Pros:

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise haben wir ein Hotel in Autobahnnähe gesucht, das ruhig ist. Das Best Western war genau das, hatte auch ausreichend große Parkplätze für einen Hochdachkombi. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Gerne wieder.
Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, deshalb keine Bewertung dazu.

Pros:

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, für mich gut gelegen und das Bett war sehr komfortabel. Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Pros:

Freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage. Parkplätze vorhanden. Gute Betten.

Cons:

Etwas in die Tage gekommen. Frühstück für 16€ - das ist es definitiv nicht wert. Das Upgrade auf Komfortzimmer passt von Preis/Leistung nicht wirklich.

Immer gerne im BW Jena
Pros:

Ich bin sehr oft hier. Das Personal ist immer freundlich, das Essen im Hotel Restaurant schmeckt. Zimmer sind okay, Preis stimmt.

Ich werde öfters hier übernachten.

Super położenie blisko A4, cisza, spokój i blisko do centrum. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i poduszki - jedna miękka i jedna twarda. Czystość nienaganna, choć najlepsze lata hotel ma już za sobą. Jest zestaw do przygotowania herbaty. Hotelowa restauracja godna polecenia. Idealny na przerwę w podróży.

Für den günstigen Preis ist das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel absolut okay.
Pros:

Restaurant mit warmer Küche bis spät abends.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und in den Zimmern wurde schon lange nichts mehr renoviert.

Gutes Hotel für einen Zwischenstopp bei Jena
Pros:

Check In ging zügig und die Mitarbeiterin ging super auf die Fragen ein. Das Zimmer (wir hatten nur für 2 Nächte gebucht) war erstaunlich groß und trotz nähe zur Autobahn / Straße sehr ruhig.
Klimaanlage war vorhanden, haben wir aber nicht genutzt.

Frühstück völlig ausreichend, sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter welche am Buffet unterstützt haben.

Cons:

Es hat doch relativ lange gedauert, bis aus der Dusche das warme Wasser kam.. ca. 2-3 Minuten gingen ins Land..

Muy agradable
Pros:

El desayuno es muy completo, en el restaurante ( aparte del comedor del hotel) se cena muy bien con un horario muy amplio. Muy amables y cercanos. Además con la tarjeta del hotel tienes acceso gratuito al tranvía.

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unprofessionell.
Es gab einen sehr unangenehmen Vorfall mit einem Mitarbeiter und die Hotelleitung hat nichts unternommen. Booking hat allerdings das Problem auch nicht lösen wollen.
