Haal dit hotel van jullie website
Cons:

Het hotel is een AZC geworden ik heb een overboeking gekregen van Fletcher en door jullie heb ik nu extra kosten moeten betalen omdat dit hotel verder weg was plus betaald parkeren. Dus heel slecht van jullie dat dit hotel er nog op staat.

Bonjour, j'aimerai recevoir le mail du manager du groupe Fletcher étant donné que c'est en tel à L'Hôtel vers 18h (heure prévue du check in) que l'hotel m'informe que notre chambre est annulée et dispo à Helmond au lieu de Roermond suite changement de propriétaire ! donc +/- 50 kp de plus que prévu. Je souhaite un dédommagement pour cela !

Very disappointed
Pros:

Totally understaffed which put the staff in bad tempers all night. Evening meal was a mix up with food arriving we never ordered. Things we had asked for never arrived. Almost went in kitchen to get served. Waitress and bar girl same person serving 20 plus people. Ridiculous spoilt the night.

Friendly and helpfull staff. Hiring Ebikes. Germany so closeby and stunning nature. Hiking and cycling routes

We chose the hotel for its location. It's easy to drive into Roermond, which is a beautiful city.
Pros:

Access and location were good. I last stayed here in 1986, it has changed lots.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working. The shower tray was damaged and rusty. No coffee making facilities in the room. The cooked breakfast was cold because it had no warming device . Last time I stayed here breakfast was individually cooked upon request.
