Fantastic location, great to have a reception desk.
Pros:

The taxi dropped us at the end of the road and the property was quite easy to find. As we had only travelled from San Sebastián by coach we asked if we could get early access which we were able to do. The apartment was very spacious and we had booked the two bed to gain more space. The main bedroom was a very good size, the other we used for a dressing room/storage. The bathroom was huge and had a great multi-spray shower, including a shower gel dispenser.
The kitchen was great, and had a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was well equipped even if the plates were a little bit random. The microwave was quite high but my husband being taller managed to work it. We made use of the facilities and ate in for all 3 nights. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and a great shop Pio Pio which sold homemade dinners and desserts. The apartment was very quiet for a city centre and the reception team were very helpful. They helped us to book a taxi back to the airport on our last morning. Great location, 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum and river. Great outside parks to sit in too.

Cons:

Light in kitchen was very intermittent, often not working. We could have done with two pillows on the double bed as both had coughs and sleeping propped up would have helped. There was a restaurant on site but only served meals 1300-1500.

Pros:

Apartamento muy céntrico, cerca de los museos principales de Bilbao, bien equipado, amplio y confortable. Personal muy atento, educado y amable, con mención especial para Isabel. Muy recomendable.

Comfortable stay in a roomy unit , in a good location.
Pros:

Great location, within walking distance of most attractions. Comfortable beds and sofas. Well equiped with the basics. POD coffee machine and coffee provided. Able to store bags on leaving day. All very clean.

Cons:

The floor tiles in the kitchen were noisy and need replacing.

Pros:

Чудесен апартамент! Стаите големи, чисти, модерни!
Персоналът много любезен и отзивчив, особено Изабела!
Терасата голяма и много удобна, разкриваща хубави гледки. Имат собствен паркинг под сградата. Мястото е в близост до всичко. Тихо и спокойно.

Had a lovely time in Bilbao. Great apartment. Would stay here again.

Brilliant apartment in perfect location for exploring Bilbao
Pros:

Apartments are in a great location for exploring most of Bilbao. The apartment was spacious, had everything you need for a couple of weeks stay. Staff were amazing, helpful, welcoming and checked on the apartment every day.
