The staff was the best - friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were so good !!

Great location and the public areas, breakfast was good and staff for the breakfast was great.
The rooms were a little dated, bathroom seemed newer than the room, pillows were not very good, ac was loud and not working very well since it was the hottest days of the summer. No one to help our luggage. The staff overall was friendly however the two women who seem to be running the place were a bit grumpy.

Authentic rooms and nice views. The location is amazing next to the beach and close to all the restaurants.

The location was convenient for exploring Cala Gonone and the surrounding area. The property also has a charming exterior and beautiful natural surroundings. Unfortunately, the positive aspects of the location were overshadowed by the condition and cleanliness of our room.
We were extremely disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, we found hair in the bed, the shower repeatedly clogged, and there were insects and a centipede inside our room. Most concerning, we discovered what appeared to be black mold behind the air-conditioning unit.
The WiFi was extremely poor, and we had virtually no mobile network inside the room, making it very difficult to make calls or stay connected.
My husband and I are world travelers and have stayed throughout Greece, Bali, Kenya, Thailand, the Philippines and India, including many hotels surrounded by nature. We completely understand that insects can occasionally appear in natural environments, but we have never experienced this combination of cleanliness and maintenance problems before.
We were also charged for an additional full day even though we did not stay at the property that day, which was incredibly frustrating.
The food was also disappointing. We were told the restaurant was very good, but my husband’s steak arrived raw and was not enjoyable. For travelers looking for good food nearby, our best meal in the area was at Il Pescatore, which we highly recommend.
Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, connectivity, food and handling of the additional charge made this a very disappointing experience.

La ubicación, el entorno y el pueblo. Justo delante hay una playa que es como una piscina y no tiene s que coger coche. El desayuno muy generoso y variado. La atención de todo el personal y todo su entorno natural.
