La habitación tenía de todo, hasta cocina

En cuanto a limpieza y orden todo estaba estupendo

Pros:

The staff were friendly and the location is great. It has car park.

Cons:

Very very old and broken facilities and furnitures. There was a food smell in the apartment and it really wasn’t the cleanest. The duvets were stained and with hair, the walls and ceiling were stained. There was not enough in the kitchen to do anything, no bowls. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable, only a sheet provided so we were cold at night. Not at all the pictures advertised.
The place is in the middle of a restricted zone in Bilbao, you need authorisation to enter, and the staff were unhelpful when asked about it. Lift next to our apartment very noisy, no view and we windows broken so we couldn’t open them.
