Overall ok...But by the end I really wanted to get home

Cleanliness...The beds were shabbily made each day and the room and bathroom was not kept too clean. On the first day, I experienced a dirty sheet on my bed and itching. I even found a piece of hair from the last client.

Chambre appropriée pour des courts séjours
Pros:

J’ai été logé dans le bâtiment qui est se trouve au 191 de la même rue.
Dans l’ensemble tout s’est bien passé: la chambre était propre, il n’y avait pas de bruit car la chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue.

Cons:

Le climatiseur faisait beaucoup de bruit et en mode silencieux il ne soufflait pas du tout et on j’avais chaud. Mis à part cela tout fonctionnait.

Worst stay of my life
Pros:

The hotel was clean.

Cons:

The whole hotel room smelt of strong bleach. I had to leave 4/5 hours in as I couldn’t bear the smell. I kept coughing every time I spoke on the phone to the point where I woke up with a sore throat. I felt dizzy and had a headache as soon as I walked into the room. The staff member recommended that I leave the window open during the night, when I was staying there by myself as a woman. I had enough and had to leave the building at around 10pm. The staff are incredibly rude and saying that it was meant to smell like that and didn’t even come to inspect it when I asked multiple times. I assure you, if I stayed there any longer, I would’ve had to go to the hospital the next day. Do not stay here if you have asthma or breathing difficulties. I wouldn’t even recommend the hotel if you were physically healthy. There were people walking around outside my door and when I told the hotel workers I felt unsafe, he said there is nothing he can do. Given my experience, they have refused a refund.

It did the job for what I needed....
Pros:

Great location in West Hampstead, room also felt clean despite the appearance outside of the room. Good hot water and pressure in the shower. AC worked very well.

Cons:

All the air fresheners plugged into outlets trying to hide weird smells. Door was difficult to lock, building felt sketchy, middle of the night lots of noises outside. Sink was super small so near impossible to wash your face/brush teeth without getting water on the floor. No lobby if you want to even hang outside of your room.

Above a pub (two pubs), don't expect being able to get to bed before midnight or so, even with closed windows.
