Great place - unkind staff.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and great rooms.

Cons:

Staff rude.

I called to asked for help with a taxi and they slammed the phone down.

Generally unhelpful. It’s a shame as the hotel is lovely.

Pros:

Casi todo. Ubicación, edificio, limpieza, tamaño de la habitación, etc.

Cons:

No estaba habilitada la piscina exterior, ni zonas exteriores para comer o beber algo. Check in amable pero muy lento.

Unique rooms with beautiful views!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, lovely and helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the bed was perfect!

We changed from Lena as there was a big festival on, but would have preferred to stay there.
Pros:

Lovely town and Parador was fine. The palace and grounds were very interesting.

Cons:

The town was very small with not a lot to see and few good restaurants during April.
