Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

excellent location, comfortable bed, very clean
Cons:

I have never seen hotel rooms without wardrobe, or at least hangers for clothes... meaning you can't hang your clothes so they're ready for tomorrow. On the second floor in room 205 you can take an iron. But it is very inconvenient. So for a one night stay it is a great hotel with a great location, true. But since I came to a conference for 4 days and had to constantly take care of my clothes, it is not suitable

Great stay at a great location
Pros:

It offered everything we needed for a quick stay, and we could even use it for a longer one. The location is great, right in the middle of the city and full of restaurants, bars, shops and landmarks.

The staff was very attentive, and the online system worked pretty reliably for accessing the hotel and the room.

The room was clean, with an old vibe but with all the newest amenities possible.

Wir würden sehr freundlich, begrüßt weit vor Checkin und bekamen sofort einen Kaffee angeboten. Bis wir das Zimmer beziehen konnten, wurden die Koffer sicher aufbewahrt. Das Personal war zu jederzeit sehr freundlich.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Kanal. Es war nachts sehr ruhig.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war gut, fehlende Speisen wurden schnell nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Die ist ein wenig auswärts, dafür aber sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Hotel se nachází v centru města. Je stylově zařízený. Měla jsem pokoj s balkonem do dvora a večer při západu slunce jsem si to moc užila. S personálem jsem se setkala pouze jednou, ale na WhatsAppu byli pořád a se vším, co jsem potřebovala, mi hned pomohli. Také oceňuji, že jsem si mohla vybrat polštář, i postel byla pohodlná. Určitě doporučuji.

Heerlijk verblijf in dit leuke en mooie hotel
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, prachtige kamer, keurige prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en vriendelijk personeel. Het viel me ook op dat alles zo schoon en netjes was.

Pros:

Was für ein wunderschönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details. Auch das Zimmer hat Flair und ist einfach nur schön. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr hilfsbereit. In der Früh wird ein gutes Frühstück serviert. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir sicher abstellen.

We had a very nice and convenient stay there
Pros:

Clean, good location (it is in busy area that would get super crowded at weekend nights, but we liked it), everything was great

Cons:

The check in process! We were told that we can check in by 3 pm, but it took 45 minutes to send the digital key to us!

Comfortable and would stay again
Pros:

Very well located and all staff were very nice. Check in was smooth despite an issue with the key and room was very clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately the shower was not operable in our room but they tried their best to give us other options (we were offered the use of another room’s shower).

Leuk hotel op een centrale locatie, heel gastvrij en goede service!
Pros:

Mooi, stijlvol ingericht hotel op een top locatie midden in het leuke centrum. Personeel is heel gastvrij en behulpzaam, en het lekkers/fruit dat je mag pakken is top! Het in-en out checken gaat heel makkelijk online en heel fijn dat je je bagage er makkelijk kunt opbergen zodat je flexibel bent in aankomst/vertrektijden en je niet met je spullen hoeft te zeulen :)

Cons:

Het bed was voor ons aan de harde kant, en de regendouche was niet erg comfortabel (voor mij iets te harde straal). Verder wat rumoer van de straat maar er liggen oorddopjes klaar op de kamer (en had zelf geen last van het geluid).
