Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per un soggiorno a Londra
Pros:

abbiamo richiesto una camera doppia con 2 letti singoli e l'unica disponibile si trova al 3° piano senza ascensore. La stanza è molto confortevole e accogliente, letti molto comodi e nonostante il bagno sia piccolo, la doccia è molto comoda. Notevole la scorta di shower gel e shampo. Di ottima qualità la biancheria sia da bagno che da letto

Minden fotón ablakos szobát mutatott a foglalandó szobáról a booking.com, ezzel szemben a valóságban ablak nélküli volt a kategóriában minden szoba. Hazug fényképek helyett a valóság csak a helyszínen derült ki. Ablakos szobával nem rendelkeztek, akkor kellett éjszaka új szobát keresnem utolsó pillanatban nyilván sokkal drágábban mintha előre foglalom. Ha tudtam volna sosem foglalom le az ablaktalan szobát. Visszatérítés kértem, mivel ilyen szobában nem is maradtam, a foglalást nem használtam fel. Visszautasították jogos kérésemet. Gondolom úgy gondolják bármit megtehetnek ha már egyszer foglaltam. Jogi képviseletet gondolom ritkán veszigénybe vendég, aki ebben a legkevésbé sem számít, a Nox west hamsteadnek csak a zsebre tett pénz. Jogi képviselet ajánlott ha oda akar menni valaki.

Overall, great location, nice clean modern rooms, just be aware there is no lift
Pros:

We know the area so it was perfectly positioned on West Hampstead high street, rooms are all a bit different, this stay was a smaller room but always modern clean and the kitchenette is a nice touch if you are staying a few days

Cons:

The blind on the window was not a blackout blind so at just after 5am the room was flooded with light, not ideal for sleeping, would be nice to have a slightly bigger bed as well but don’t think the room size would allow it and finally there is no lift so not ideal if you end up on a higher floor and you’ve got a large suitcase

Pros:

Great location on the high street, 5-10 min walk from West Hampstead tube station. Studio was a good size with a kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. Good value for money for a short trip. Clean and modern.

Cons:

It was very noisy at night from other peoples rooms / coming up the stairs. The room wasn’t in the main office building, instead it was in another building down the road. We were given a PIN code to access the building and card for the room.

Ottima struttura sotto ogni aspetto - prezzo qualità eccellente.
Pros:

Struttura in una posizione strategica e vicino al centro! Camere dotate di tutti i comfort e anche di più, abbiamo molto apprezzato le cialde del caffè per la colazione! Le camere non hanno la moquette e questo è un’altro pro, e pulizia eccellente. Siamo stati benissimo, e consigliamo davvero questa struttura. Nel caso torneremo a Londra sarà un punto di riferimento! Grazie!
