Nice place to stay, very relaxing and comfortable.

Charming farm style property and wonderful people who made our stay personal and saw to our every need. A family run business with farm to table cuisine, knowledgable and friendly staff. Pierpaolo was great to our family. I Highly recommend this country style resort, spa, and restaurant.

bokat med kort varsel fick vi ett fint rum på bottenplan med lite förgård. Mycket bra och komfortabel säng (king size) All utrymmen välstädade och rent fint. Frukosten mycket bra och stort utbud på allt man kan önska sig. Speciellt vill jag nämna trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som var både kunnig och engagerade i sina arbeten. Till sist två stora plus i fri transport till centrum och laddplats för
elbilar. Vi sparar restaurangbesök och poolbad då vi vill komma tillbaka nästa sommar.

Our stay at Masseria Bandino & Spa was wonderful! The check-in process was quick and the woman checking us in was very helpful. The room was nice and spacious with a great air conditioning. Just outside our room was a little sitting area which was a great place to have our morning coffee. The pool area is beautiful and open to guests 24 hours a day! It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Sehr nettes Personal, saubere und praktische Zimmer. Leider hatten wir andere Pläne aber das Essen Schein sehr gut zu sein.

This place was an amazing find. The location, just outside Otranto, made it an excellent tour base, yet was sufficiently far enough away to feel tranquil and peaceful. The facilities were excellent - rooms well decorated- super bathroom - great pool with plenty of sun beds. The restaurant served wonderful food - set menu or a la carte. Breakfast choices were ample and catered for all tastes. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Shuttle buses ran to the beach by day and into Otranto in the evening. Well done Masseria Bandino - you worked really hard to make our holiday enjoyable.

Amazing food! Very friendly staff! Great to have the pool and close proximity to Otranto and beaches.

We had perfect accommodation with a little garden with an olive tree and country views. We very much like the ambience of the hotel and it's quiet and calm, location. The food and staff are excellent. We very much enjoyed the long a varied walks we took right through the Reserve down to the sea or through the olive groves and surrounding countryside. Only downside was the bad wi-fi reception.

Mio marito ed io abbiamo soggiornato con la bimba di 2 anni presso la masseria per 1 settimana. Posto silenzioso e ben curato, personale gentilissimo, cibo di qualità. Location ideale per staccare dalla confusione delle città.

It was very relaxed. Big room, big bathroom. Very relaxed, nice swimmingpool and a fantastic restaurant with great staff to help you. Loved this placenta.

Bon établissement dont les chambres pourraient être plus grandes... Le personnel devrait être plus attentif : quand on téléphone à 22H30 à la réception pour dire que la télévision installée à l'extérieur dont le volume est à fond parce que match de foot et qu'il ne se passe rien....!!!!

The pool was well maintained, and the sun loungers reasonably comfortable. The main building - containing bar, reception, lounges etc. - the original farm building - was beautiful. The guest rooms and the dining conservatory were without charm - looked and felt like a motel. The quality of the food we tried varied enormously: buffet breakfast was very good quality, but dinners were a bit hit and miss - we worked out the best things to go for were the simplest - the chef really didn't know how to cook the more pretentious dishes on the menu, whereas simply grilled fish was delicious. The Masseria really didn't live up to expectations raised by its advertising, but the most disappointing thing was the attitude of the manager: his staff did their very best whenever we asked for anything, but he was just an Italian Basil Fawlty - totally stressed out , rushing around ineffectually, shouting at his staff and never a smile for a customer. Bizarre! Gave us no reason whatsoever to go back, or recommend this place to any friends.
