Great location in amongst the action and duomo

We loved the place.. it was our nicest authentic booking we have made for Europe. Everything was perfect, the staff and room and the view. It’s an old style room .. gives you the feeling of actually being in an old city.. yet maintains cleanness. If you are a couple and looking for a romantic place in Florence then this is the place you are looking for. Btw, we loooooved the small kitchen .. it was a such a cute idea to serve ourselves and enjoy using it for simple things like make breakfast.

What an exceptional property. The location was incredible, right on the Piazza Duomo as described. The property itself is quirky, with decorations and antiquities from Florence and the family.
Our studio was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom and kitchenette. Very in-keeping with a Florence apartment style.
The most exceptional was the generous hospitality - fresh croissants every day, yoghurt, fruit, water, fizz, juice, coffee, crackers….
Highly recommended.
Don’t forget to go to the top floor to experience the skyline!

10 out of 10! This was my second time staying here, and I already know that the next time I come to Firenze, I’ll choose this place again.
A huge shout‑out to the lovely lady at the reception (I’m so sorry I forgot to ask for your name). She tried calling a taxi for us several times, but it was so busy that no one picked up. In the end, she actually walked with us all the way to the taxi stand and even helped us with our luggage. That kind of kindness is rare, and we really appreciated it.
If you ever come across this message, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly wish you a happy and wonderful life, and I hope we’ll get to see you again sometime soon.

So quaint and very comfortable, amazing location and despite being right in the centre was quiet.

Fabulous location - very central. Stepped out of the apartment block straight on to main square with many coffee shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. Although central to everything, apartment was very quiet - no street noise. We opted for the split level apartment which was absolutely gorgeous - plenty big enough for the two or us and so stylish. A few breakfast items, including coffee, milk, fresh fruit were left for us and topped up each morning and the bottle of wine was most gratefully received too - a really lovely touch which made this apartment even more outstanding.

Lovely room right in the main piazza. Yet very quite once you got inside.

The location is unbeatable. The entrance to the apartments is literally 10m away from the Duomo. The receptionists were so helpful - even booked our taxis for us. The cleaning staff did amazing jobs and were always on hand if we needed anything.

The location was perfect! It is right next to the Duomo, so every time you walk out the door, you get to see one of the most fascinating buildings in Florence. There was live music outside the Duomo every night which was fun! Everything was in walking distance and there were plenty of shops and food around. The cornettos that they deliver to your door every morning at 8:30 were the best we tasted. The staff was top notch. If I ever make it back to Florence I would definitely stay here again!
