Buena pero se puede mejorar.
Pros:

La habitación grande y espectacular

Cons:

Que el baño está integrado en la habitación, la papelera del baño no la habían limpiado de la visita anterior, la puerta del wc. de cristal con abertura por la zona de arriba por lo que los olores pueden invadir la habitación. La relación calidad precio se me queda excesivo en el precio, en conjunto el hotel es bonito pero necesita mejorar en algunos aspectos!! El personal muy amable!!!

Pros:

This was our seventh stay at this hotel, and there's a reason we keep coming back!

We absolutely love the peaceful, secluded location, which feels wonderfully remote while still being conveniently close to the motorway.

Dinner was delicious, and a little tip — whatever you do, save room for dessert! The cheesecake in particular is not to be missed. Breakfast was equally enjoyable, with a great selection to choose from.

A special mention must go to Christina, who looked after us in the evening at the bar and restaurant and was there again at breakfast. She was absolutely lovely — so friendly, attentive and always smiling. A real credit to the hotel.

Another wonderful stay, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

Cons:

The only slight downside was the flashing light on the smoke detector in our room. I'm quite sensitive to light when sleeping, so the constant flashing made for a less-than-perfect night's sleep. Of course, I completely understand the importance of having smoke detectors in the rooms, but perhaps there's a way to make the light a little less intrusive.

Linda ubicación, tranquilo.

Cons:

el desayuno para como lo ofrecen ,decepción.
El lugar se llama Hotel Spa... pero no se puede usar siquiera la piscina. Se tiene que reservar dia antes y pagar extra por 1 o 2 horas max.,... para viajar x 1 noche , no vale para nada la pena. Muy caro.

‘Fawlty Towers’ but not fun: tired and unloved
Pros:

Cheery and customer-friendly lady in restaurant - but only such staff member we experienced; the customer service was poor otherwise.

Cons:

Very poor maintenance evident from health and safety issues such as dangerous glass shards left below pool area (any inquisitive child could have run into them and been severely lacerated) and exposed cable on a bedside light about to break off: dead mouse left for days in pool overflow; dead flies and dust everywhere; door to disabled loo jammed and hard to open; dirty ash tray left for 4 days in pool area; toilet door not cleaned; room not properly cleaned on arrival. etc..

Very poor customer service ethic and Fawlty Towers type experiences: On arrival, no safe. New safe eventually found and installed, but not fixed to wall; had to insist he fixed it to wall, but when guy left, batteries flat. No instructions came with the safe; the eceptionist gave instructions on how to set safe passcode which were incorrect - the safe saga had yet more iterations before it was resolved! Wasted over two hours on it. On arrival no bathrobes or slippers (despite being a 4* Spa hotel). Reception told us bathrobes not standard, but brought some. Room not cleaned day 2: cleaner said it was not on her cleaning list! After multiple problems the receptionist only finally said “disculpa” (sorry) when I said I would be writing to the General Manager. The only staff member who was cheery and customer-friendly was a lady serving dinner.

Formal complaint filed with General Manager, Mr Perez, who responded and said he would deal with the manifold deficiencies, but did not offer any compensation. Complaint also filed with Executive Chair and Co-CEO Carolina Quetglas and other Board members of hotel management company, SUMMUM HOTEL GROUP, S.A., who manage the hotel on behalf of José Hernández Martín and his family, but they did not have the decency to reply - it appears they don’t inspect the hotels they manage or care about serious customer complaints.

Viaje en familia.

El hotel sorprende por sus instalaciones y amplias habitaciones. Por ponerle un pero, había demasiadas moscas, quizás por las cuadras de caballos que estaba cerca.

Instalaciones y edificio bastante bien, decoración y mobiliario muy económico.

Cons:

La ubicación pésima, frente una cantera o cementera lleno de polvo, habitación amplia, pero cama muy mal hecha, ropa de cama y toallas malísimas y muy usadas.

Pros:

O quarto era muito bom, a cama era muito confortável.

Cons:

Ser um hotel spa e ter que ser pago, para o valor da noite, podia estar incluído,estar um tempo fantástico e a piscina exterior já estar encerrada.
No quarto, a banheira escorregava e tinha o chuveiro avariado! Tinha as toalhas com buracos.

Für eine Nacht gut, aber am Ende des Tages zu teuer

Ruhige Lage, wer hätte gedacht das man ein solches Hotel im Nirgendwo findet….

Cons:

Aus irgendwelchen Gründen war die Anfahrt mit Apple-/Google Maps eine reine Katastrophe…. Auch die Ausschilderung / Wegweisung lässt sehr wünschen übrig….

Le petit déjeuner était correct, l'emplacement au bout de nul part, 2km après une carrière ! Étonnant !
