All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.
A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.
Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.
Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 3 years old and over stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

The location was right in the center
It is so loud an noisy all of the time. The hotel is in a central location but has zero noise isolation. You hear everything like you are sleeping directly on the street. And people outside make noise all night long.
Also, everything is self-service. So, there is nobody to talk to and their chatbot is barely functional.
Cleaning is also terrible. Often times they took our towels from the floor and hung them back up. And on the last night, they did not give any towels at all. We had only one left. And while there was a "self-service" area for guests that should have towels, there were no towels there either.
Regular hotel staff can at least control cleaning and hold them accountable.
But with no lobby and only a chatbot, the whole concept is just falling apart.
We will book only regular hotels with 24/7 lobby in the future. Things can always go South. But you have at least someone on-site who can help out.
It was clean, the room was a good size and it was on a side street so it was relatively quiet after about 12 midnight.
There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. There were just some loud, rude guests late the second night but since there is no one at the desk overnight, the owners would be unaware of this.

Amazing stay at Arq hotel! We loved the cozy atmosphere and the downstairs lounge area with coffee and offered treats and fruit. It was like having a nice community space to enjoy together as friends in different rooms.
Beds are very comfy and only downside is the night noise from the streets but earplugs do help! The room was spacious and bathroom great, I really liked the body wash they have ! The parking is super close and convenient; yes it is a little bit difficult to be guided with Google Maps in this pedestrian area but we are used to these situations so it was not a problem for us to drive a bigger car and reach the hotel. The room had offered water and coffee capsules and tea bags, a kettle , coffee machine and mini bar: all you need! The staff was friendly and reacted promptly to all needs such as early check in an late checkout.
Amazing hotel. The common area is well stocked at all times and the room was surprisingly luxurious (bathrobe, unique bathroom products, the bed). Our dog got some welcome presents too. Parking is nearby. Overall location is great.10/10
The only problem are the thin walls. Early morning you get woken up by people leaving.

Central location. Attractive building. Room very comfortable. Large lounge which was very relaxing and with (free) tea/coffee and snacks. Other than points below, this would have been an exceptional place.
Lighting in room insufficient (for reading). Breakfast alright, but the least choice of the many places I stayed in on this trip; it is a set breakfast, they claim this avoids waste, but it is the opposite if you cannot choose what to have. The big problem was the unwanted technology; everything is done through AI and an app which you have to download to your phone, including getting access on arrival, which could be a challenge for some less IT literate visitors; some aspects of the app did not work; I was overcharged and, while this was quickly rectified with an apology, it would have been easier if there was a reception rather than do through AI; it is all very impersonal; excessive number of messages before arrival and during stay. I would not stay here again despite the comfort and many appealing aspects.
Comfortabele kamer, uitstekend sanitair, heerlijke zeepjes en lekker ontbijt. Top locatie nabij Noordeinde.
‘s avonds wel wat geluid van terrasgangers in de zijstraat naast het hotel.

- Als je de douche gebruikte, was heel de badkamervloer nat.
De locatie is midden in het levendige centrum. Als je de deur uitloopt heb je alles binnen handbereik. De gastvrouw, was heel vriendelijk, informatief, bescheiden, prettige persoonlijkheid. Een prachtig ingericht, huiselijk, hotel.
Als ik dam toch wat moet noemen, het enkel laags toiletpapier.

de badkamer was niet grondig schoon gemaakt: er hingen nog gebruikte handdoeken, het vuilbakje en het toilet waren nog vuil van vorige gasten..
