Buono ma diverse cose da rivedere.
Pros:

Buona struttura grazie all'impegno dello staff, Alessandra della reception, Pierpaolo, Catello, Andrea e Marco. Massima disponibilità e cortesia. La colazione è nella media delle strutture di questo livello ma vanno attenzionati più dettagli. La piscina dispone di lettini datati e anche qui andrebbero riviste delle cose. Le camere ristrutturate da poco sono molto pulite ed accoglienti. Il servizio di pulizia è top, con cambio giornaliero di biancheria.

Cons:

Ristorazione e colazione nì... succhi di frutta e acqua serviti a temperatura ambiente, prodotti come crostate, plum cake e muffin sono palesemente acquistati al supermercato. Non manca qualcosa di tipico, migliaccio etc. Marmellate e cioccolata serviti nei barattoli di vetro... O in coppette di ceramica... Esposte al caldo e agli insetti... Le monoporzioni ormai sono imprescindibili!
Molti arredi andrebbero rinnovati... Ombrelloni e lettini da sostituire.. Corridoi e ascensore da ritinteggiare... Da menu a la carte ci sono delle portate e poi viene servito altro. I clienti VANNO sempre avvisati se chiedono una pietanza e se ne serve un'altra di modo che possano scegliere.

Il miglior albergo per non spendere una fortuna a Sorrento
Pros:

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro di Sorrento in pochissimi minuti.
Pulizia top.
Rapporto prezzo qualità ottimo.
Piscina esterna e solarium ben organizzati con servizio bar.
Personale cordialissimo, dalla reception al bar fino al ristorante dove la gentilissima Rosaria ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa

Staff molto disponibile, gentile ed empatico. La struttura molto ordinata e pulita. Camera impeccabile. Piscina tenuta bene. Colazione meravigliosa con dolci tipici del territorio.

Exceptional for the price.
Pros:

Nice and clean, rooms at a perfect temperature after a long day exploring, friendly staff, lovely pool and sunbathing area, walking distance to Sorrento, very tasty and varied breakfast buffet and also next to a lovely restaurant for an option!

Felt like we got excellent value for money and would definitely return for a third stay in the future.

Highly recommend!
