시설 매우 깨끗합니다.
모든 직원들이 친절하고 수영장, 스파 등이 갖춰져있어서 휴양지로 좋아요. 공항 픽업은 아마 브린디시 공항일거고, 오트란토까지 가는 픽업 서비스도 운영하고 있습니다. 숙소까지 가는건 렌터카를 빌리는걸 추천합니다. 근교까지 잘 놀다왔고 조식, 석식 모두 맛있어요. 저녁은 웬만하면 이곳에서 먹으면 좋아요. 모두가 만족할겁니다

Tutto meraviglioso, dalla pulizia della camera, alla zona piscina con annessi teli .
La ragazza della reception ci ha accolti in modo impeccabile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni e ci ha accompagnato in camera.
La masseria meriterebbe 5 stelle !

3 star experience but plenty of potential
Pros:

Some of the staff are outstanding; special shout out to Valentina & Claudia. The restaurant is also an fantastic experience with a lovely ambiance and delicious food. It is in a good location, a short drive from Otranto

Cons:

I was amazed by the consistent 4 or 5 star rating as we had a very average experience. Masseria Bandino has so much potential, but it needs some much needed love, maintenance & upgrading. However, the general upkeep of the Masseria is poor and in much need of care and attention. There were a series of noticeable incremental disappointments that hugely impacted the overall experience. Examples being:
1) A very poor breakfast (with no table service of drinks, they wanted an additional 4 euros for freshly squeezed orange juice & there were flies all over the food)
2) Housekeeping was disappointing - the towels were rough, we had to constantly ask for toilet roll (believe it or not) and they sat in the gardens smoking outside bedrooms (!!)
3) The pool area was run down with an example being mildew on the parasols. There are also no toilet facilities by the pool which becomes rather wearing.
4) The bathrooms also had mildew and the rooms smelt damp.
5) There was also a general lack of attention to detail. An example being that one of our rooms had an ant problem. We appreciate this can happen in a location like this, and the staff responded quickly to the issue, but the ant powder was left on the floor for the remainder of our stay.

Overall, I'm sorry to say, very much a 3 star experience

Superbe piscine très propre et bien aménagée, bar de piscine avec beaucoup de choix également, excellent restaurant et personnel irréprochable, chambre très propre et jolie, très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Nombreux petit problèmes d’électricité (coupures, prises dysfonctionnelles, ampoule grésillante)

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno davvero super! Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile, attento e soprattutto davvero simpatico. Sono tutti sempre molto attenti a ogni esigenza, davvero un grande complimento a tutto lo staff!

La struttura è davvero bella, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio, si vede che ci tengono molto a far stare bene i propri ospiti.

Ma il vero punto forte è sicuramente il ristorante. Il cibo era pazzesco, tutto super buono. Una piacevolissima sorpresa e sicuramente una delle cose che ci è piaciuta di più del soggiorno.

Struttura quindi super consigliata!😊

Séjour reposant dans le confort d’une belle Masseria
Pros:

L’emplacement au calme et pas loin du centre ville d’Otranto. Petit déjeuner copieux avec un bon café à l’italienne.
Le personnel est à l’écoute du client.

Cons:

Mal insonorisée, la chambre proche de l’entrée et du restaurant est à éviter si on veut être au calme.

Pros:

La Masseria est agréable et la piscine est un vrai point positif.

L’endroit reste agréable, notamment grâce à la piscine, mais le rapport qualité-prix nous a semblé insuffisant.

Cons:

En revanche, nous avons été déçus par plusieurs détails qui, au regard du tarif payé, 930 € pour 3 nuits ,nous ont semblé franchement mesquins.
La bouteille d’eau dans la chambre est facturée 2 €, le renouvellement de la serviette de plage 4 €, et surtout l’accès au spa est en supplément à 30 € par personne pour 2 heures, alors que l’établissement se présente comme une “Masseria Spa”.
Cette information ne nous avait pas paru clairement indiquée sur Booking au moment de la réservation.
Dans la chambre, les produits de douche sont uniquement proposés sous forme de distributeurs-poussoirs fixés dans la douche, sans véritables produits d’accueil ou petites attentions particulières. Pour le café, seulement une bouilloire avec du café soluble, là où l’on pourrait raisonnablement attendre une machine à café dans un établissement de cette gamme.

Pris séparément, ce ne sont que des détails. Mais lorsqu’on paie plus de 300 € la nuit, leur accumulation donne une impression désagréable de prestations comptées ou simplifiées au maximum alors qu’elles devraient, selon nous, faire naturellement partie du niveau de service attendu.
