Hotel Best Tenerife

Staff at front desk can be rude. Daily cleaning of room was poor. 1st room assigned to us was facing the rubbish bin collection point so balcony was unusable as it stunk of rubbish and wehn asked for room change staff rolled their eyes. Food choices were poor if you dont like sea food.

A great hotel in a good location the hotel itself had everything you needed and was of great standard facility wise help yourself to drinks instead of waiting was heaven

We have stayed in the Best Tenerife 4 times and it is a perfect location. Pool Views are stunning.

Hotel public areas are well appointed and cared for, foyer and dining area were fine. Our room had a huge patio and a nice big room. As you lived in the room during the week you noticed more and more. Mould in the shower never moved all week. The step out to the balcony was msg and had burst open as did the fridge cupboard. Carpets in the corridor well were worn. No mention when we booked that refurb work was going on in the hotel. Hopefully the start of a big freshen up.

A budget friendly hotel that offers clean rooms in a central location. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Hôtel pas digne d’un 4 étoiles , clientèle bruyante qui ne respectent rien.
Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées.
Buffet tout le temps la même chose toute la semaine.

Just returned from staying here fully exclusive. The hotel and staff were excellent, my hotel room had a lot of issues like broken mirror, wood coming cupboard and the patio window had blown so couldn’t really see outside. It was clean though. The food wasn’t great, had difficulty getting something I liked for dinner. Snacks outside my pool were same everyday, burgers, pizza, hot dogs and chips. All drinks were non branded unless you paid extra on top even if all inclusive. Excellent location

Mooi hotel met prima ligging midden in het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis gebruik van kluisje op de kamer. Puntjes van kritiek en verbeteringen; geen toilet borstel, douchen in het bad, kledingvoorschriften werd niet op gelet tijdens het diner.Heel attent was de verassing op de kamer op de verjaardag van mijn vrouw.

God frukost. Fantastiske senger. Fin beliggenhet

Love everything about this hotel.
Clean, comfortable, friendly, good food, good location and just all round good vibe.
We upgraded to a superior room with pool view which was definitely worth it.

Leider ist die Sauberkeit im allgemeinen ( zb. Zimmer, Geschirr) nicht gut.

Estancia de ensueño. Todo comienza con la atención en recepción por Michael. Persona y profesional muy atento, amable y simpático. Convirtió nuestra estancia en un sueño. Jamás lo olvidaremos. Ha convertido nuestra exploración de Canarias en Tenerife lo más. Cada día el jefe de comedor, Eduardo; arrancaba nuestra sonrisa y simpatía para el resto de día. Perdone el resto de personal igual de amabilísimo

The bedroom in the hotel was excellent and all the staff were very polite and friendly.
All the communal areas including the Resturant, reception and piano bar had no air conditioning which during the heatwave was not good.
The food in the restaurant was very average for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel but rooms in need of an update and the rooftop terrace is awful. We paid for the superior room to gain access to the terrace, looked at it on day one and never visited it again! The main pool area and entertainment was top notch though! Food very repetitive but nice
