Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

Schönes Hotel in sehr zentraler Lage.
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer mit bequemem Bett. Schönes, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel.
Man sollte nur fragen, dass das Zimmer nicht zur Oude Molstraat liegt, da ist es bis spät sehr laut. Wir hatten Glück und unser Zimmer ging zur Molenstraat.

Cons:

Der automatische Assistent (ein Agent, der auf meine Fragen antwortete) hat nicht berücksichtigt, was das hoteleigene Personal antwortete. Das hat teilweise zur Verwirrung geführt, da ich dann zwei unterschiedliche Antworten erhielt.

Szépen berendezett szoba, kedves fogadtatás.
Pros:

Szépen berendezett szoba, érkezéskor kedves ajándékok voltak bekészítve. Tiszta helyiségek, kedves segítőkész személyzet.

Cons:

Az utcáról beszűrődő hangok kicsit zavartak. A fürdőszobában nincs tárolóhely.

Knusse hideaway midden in de stad
Pros:

Arq Paleis Hotel is zo’n adresje waarbij je twijfelt of je het wel verder wit vertellen. Een hidden treasure in het pittoreske Hofkwartier van Den Haag. Waar veel hotels ingetogen chic zijn (ook fijn), is Arq Paleis Hotel een hotel dat je echt omarmt. Het is er persoonlijk, warm, ingericht door iemand met een heel goed gevoel voor interieur en styling. Hoewel er geen officiële bemande receptie is, voelt het er gelijk huiselijk. In de knusse lobby staat ’s ochtends het ontbijtbuffet klaar met granola, yoghurt, fruit, croissantjes, brood, beleg of een gekookt eitje. Overdag kun je hier even relaxen en staat er altijd iets lekkers klaar, home-made. De gangen zijn warm gekleurd in okergeel en de kamers hebben prachtig oudroze muren. Ik had de Tiny Room die inderdaad heel knus is, maar op klerenhangers na, is voorzien van alle gemakken en met uitzicht op de binnentuin. Het is er rustig, ondanks dat je midden in de stad zit en ideaal dat je letterlijk 100 meter van het Noordeinde zit waar eindeloos veel leuke winkels zoals Skins, Zara Home, Dille & Kamille en terrasjes zitten. Ook de eeuwenoude Passage is altijd weer een bezoekje waard. Ik kom graag weer terug!

Cons:

Niets eigenlijk, maar een plankje in de badkamer voor wat toiletspullen en wat klerenhangers aan de kapstok of in de kast zouden het helemaal af maken

Enorm genoten van de prachtige en comfortabele kamer, fantastisch bed.

Het personaal dat 's ochtends aanwezig was was zeer behulpzaam en de locatie was uitstekend!
