Es bueno pero tampoco tanto como te venden
Pros:

Me pareció que tienen buenas instalaciones y es ideal si quieres desconectar

Cons:

La calidad precio es horrible. Cogimos la suite y la verdad… que para casi 400€ que me costaron 3 días y 2 noches tampoco era para tanto. Apenas se diferencia con las habitaciones normales, no tienen detalles en la habitación

En general muy bien sin llegar a ser excelente
Pros:

La habitación muy limpia, grande y bonita. La comida y el desayuno muy bien también, todo bueno y de calidad.

Cons:

El hecho de que la ducha esté en la habitación, es decir sin ninguna separación es algo incómodo. El precio de la comida algo elevado. La cama solo un poco dura.

A very disappointing stay
Pros:

Just convenient location as driving north.

Cons:

The unfriendly receptionist, very dismissive. It’s a Spa hotel but said they had no room for us as we didn’t book. You need to book the spa if you want to use it 30 euros each for 1 hr. The bathroom towels were the worst I’ve ever had to use, awful quality for what is supposed to be a 4 * hotel. The dispensers in the bathroom were nearly empty, struggled to get any shower gel out. No robes or slippers in the room.
The hotel is located down a very bumpy track.
The restaurant staff were very friendly and we had a lovely steak.

2de keer op doorreis. Prettig hotel, ideaal voor de hond

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets. Er was een probleem met het toilet, dat werd gemaakt waarna we vanwege het ongemak het overigens, geweldige ontbijt , van het hotel kregen.

Escapada de tres días de relax cerca de Madrid.
Pros:

El tamaño de las instalaciones está por encima de la media. La habitación se acerca al tamaño de algunos pisos de Madrid.
Además, el personal hace un trabajo increíble, no son muchos pero llevan el hotel, que es grande, con gran calidad. Mención especial para Rubén que se encarga del bar y del restaurante, vale por 10 empleados y siempre con una sonrisa y buenos gestos.
El Spa está muy bien, completísimo y por un precio muy acorde.
Por último, el que sea pet friendly, es un diferencial destacable. Te cobran por el animal pero te dejan una camita y los cuentos de agua y comida.

Cons:

Por poner algún punto de mejora, el agua del grifo es de muy mala calidad, algo que afecta al estado de los grifos.
Te dejan dos botellitas pequeñas de agua el primer día pero no te las renuevan por lo que, junto con la pésima calidad del agua del grifo, pasamos sed por las noches. El minibar no tenía nada.
