The room was very clean and big enough for a short stay. The hotel is near the historic centre, yet in a quiet location.
I had looked forward to sitting on the balcony after long days but the hotel is being renovated and it was not possible to open the balcony door. When I checked in at about 3 pm they were drilling right outside my room, fortunately they started late in the morning and ended at about 4 pm
I think guest should have been informed of the renovation and given a chance to cancel. As I was there for a conference it did not bother me much but I would have been annoying if this was a holiday.
Air con in the room was good and the bed comfortable
The hotel should not have been open, it was being renovated and covered in scaffolding. That meant the roof terrace was shut and no breakfast available and those were the reasons we chose it. It was locked in a dangerous area and heavy traffic right outside the entrance of the hotel. Little or no help from the staff and it was really unpleasant.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Staff ordered early taxi driver, who arrived on time.
LOCATION! LOCATION! No amenities close by except for a "BAR", which was more like a corner cafe. Difficult to find, even for a taxi driver.

Los colchones hundidos, la decoración de la habitación en ese rojo de prostíbulo, la tapa del water rota,la ducha sucia por los rieles de la mampara y no existe comedor de desayuno esta en obras, la persiana rota y entra luz al amanecer….un verdadero cuchitril en toda regla
Schoon en zeker een goede uitvalsbasis om Napels te ontdekken.
De omgeving van het hotel is echt vies. Erg veel vuilnis en hondenpoep. Dat is wel een Napels ding... Kan het hotel niets aan doen, maar toch.
