Great location but average amenities
Pros:

Staff at reception and location

Cons:

Outdated accommodation with old and uncomfortable extra beds. Lights without bulbs and TV that didn’t work.

Apartamento muy recomendable, cómodo, funcional y muy agradable.
Pros:

Alojamiento con todo lo necesario, no le faltaba un detalle. Destaco la comodidad y lo confortable que es. Además dispone muy cerca de un pequeño gimnasio y una zona Chillout muy agradable.

Cons:

La ducha con hidromasaje es genial y las vistas a la ciudad muy chulas.

Bilbao genial, el apartamento bien sin más!
Pros:

El apartamento está muy céntrico, realmente cerca de todo. Un punto importante es que también tiene parking reservándolo con antelación. El personal es muy amable. La parte de la recepción estaba reformado.

Cons:

El apartamento que nos tocó estaba sin reformar, el mobiliario (camas, sofá, muebles en general…), el baño y cocina eran antiguos. A las paredes les hacía falta una buena mano de pintura porque estaban realmente sucias y marcadas.

Pros:

Absolutamente todo perfecto. El trato en recepción sólo llegar estupendo, disponibilidad de parking a mejor precio que el que hay en la calle, nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora indicada.
Respecto al alojamiento, perfecto igualmente, camas y almohadas cómodas, habitaciones espaciosas, armarios grandes, no falta nada de menaje, todo limpísimo, nada de ruidos a ninguna hora del día y la ubicación estupenda, cerca de todo, bares, restaurantes, monumentos, supermercados, farmacia, San Mamés, ......., muy buena la ubicación.

Cons:

Nada, nos vamos encantados de la estancia, muy recomendable y para volver

Pros:

El trato del personal fue fantástico y eficiente. La ubicación es excepcional, estás en mitad de todo, del casco viejo, de la zona de San Mamés y del Gugenheim. Las instalaciones limpias y acogedoras. El barrio es precioso, tranquilo y sin ruidos. Es perfecto para ir en familia.

Totalmente decepcionante

Las ventanas eléctricas no se podían abrir, solo el personal del hotel, y la de la cocina y baño se si se podían abrir estaban rotas y el oscilo no se sujetaba, enchufe colgando en una de las ventanas pegado con celo, la ducha tenía un gotera y chorreaba el agua por la pared de nuestra ducha, agua sucia, la limpieza deficiente, las paredes sucias
Precio elevadísimo para lo que es y como estaba la habitación

La ubicación en el centro de la ciudad , cerca de la plaza Moyúa. Tenia todos los servicios cerca. En poco tiempo estabas en cualquier parte de la ciudad caminando.
