Staff need to improve their service, be more friendly & honor their listing details
Pros:

The rate and location were fairly close to our bus station

Cons:

The unfriendliness of the staff and the fact that we were refused breakfast as we were told they stopped serving breakfast at 10:00am and we arrived at 10:05am. We showed them on Booking.com breakfast is advertised until 10:30am but after I showed them the allocated times they still refused us breakfast. The young receptionist was very rude. We reserved a room at this apartment because of the breakfast being included in the price. We arrived almost 3:00am and we were very tired. They should have honored the breakfast. The gentleman was also not friendly at all. They should not be in the hospitality industry.

Le foto della struttura sono ingannevoli. La camera completamente decadente, sporca, senza aria condizionata, ma con un ventilatore. Il rubinetto rotto come molte altre cose inspiegabili. La colazione? Non si può nemmeno definire così. Per prima cosa due tavoli piazzati davanti a porte di altre camere perché non c'è spazio all'ingresso nemmeno per aprire la porta che sbatti contro il banco della reception. La colazione consiste in un cornetto imbustato delle peggiori specie e una bevanda che puoi scegliere da un distributore, ma mi raccomando, c'è specificato che puoi prenderne solo una, perché ovviamente la colazione mica l'hai pagata :) Davvero un'esperienza terribile costata una cifra. Da non rifare mai più.

Camera grande staff cortese

Cons:

Tecnologia precaria prese che si staccano dal muro televisore non collegato e senza telecomando il bidet con solo acqua bollente non funzionava quella fredda
