti esterni

Lavandino basso, supplemento cane a 15 euro. TV in camera troppo complicata da accendere

Bonne prestation dans son ensemble
Pros:

Belle chambre, même si elle le mobilier est un peu vieillissant.
Le lieu en lui même, beaux espaces et au calme.

Cons:

Les palissades en béton aux fenêtres donnent peu de clarté à la chambre, dommage.....

Pros:

L’esterno è molto carino e le camere non sono male.

Cons:

La colazione scarsissima e con personale probabilmente non adatto al compito (ordinare un caffè è stata un’impresa). Poca attenzione ai dettagli. Forse c’è anche bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione (tipo la mia porta non si chiudeva se non dopo ripetuti tentativi ad ogni ingresso/uscita)

فقط الدخول كان سريع بدون تعقيد- يوجد مواقف تحت الأرض - السكن اشبه يكون منتجع لكن يحتاج

اولاً الغرفه فيها عفن اسود المكان كئيب غير مريح .. لم أستفيد من المرافق كل شي كان غير مرتب السياكل بمكان غير مرتب لايوجد كراسي في مكان الجلوس وجود حشرات تطير في كل مكان مثل الباعوض .. المفروض عند تسجيل الدخول مرافقه النزيل في مرافق الفندق او ارسال على البريد او التطبيق ماهي المرافق المستفاد منها - ايضاً الخدمة ذاتيه ولا يوجد عربه لحمل الأغراض
