It was perfect.
Pros:

The receptionist was so nice she told us everything we needed to know, and then we went up the stairs, which were quite like the pictures, to our room and when we opened it I became sooo happy because it was exactly like the pictures, everything was comfy, the shower was good, everything smelled nice, the hotel provided a lot of things shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, towels etc. Everything you need, even an iron too, the little built in kitchen was so cute, if I come to London again I will DEFINITELY stay here.
And I know you see some bad reviews about this hotel but don't trust them. It is good. Plus the location is insanely good, safe and it has a lot of things, fast and not fast food, clothing shops, Sainsbury's, Tesco. And of course everything was clean!!

Cons:

Maybe if you open the windows you can hear a lot of things and people can lowkey see in, but there are curtains so everything was cool.

Ás instruções do check in após as 23 hs não chegou a tempo. Tivemos que aguardar um funcionário para liberar o quarto. O funcionário estava demorou para liberar a acomodação

Very clean.
Very conveniently located for transportation, shops and restaurants.
Comfortable bed.
Nicely furnished and equipped.
Loved the Brita filter tap.

Cons:

Soundproofing could be better. I know maintaining clean carpets can be a pain but they would muffle some of the noise of upstairs guests.

Pequeño pero acogedor, calefacción muy bien, toallero bueno, ducha amplia y la cocina bien.

Cons:

En el armario donde está la pequeña cocina olía un poco a desagüe, de vez en cuando hay que ventilar un poco porque huele un poco pero bueno se puede soportar

Cons:

Por ser quarto para duas pessoas, falta mais uma cadeira no quarto. Aquecedor da WC só desliga no quadro dentro do roupeiro.

Ho riscontrato un piccolo problema: ossia avevo acquistato una t-shirt di hard rock ..che avevo poggiato sotto la scrivania ..il giorno dopo non l ho più ritrovata .

Cons:

The room is way smaller than the pictures show. It is smaller than an average hotel room, except it also houses a tiny kichenette. No lift. Don't think it can fit more than one person comfortably.

Schöne, komfortable und saubere Unterkunft in London
Pros:

Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Unterkunft in Hampstead entschieden und waren super glücklich mit diesem Hotel. Die Betten sind für UK-Verhältnisse wirklich sehr bequem und nicht zu weich, das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig und alles, was wir benötigt haben war in der Nähe zu finden. Wir haben unseren nächsten Aufenthalt schon geplant.
