Pros:

Nous avons pris le Loft, tout était parfait, que se soit le jacuzzi amovible, le sauna, la décoration, la tranquillité du lieu.
Le restaurant était très bon, plat copieux.
Le personnel, que se soit de la réception de l'hôtel ou du restaurant sont très aimable.

Accoglienza più che soddisfacente. Ci hanno dato una camera upgrade con jacuzzi in camera la quale poi si poteva anche usare in balcone, geniale.
Abbiamo mangiato bene sia a pranzo sia a cena. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e della spa.

Cons:

La prima mattina il buffet era un disastro. Siamo scesi alle 9.00 e non c'era praticamente piu nulla. Ho dovuto chiedere ai camerieri l'affettato, il pane e croissant. Non era apparecchiato e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Ho chiesto piu volte tovaglioli e posate ma mi veniva risposto che ora devono fare roomservice e poi sarebbero arrivati ad apparecchiare. Insomma non sono venuti ma dopo 15 min di attesa hanno portato affettatove formaggio e pane. La seconda mattina era tutto apparecchiato e buffet top. Probabilmente mancava la persona che gestiva la colazione.
Camera bellina, semplice. Unica cosa che non si poteva chiudere la porta dal interno. Non mi e piaciuto molto.

Pros:

Bequeme Betten, Parkplätze mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Auto, freundlicher Empfang vom Personal

Cons:

Überteuerte Preise für... billige und geschmacklose Deko (Stundenhotel-Groove...), leichthöriges Zimmer, ältliches und abgelebtes Hotel, liebloses, mageres Frühstücksbuffet.

Warum erwartet uns im Zimmer ein Servicewagen mit Alkohol, Snacks und Käse/Fleischplatte NACHDEM wir spätabends vom Essen zurückkehren? Das wäre beim Check-in am Nachmittag mehr geschätzt worden.

Fazit: Das Haus hat den Zenit überschritten und die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Der unordentliche Empfangsbereich und das chaotische Büro sind ebenfalls keine gute Visitenkarte.
