DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! They gave us a room with a completely broken shower floor, which they had covered with an old, dirty rug. When we saw it, we asked to be moved to another room, but they told us they had no other rooms available and that we had to stay there. We told them we wanted another solution because we hadn’t paid for that. They wanted to make us switch hotels twice in just five days, and we were supposed to sleep two nights in that broken room.

The only “solution” they offered was to put another rug on top so it wouldn’t feel as broken while showering. That was their final answer, and they truly considered the problem solved.

We asked to speak with the manager, and that experience was terrible. She didn’t offer any solution and laughed at the issue like we were exaggerating.

We had to waste 3 hours of one of our vacation days just to get our money back and find another hotel the same day. They didn’t even try to help us or apologize.

Awful experience.

Sehr freundliches Personal, besonders am Empfang. Bei Problemen und Wünschen wird nach Lösungen gesucht und unterstützt. Sehr gute, moderne und originelle Zimmerausstattung. Optimale Lage direkt vor der Altstadtinsel (gerade, wenn man mit Auto anreist). Haupteinkaufsstraße und Altstadt sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Tremendous staff!
Pros:

All staff, especially Fredrika at the desk were excellent.
They make the hotel extra special. The breakfast was good also.
We rented a room with a balcony. It rained and the balcony flooded because the downspout from the roof emptied right into our balcony leaving two inches of water for a day and 1/2. We could not use our balcony that we paid for.

Wonderful place, great staff & location
Pros:

Wonderful small boutique hotel with an amazing caring, friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast and coffee drinks.
Premium linens and bedding. Very comfortable. Frederica was wonderful and also set up a beach club visit for us along with restaurant recommendations.
AC worked great. WiFi worked great. Highly recommend this modern feeling and fully updated property.
