The people and hotel are very nice.
Pros:

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. Such nice people.

Cons:

I had requested a room with a walk in shower, but the room had a bathtub/shower. The bathtub is difficult for me to use. We were only there for one night this time, so it didn’t matter as much, but it would have been a problem if we were there longer.

Pros:

Perfect location. Dated but classy interior with a lot of character. Nice touch with croissants in the mornings. Staff were great and friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Posizione eccezionale, staff gentile, professionale e disponibilissimo, camera perfetta, con tutte le dotazioni necessarie (anche di più, c’è un angolo cottura con tutto l’occorrente), colazione ottima in camera, letto molto comodo, bagno ampio con dotazioni ottime. Ascensore. Arredata con gusto e attenzione ai particolari. Eccellente.

Firenze resta elegantissima e piacevole da girare
Pros:

Il posizionamento era stupendo. Il mini appartamento confortevole, caldo e pulito. Spazi comuni molto comodi.

Cons:

La camera non era sul duomo ma aveva finestra interna su un cortile. Speravamo di aver vista duomo e anche se abbiamo chiesto non é stato effettuato il cambio.
