Important information:

All rooms are double-rooms. The option for twin beds is limited and only possible in Superior Rooms and upon request.

A third child or adult is charged €35 per night for an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the Tiny and Deluxe rooms.

Please note that an extra bed and a children's cot is only available upon request and subject to availability. The children's cot costs €10 per night.

Pets (dogs only) are allowed on request. The pet fee is €25,00 per night, please ask for approval beforehand.

Pros:

Het hotel ligt dicht bij verschillende bezienswaardigheden en er zijn meerdere restaurants in de buurt. Goede koffie- en thee voorzieningen op de kamer.

Cons:

Er kwam zoveel lawaai van de mensen op de terrassen dat het leek alsof de ramen open stonden.
Het bed was niet goed,, het leek alsof ik in kuil lag. De kamer was kleiner dan ik op basis van de foto's had verwacht.

Soggiorno stupendo e super consigliato
Pros:

Struttura centrale, con camere pulite e accoglienti. Ottima la presenza di acqua, macchinetta per il te e caffè e utili le informazioni lasciate nel biglietto di benvenuto. Prodotti beauty buonissimi e ben curati gli spazi comuni. Ottima anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in hotel.

Geweldig!!!
Pros:

Koffie en thee op kamer, maar eigenlijk alles.
Oja wel iets wat eruit sprong, beneden in lobby mocht je thee/koffie pakken, stonden koekjes, snoepjes en stukjes kaas. En ook water met fruit erin.

Cons:

Heerlijk dik dekbed, maar was soms wat warm in de nacht, maar zegt meer over mij waarschijnlijk.

Pros:

Wat een fijn plekje midden in het centrum van Den Haag, leuke koffiezaakjes en cafe’s eetgelegenheden, en wijnbarretjes, alles in het hotel is goed verzorgt en het slaapcomfort is het beste van alle hotels in Den Haag, houdt bij het boeken rekening met een verzoek voor een rustigere kamer, want het bevind zich in het meest gezellige buurtje van Den Haag met dan uiteraard wat rumoer van live muziek en uitgaand publiek.

I enjoyed everything at this hotel: the location, the room and how spacious, clean and nicely decorated it was, the luxury soap and shampoo we had in the bathroom, the staff and how quickly they responded to all our issues (we highlighted a problem and they immediately responded and took action and kept us informed of next steps).
The only downturn for us was that we only stayed 1 night and wished we could stay longer.

Fantastisch, bijna bij de koning in de tuin
Pros:

Wat een leuke plek, midden in de uitgaansbuurt en de winkelstraten, genoeg reuring tot laat in de avond, maar de oordoppen lagen al klaar op ons nachtkastje, naast de welkomsbonbon. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en attent.
Beneden in de huiskamer is gratis koffie, thee, water met wat lekkers te pakken, ook drankjes tegen vergoeding. 's middags stond er een kaasplankje klaar, zo leuk!
De bedden lagen heerlijk, badkamer met fijne douche. Wij hebben genoten!

Cons:

Helemaal niets, zou zo weer boeken!

Ich werde wieder kommen!
Pros:

Mir hat besonders gefallen, das man selbstständig einchecken und das Gebäude, sowie Zimmer betreten kann. Im Zimmer hat man uns mit einer Karte, kleinen Köstlichkeiten und personalisierten Bildschirmschoner auf dem Fernseher.
Mir persönlich hat die Einrichtung sehr gut gefallen.
Es gab Aufenthaltsräume mit kostenlosen Snacks und Getränken.
Das Personal war trotzdem bei Anliegen vor Ort und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt außerdem die Möglichkeit das Auto oder Fahrräder abzustellen.

Ottima struttura ma personale inesistente
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata situata proprio in centro città nelle vie di pub e locali. Camera pulita, spaziosa.
Tanta cura per i dettagli, ma dovrebbero migliorare sull'assistenza

Personale totalmente inesistente, per un 4 stelle è inaccettabile!
Siamo stati chiamati circa 3 ore prima del check in per darci informazioni sull'arrivo ed il parcheggio (prenotato con largo anticipo e pagato ben 40 euro). Hanno mandato un messaggio su whatsapp con istruzioni contrastanti tra il file allegato al messagio ed il messaggio stesso.
Arriviamo alle 16.45 (non notte fonda!! ) e troviamo gli stalli del parcheggio indicatoci nel messaggio e a voce occupati (dal 7 al 10) quindi parcheggiamo in quello indicato nel file (numero11). Proviamo a chiamare e nessuno risponde, quindi chiamiamo il numero indicato come "emergenza" in hotel e dicono che non sanno nulla e non possono inoltrare la richiesta al proprietario, quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare.

Non siamo riusciti ad accedere alla camera, richiamiamo il numero di emergenza e dicono che non sono registrata come ospite e che avrebbero verificato con il proprietario. Dopo 10 minuti si sblocca la porta e finalmente siamo riusciti ad entrare.

Telecomando della tv assente in camera, la sera abbiamo dovuto staccare la spina dal muro con fatica perche anche in questo caso non c'era personale.
Camera rumorosa con tappi per le orecchie, cosa che non era indicato al momento della prenotazione, ma ci sta essendo in centro città.

Schön mit kleinen Mängeln
Pros:

Der Eingangsbereich ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man kann sich während des ganzen Tages Kaffee und kleine Snacks nehmen.
Das Zimmer war süß und hatte sogar einen kleinen Balkon.

Cons:

Leider gibt es kaum bzw. keine Ablageflächen oder Regale im Zimmer wie auch im Badezimmer. Nicht einmal für den Koffer ging es eine Ablage. Ich war alleine unterwegs, daher war es „ok“ - zu zweit ginge das nicht!
