Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

Geluidshinder maar wel een mooi hotel
Pros:

Ruime kamer, netjes, fijn bed.
Badkamer prettig en netjes.
Ontbijt is prima maar weinig keuze.

Cons:

Wij hebben geen oog dicht gedaan door geluidsoverlast van het cafe dat tegenover het hotel zit. Hele nacht door geluidsoverlast (tot 5 uur in de ochtend).
Wij zouden om deze reden niet nog een keer hier verblijven.

Prima hotel, uitstekende lokatie
Pros:

Prima communicatie. Ik had een aantal vragen, deze werden iedere keer binnen een paar minuten online beantwoord. Het personeel in het hotel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het enige wat niet goed ging was dat ik geen mail ontving met de digitale sleutel om in te checken. Maar het van te voren gekregen telefoonnummer om te bellen, werkte perfect.

Pros:

Nettes Hotel in bester Lage in der Innenstadt. Straßenbahnen zu den beiden Fernbahnhöfen halten in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso finden sich zahlreiche schöne Restaurants und Bars direkt nebenan. Dennoch war es sehr ruhig. Schöne öffentliche Räume im Erdgeschoss, großes Zimmer, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Das Ein- und Auschecken mit Smartphone und digitalem Schlüssel klappte problemlos.

Perfect for couples
Pros:

Fully renovated but with the charm and warmth of all Dutch houses, this Hotel is the perfect place to stay in Den Haag. The location is perfect, right at the center of all main tourist spots, on a lively but cozy street. Walking distance from the train station. Good value breakfast. Check in and check out can be done online, or though the AI assistant or with their welcoming staff. Elevator, so you don't have to carry your luggage through Dutch stairs. A real bathroom, not like modern hotels. We stayed for 7 days during our honeymoon, as we chose Den Haag as our base ground while exploring Holland. Every day, after many trains and sightseeing, it was like coming back home.

Toplocatie, goede sfeer, mooi ingericht, schoon, lekkere zeep & shampoo.

Cons:

Om 8 uur ‘s ochtends werden de ramen gewassen. Niet prettig wakker worden!
De douche overstroomt (kamer 105), waardoor de hele badkamer vrij snel blank staat.

Voor een paar dagen Den Haag de perfecte place to be! Wij komen terug.
Pros:

De ligging midden in het Hofkwartier met tal van goede restaurantjes in de buurt. De sfeer en comfort zodra je het hotel binnen stapt. Heerlijk bed en beddengoed. Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar voor ons helemaal perfect en wat er was, was ruim voldoende en smaakvol. Kleine details waardoor je je heel welkom voelt. Een dikke 10!

Cons:

De kamer was na de eerste nacht niet goed schoongemaakt. Daar heb ik melding van gemaakt en ze reageerden meteen bezorgd en pakten het meteen goed op. Het punt was dat ze in het weekend schoonmakers van een uitzendbureau hebben en niet hun vaste team. Er zou hier meteen melding van gemaakt worden. Vandaar nog steeds een ruim voldoende in mijn beoordeling qua hygiene.

Prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie
Pros:

Prachtig hotel op een geweldige locatie! Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en je merkt dat er een extra stap wordt gezet om het gasten naar hun zin te maken.

We hebben genoten van de mooie kamer, heerlijke bedden, regendouche, het lekkere ontbijt én kaasplankje.

A beautiful diamond in a street with great ambiance
Pros:

Location -Location Location ( around the corner of Noordeinde and shops and the street itself has nice restaurants and authentic shops like vintage, antique, skincare, workshops pottery)
Good breakfast everything you need is there
Free snacks
Free storage for luggage after check-out or before check in
Parking at Q-Park Torengarage is 2 min walk
( hotel has also parking space but Q-Park seemed more practical as the street of the hotel is car-free area)
