Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr schlecht
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionsmitarbeiters beim Check in und das gesamte Frühstücksteam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls herausragend.

Alles andere war leider nicht gut.

Cons:

Der Umgang mit Reklamationen ist extrem unprofessionell. Sehr lange Story: ich bekam auf Wunsch ein Zimmer am Ende des Gangs, das leise sein sollte u das klappte wunderbar. Das Zimmer war jedoch auch am Ende des letzten Gebäudes, wo ich gut u gerne 5 Minuten hinlaufen musste durch viele Türen etc. Das war mit Gepäck recht sperrig. Das Zimmer hatte die 16 Grad Außentemperatur, da das Fenster geöffnet war, ich kam gegen 18 Uhr an. Die Heizung ging leider nicht. Ich besorgte mir an der Rezeption einen Heizofen um überhaupt duschen zu können bei der Kälte.
Dann ging ich ins Restaurant. Dort bestellte ich ein Steak medium well mit nur Salz, Pfeffer und Öl gewürzt. Bekommen habe ich ein Steak englisch und Mischgemüse mit Zwiebeln (auf der Karte stand Karotte), obwohl ich sagte ich bin dagegen allergisch und weder gefragt noch informiert wurde über den Tausch. Nach dem Probieren bat ich darum das Steak nochmal kurz nachzugaren. Es kam das gleiche Gemüse und das Steak war so zäh (gegen die Faser geschnitten?), dass es ungenießbar war. Ich wies während dem Verzehr auf meinen Unmut hin und auch als der volle Teller abgeräumt wurde. Kommentar "naja, Sie haben ja schon etwas extra bekommen. Normal machen wir hier nur a la carte." Das musste ich für 38 Euro und noch sehr viel Hunger erstmal sacken lassen. Am nächsten Morgen unterhielt ich mich mit einer Frühstückdame und erwähnte das Geschehen nebenbei wegen meinen Allergien und dem Umgang damit. Sie meinte das ginge ja garnicht u ich solle mal kurz warten. Sie ging zum Restaurant Leiter und kümmerte sich. Es passierte NICHTS! Die Dame entschuldigte sich und sagte mehr könne sie ja nun auch nicht tun als zu ihm und an die Rezeption. Beim Check out wiederholte ich meine Beschwerde und zeigte Bilder vom Steakteller, davor und danach. "Ich gebe es weiter". 4 Tage später schrieb ich eine erboste Nachricht über Booking.com. Reaktion: ja das tut uns leid. Mehr nicht.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig, mir hat nichts gefehlt. Betten waren sehr bequem. Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Parksituation ist sehr sehr sehr schlecht. Auch die Anbindung der Öffis ist nicht gut. Wenn man nicht gerade zur Messe in Leipzig möchte ist die Lage schlecht.

Pros:

Alltid tillgänglig service i receptionen, det var bra o tryggt. Rummet och badrummet var rent o fräscht.
Frukosten verkligen god, riklig o mycket att välja mellan. Vita dukar o färska blommor på alla bord.
Parkeringen låg nära, och var bevakad, lätt att komma ut o in närsom helst på dygnet med biljetten som vi köpt.

Luogo ottimale, sia per le visite alla regione sia per il relax nel weekend
