Pros:

Hotel bien situé, avec parking et chambres bien équipées. L accueil de la dame (que je n'ai hélas pas retenue son prénom) ainsi que celui de Miguel Angel, au top: sympas et disponibles. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter, surtout si vous comptez passer plusieurs jours à Bilbao (la cuisine est un vrai plus).

Pros:

La ubicación es buenísima para desplazarte por la ciudad sin coche. El personal muy atento y el apartamento limpio y cómodo. La única pega es que nuestro apartamento tenía una cabina de hidromasaje para ducharse y resulta muy incómoda, además resbala muchísimo, íbamos con una persona de movilidad reducida y fue muy complicado entrar y salir de la cabina sin resbalar.
Lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que estaban cambiando las cabinas por platos de ducha a ras de suelo. Si estoy es así, si vamos a Bilbao repetiremos seguro.

Maravillosa, sin dudas repetiría. Dormí muy comodamente.
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable¡ muy centrico, con mercados restaurantes y cafeterias muy cerca. Justo al lado de museos , y lugares de interes. Las camas muy comodas, mejor que en mi casa¡ Sabanas y toallas blancas, servicio de limpieza diario. Cocina equipada.

Cons:

Lo unico que extrañé un poco fue un balcon y un tendedero para poder tender la ropa lavada.

Pros:

Taille de l'appartement super pour une famille de 5, très propre, climatisation efficace.
Emplacement près d'un bon café et d'un parc pour enfant, très facilement accessible à pied.

Cons:

La habitación estaba limpia, muy buena ubicacion, la ducha masaje fantástica aunque podria estar mas limpia.Esta foto de las tumbonas no tiene nada que ver con la habitación.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, sia per il centro che per la quantità di ristoranti e negozi della zona. Appartamento pulito, con aria condizionata (e con 38 gradi direi fa la differenza), ben tenuto e quel equipaggiato (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tostapane, macchina caffè, microonde, forno). Pulizie quotidiane e cambio asciugamani. Staff gentile.

the apartments are in an excellent location, near to the shops, museums and a very short walk to the bus stop for
the airport.
i have stayed here several times before and find the facilities to be very good in the kitchen,everything clean
throughout.
specialmention to the reception staff _ very pleasant, muchas gracias, eskarrik asco

have to stand on a chair to operate the microwave!!
