Estancia inmejorable con un personal sobresaliente
Pros:

La estancia ha sido inmejorable. Desde nuestra llegada el personal de recepción fue muy amable y nos facilitaron toda la información y servicios que estaban a nuestra disposición. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con buenas vistas y todos los empleados destacan por su amabilidad.

El desayuno es muy variado con muy buena calidad. Buen ejemplo del servicio es como Moha se encarga de preparar en la plancha huevos fritos, tortillas, tortitas....con cariño y con ilusión. El resto de personal del buffet muy atentos y con una energía ejemplar.

Muy contento de haber elegido este hotel para nuestra estancia en Menorca. Volveremos.

Hôtel agréable propre et bien entretenu personnel agréable et à l ecoute. Les repas sont varier échange régulièrement sauf petit déjeuner. Possibilité pour la demi-pension de changer repas du soir et du Midi. Les activités proposées pour la journée et en soirée
Possibilité de près de serviette de plage avec caution et enfin l'hôtel se situe à 20 minutes à pied de la première plage ou possibilité de prendre minibus gratuit de l'hôtel.

Die Auswahl des Buffet war sehr vielfälltig und jeden Tag anders. Auch für die Kinder wurde immer etwas Neues kreiert, sodass sie nicht jeden Tag nur Pommes gegessen haben. Da der Wasserpark geschlossen war, bekamen wir ein Upgrade zu einer Premium Suite, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit eingegangen. Wir würden das Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé sur l’île.
Très propre, avec un service de qualité. Le restaurant est très bon, les animations au top et le personnel très gentil ! Nous sommes déjà venu 2 fois et nous reviendrons.

A minha estadia no Minura Hotel Sur Menorca foi excelente. Optei pela opção de all inclusive e não me arrependo. Todas as 5 refeições estavam fantásticas e as bebidas liberadas o dia inteiro. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação do hotel, funcionários, limpeza, piscina. Férias perfeitas!

Alojamiento correcto pero...lo importante es la calidad humana de tod@s l@s trabajador@s (recepcionistas, camarer@s, cociner@s, grupo de animación...) tod@s y cada un@ de ell@s hace que ese hotel sea el mejor . Nos sentimos queridos desde el primer momento que llegamos. Un 10 a ese gran equipo.

Nous sommes parti dans cet hôtel en famille. Avec nos enfants de 7 et 5 ans, et vraiment c’était super ! L’hôtel est top, le personnel adorable. C’est vraiment propre. Les activités sont très bien. Autour il y a de quoi visiter , c’est une île magnifique aussi familial que romantique. Hésitez pas!

Hemos estado muy agusto porque el horario de comidas es bueno y tiene gran variedad y muy buena. La limpieza muy buena y que te dejen toallas para la piscina y playa es un detalle para no tener que llevar la toalla.
La zona es muy bonita pero tuvimos la mala suerte de que estaba el mar lleno de medusas.
Enfrente está el parque acuatico que es muy pequeño pero tiene bastantes toboganes. Pero recomiendo llevar escarpines porque hay mucha piedrilla suelta

Hemos agradecido la amabilidad de todo el personal , flexibilidad en horario para el desayuno temprano.
La variedad en las cenas ,la inclusión de la bebida con MP y el ser comida sabrosa .
No cabe duda que volveremos sin duda de nuevo pasada las fiestas del verano.
Juan el recepcionista muy amable , también me ha gustado ver gente adulta en el comedor .Eso denota que grupo de hoteles apuesta por la experiencia y saber estar de esta gente .

Hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa en este hotel. Desde el primer momento, el personal de recepción nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y dándonos consejos de viaje. Viajábamos en pareja, y uno de nosotros es celíaco, por lo que la atención al detalle en cuanto a la comida ha sido especialmente importante para nosotros.

Queremos destacar el excelente trato que hemos recibido en el restaurante. El metre Ángel ha sido simplemente excepcional: atento, profesional y muy cuidadoso con todas las indicaciones sobre la dieta sin gluten. Nos hemos sentido completamente seguros y bien cuidados, lo cual no siempre es fácil de encontrar. Además, la comida ha sido deliciosa, con opciones variadas y de gran calidad. El desayuno buffet también merece una mención especial.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le personnel en est très agréable et souriant, quel plaisir !
Chambre propre et correcte, à part la douche vraiment petite. Le fameux waterparI est juste en face à pieds, génial pour les enfants. La piscine et les installations sont top. La partie repas également : nous avons bien mangé toute la semaine pour du all inclusive c’est plus que correct.
