Gutes Hotel für Kurzurlaub. Eigener PKW zwingend erforderlich
Pros:

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage. Super Frühstück, ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden

Cons:

Um vom Hotel ohne Auto z.B. nach Murnau oder Oberammergau zu kommen ist fast unmöglich.
Nur zu Fuß bis zum Bahnhof und dann auch wieder zurück.
Taxi oder Shuttle Bus gibt es nicht.

Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, aber ich wäre gerne
Pros:

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und schöner Wellnessbereich.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon gebucht und trotzdem eins mit Balkon bekommen. Die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind auch ganz schön eingerichtet, modernes Badezimmer.
Sehr große und gute Weinkarte im Restaurant.

Cons:

Uns wurde gesagt, der Wellnessbereich hätte von 7:00-22:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Saunen werden tatsächlich aber erst ab dem späten Nachmittag beheizt. Wir wollten vor dem Checkout den Wellnessbereich eigentlich nochmals nutzen und waren sehr enttäuscht, dass das nicht möglich war.

Alles in Allem wat der Aufenthalt gut.
Pros:

Tiefgarge ist vorhanden.
Zimmerservice kann fakultativ entfallen, dafür gibt es einen kl. Bonus.
Frühstück bereits ab 7.00h möglich.

Konnte besser sein!
Pros:

Ein heller Ausblick auf die Berge, ein ruhiger Ort mit einem sehr großen Pool, großzügige Zimmer und ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sauber, abgesehen von Haaren auf den Bettlaken, vermutlich von der Wäsche nicht vollständig entfernt.
Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig: veraltete Armaturen und kaputte Fliesen.
Spätes Betreten des Hotels Nachts erfordert viel Geduld, trotz Anrufs und Klingelns war der Weg zur Rezeption schwer erreichbar, erst nach einer halben Stunde kam jemand.
Die Essensauswahl ist klein (nur Mittags- und Abendessen); kein Roomservice, obwohl ein Telefon im Zimmer die Nummer des Restaurants zeigt.
Wellness-Bereich: Massage buchbar zu haben, war nicht möglich, da Masseurin im Urlaub zu sein scheint. Online stand 10.08 als Urlaubsbeginn, tatsächlich war an 08.08 und 09.08 keine Massage buchbar, was für mich entscheidend war bei der Hotelbuchung. Für mich definitiv kein 4-Sterne Hotel und definitiv kein Wellness Hotel nur weil es ein Pool hat.

Voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

In de maand januari verbleven wij ongeveer vijf nachten in Hotel Schillingshof in Bad Kohlgrub. Wat een ervaring! De netheid van het hotel, het uitgebreide ontbijt en de keuze uit een verfijnd driegangenmenu met de allures van een sterrenrestaurant hebben ons bijzonder aangenaam verrast.
Het ruime en mooie zwembad, evenals de sauna – die bovendien perfect onderhouden waren – boden, ondanks buitentemperaturen tot min 10 graden, de ideale ontspanning na activiteiten in de buitenlucht en het bezoeken van de vele bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Denk hierbij aan skipistes, bevroren meren, kloven (Klammen), kloosters, het kasteel Linderhof en charmante steden en dorpen zoals Garmisch-Partenkirchen en Oberammergau.
Ook de aanwezigheid van een ondergrondse garage was een groot pluspunt. Zelfs daar bleef de temperatuur aangenaam (ongeveer min 1 graad), terwijl het buiten 's nachts - 16 was.
Kortom: een dikke pluim voor Hotel Schillingshof – voor het hotel zelf, de professionaliteit van het personeel én hun vriendelijkheid. Wij komen hier zonder twijfel terug!
