Super endroit mais déçu par l'accueil
Pros:

Le cadre. L'hôtel en lui même.

Cons:

Gros pb d'attente à la réception. 1 seule personne cela n'est pas assez. Accueil au petit déjeuner pas très agréable du tout. (2 fois de suite)

La ubicación es inmejorable y el mirador desde la propia habitación con vistas a la sierra nos encantó

Cons:

La decoración de la habitación es francamente mejorable, demasiado fría y aséptica. Si embargo el cuarto de baño si nos gustó como está amueblado

El edificio es precioso y la ubicación perfecta.

Cons:

Las alfombras en las habitaciones sobraban, dan una sensación poco higiénica. Las abejas de la piscina también estaban de más y los setos no muy cuidados.

Relajasion absoluta.
Pros:

Todo en general, fuimos a desconectar y lo conseguimos.
Es verdad que la zona de la piscina habia muchas avispas, pero bueno se podía estar.
La cama super cómoda.
El sitio en si es un encanto.
Tienes tus terracitas para poder tomarte algo y comer el aperitivo por la zona.

Cons:

El desayuno bufet, se podoria mejorar, la parte caliente te la toman a la carta.
Pedí unos Huevos fritos y vía do me.los trajeron estaban secos secos, se ve que llevaban hechos ya un buen rato.
Para lo que cuesta el desayuno se podrían hacer al momento.
El revuelto es huevina.
Toda la zona de bollería y fruta muy bien.
Tienen champán en el desayuno.
Fruta fresca y panes muy buenos.
(Una zona sin gluten muy amplia)

Ubicacion

Cons:

La habitación: abuhardillada , ventana inaccesible , TV en pared lateral e incomoda de ver desde la cama, resbala el plato de ducha.
El personal del desayuno nos pareció falto de experiencia, parecían tener algún problema y lo
hablaban delante de los clientes.
No entiendo que con el precio que cobran, para usar la caja fuerte fuera con tarjeta de crédito.

HICE UNA COLA DE 20 MINUTOS PARA HACER EL CHECK IN Y CUANDO VOLVÍ A RECOGER LA LLAVE DESPUÉS PUES NO ME LA DIERON AL HABER LLEGADO ANTES, ME DIJERON QUE TENIA QUE HACER LA COLA DE NUEVO PARA RETIRARLA. ME FUI PORQUE NO PODÍA ESPERAR Y AL VOLVER POR LA TARDE AÚN TUVE QUE HACER COLA PARA RETIRAR LA LLAVE.
FUIMOS A TOMAR ALGO A LA TERRAZA DEL PARADOR Y ESTABA LLENA Y AL PREGUNTAR POR OTRO LUGAR PARA TOMAR ALGO NOS DIJERON QUE HABÍA UN EVENTO PRIVADO. ME EXTRAÑÓ QUE SI HAY UN EVENTO PRIVADO NO HABILITEN LAS MESAS WUE TENÍAN PREPARADAS PARA LA CENA EN LA TERRAZA PARA LOS CLIENTES SIENDO QUE NO ERA AÚN HORA DE CENAR Y ESTABAN TODAS MONTADAS Y VACÍAS. CONCLUSIÓN, PAGUÉ POR LOS SERVICIOS DEL HOTEL Y NO PUDE SENTARME EN LA TERRAZA E HICE 3 COLAS SOLO PARA PODER ACCEDER A MI HABITACIÓN.
