Pros:

Super Lage, sauberes und einfaches Hotel mit alles was man braucht. Stadtzentrum ist in gehweite.

Cons:

Ventilateur présent et agréable avec la chaleur de la journée

Les rideaux ne sont pas pratiques a bouger et au matin réveil tôt car rideaux non occultant mais sinon tout est ok

Hotel bruyant et le pire le petit déjeuner rien ...une vienoiserie en arrivant rester 30 mn ils ont rien recharger ça fait cher ,un cafe un yaourt....honteux.

Clean and comfortable stay in great location - ideal for a short city break
Pros:

Well located, a few minutes walk from the Théâtre du Manège - very clean room in excellent location with onsite parking - friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Self-service coffee machines available 24 hours.

Prima. Voor 1 nacht doorreizen, ligging perfect.
Pros:

De ligging. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Geen airco, kamer was benauwd.
Douchen in bad niet prettig.
Toilet kan schoner.

L accueil, les chambres, literie confortable

Cons:

Le petit dej laisse à désirer.
Arrivée à 10h, plus grand chose et personne qui recharge le buffet.
Attention à votre réservation, j avais demandé une chambre avec balcon ou terrasse et rien de tout cela.
Pas de coordination entre booking et l hôtel.
Et pas possible de changer alors que j ai réservé depuis le 7 avril

Als regelmäßiger B+B Gast war ich enttäuscht und werde das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal

Cons:

Sehr laut, leider nur mäßig sauber und es war extrem heiß im Zimmer. Der an der Rezeption zugesagte Ventilator wurde dann doch nicht gebracht. Der im Zimmer vorhandene Ventilator war völlig verdreckt und konnte nicht benutzt werden.

A total disappointment
Cons:

We had to leave the hotel because the temperature in the room almost reached 35 degrees. We were traveling with an 8-year-old child who could not sleep and was at risk of falling ill due to the stifling heat.

Great location, but disappointing stay
Pros:

The location is definitely a plus, as the hotel is within walking distance of the city centre.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing. Right in front of the hotel, there was a woman who appeared to be under the influence of drugs, smoking outside. We saw her 2 times there (not sure if she was also the hotel's guest). There were also several people smoking in front of the entrance, with cigarette butts left all over the ground. This did not create a pleasant first impression.

The rooms are very basic and feel rather cheaply furnished.

We stayed as two couples. Thankfully, we were able to change one of our rooms to one with air conditioning. However, our friends had to stay in a room without air conditioning and, despite being provided with two fans, the room remained unbearably hot. They hardly slept at all during the entire weekend. The hotel should be better prepared for the summer season, especially during periods of high temperatures.

Another downside was the noise. Even with the windows completely closed, the traffic noise from outside was very noticeable, as though the windows offered little sound insulation.

Overall, the location is good, but the lack of air conditioning in some rooms, poor sound insulation, and the environment outside the hotel made our stay much less enjoyable than expected.

Hôtel appréciable et bien situé à Mons
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel est agréable. Les chambres sont assez grandes et agréables elles aussi. Le petit déjeuner était varié. Le tout dans un établissement situé très proche du cœur de Mons.

Cons:

L’éclairage dans la chambre a été défaillant mais cela s’est arrangé le matin suivant. Donc à part cela rien à signaler.
