Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

We would absolutely stay here again. The location was perfect.
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We appreciated the coffee and other “treats” that were available throughout the day in the dining area.

Hotel super consigliabile ma leggi le istruzioni per il parcheggio
Pros:

Hotel moderno e confortevole, posizione centralissima, bella camera con wi-fi veloce, letto super confortevole, macchina del caffè compatibile cialde Nespresso, bagno con ampia doccia e ottimi prodotti toeletta forniti, terrazzino attrezzato (non si dovrebbe dire ma si può fumare). Un discorso a parte merita il parcheggio che è assolutamente indispensabile data la posizione centrale dell'hotel ma che è a pagamento (soldi ben spesi se non vuoi impazzire alla ricerca di un parcheggio nelle vicinanze) e che presenta alcuni problemi....vedi le cose che non mi sono piaciute...

...il parcheggio. Comodissimo perchè vicinissimo all'hotel, peccato che all'atto della prenotazione nessuno ti dica dov'è e neanche che per raggiungerlo devi entrare in un'area pedonale con dissuasori a scomparsa! No panic...all'atto della prenotazione specifica la tua targa, avvicinati con l'auto ai dissuasori che si abbasseranno, dopo 50 mt troverai l'hotel alla tua destra, parcheggia momentaneamente sulla via (attirandoti le maledizioni dei ciclisti/pedoni) entra nell'hotel (NB: per entrare devi aver scaricato l'app di cui ti hanno inviato per email il link), all'interno troverai appeso uno o più telecomandi, risali in macchina e svolta immediatamente a sinistra in una viuzzula alla fine della quale troverai un cancello che si apre con il telecomano...bravo, ci sei riuscito! NB: ricordati di posare il telecomando in modo che resti a disposizione degli altri ospiti.

Fijn en goed hotel! Kamer was ruim en schoon.
Goede locatie midden in het centrum van Den Haag!
Zelf inchecken verliep prima, met duidelijke instructies van te voren.
1 nachtje geweest, maar zeker voor herhaling vatbaar :)

Heerlijke plek midden in de stad
Pros:

Het was geloof ik inmiddels m'n 4e keer in het knusse Arq Paleis hotel, een heerlijke hideaway midden in het hart van de stad. Winkels en terrasjes op loopafstand, ideaal. Het hotel voelt als een warme deken: huiselijk, sfeervol, een fijne plek om je even terug te trekken. Op de kamer word je welkom gegeten met een lekkere brownie en persoonlijk kaartje en beneden staat er altijd iets lekkers klaar in de lounge/ontbijtkamer waar je ook ontspannen even kunt borrelen, een boekje kunt lezen of spelletje spelen. We hadden een mooie Deluxe kamer op de bovenste etage, waar je je even in Parijs waande en ondanks dat we aan de straatkant zaten was het er 's nachts heel rustig. De bedden liggen geweldig en de Zenology badproducten ruiken heerlijk. Het personeel is niet altijd aanwezig of zichtbaar, maar anders wel via app en telefoon en als ze er zijn, zijn ze heel snel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, heel fijn! Ik kom graag weer terug.

Our stay was unfortunately affected by several issues.

To begin with, the parking situation was extremely complicated and very stressful. The instructions were unclear, and some important information was missing. We arrived by car on a very narrow street and waited in front of the hotel because we could see the parking entrance, but we didn’t have the key to access it. I called the emergency number three times at around 5:00 p.m., but no one answered. We ended up waiting for about an hour because we had no idea how to open the parking gate. Thankfully, another hotel guest was kind enough to lend us the parking key. It would have been very helpful if we had been informed in advance that we first needed to go into the hotel to collect the parking key before driving into the parking area.

The room itself was fine, but the cleanliness was disappointing. We found insects in the room, and there was a lot of dust, which made it feel as though it had not been cleaned properly.

Simple functional place good for a one night stay
Pros:

The place was clean and nicely decorated, it was nice to have the little communal kitchen area with free tea and coffee etc. and access to a tap for drinking water.

Cons:

I did not enjoy the digital only experience- it was unclear to me at first how to use the digital key and I had to call (expensive international call!) to gain access. The staff were helpful however and got the problem resolved. The room was clean and nicely decorated but smaller than it appeared in the pictures, however perfectly fine. It is simply a personal preference but I prefer hotels with staff and facilities like a bar onsite that make a place feel more lively, however this place will be a great option if you don’t mind the digital option.

Pros:

Hele goede ligging in mooie wijk in het centrum. Op loopafstand van allerlei cafeetjes en restaurantjes.
Wij hadden elektrische fietsen bij ons en mochten deze gratis stallen op het afgesloten parkeerterrein aan de overkant. Super vriendelijk personeel, gezellige sfeer. Hotel is vorig jaar gemoderniseerd, sfeervol. Aanrader!
