Flora Creek Deluxe Hotel Apartments Dubai

The rooms were very clean and well furnished. We got a suite with two bedrooms and the rooms were BIG with 3.5 baths. All basic amenities were there. The staff was very helpful and proactive in everything we needed. The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient. Overall had a very good experience, will go back and will recommend to others.

It was very nice apartment in the city center. Every things was great just only one things i told them about it the towels its very old need to be change.

Worse experience in this hotel we use to stay at Flora Park which was very good starting from reception but unfortunately we’ve thinking that will be the same services. We had 2 bedrooms strong smell of dust and smoke pillows of the sofa were really dirty and very old ! Rooms and hotel was so dark. No smiling staff ! We never ever choose this property again

Great location, 2 min walk to Deira City Centre Metro. Well sized apartment, good value, good option for a week in Dubai.

Property location is great for a city hotel, 2 minutes walk from Deira City Centre metro station and mall. Age and cleanliness of the rooms could use a little improvement bit overall a comfortable stay.

Everything was okay but the bathtub needs a little bit of upgrade

The standards of the hotel are not where they used to be. Had to cancel my stay and move to another hotel. This hotel should now be rated 3 star.
Pipes are leaking, toilet did not flush and they took 3 days to try and attend to it after we told them we were going to cancel our stay.
Location is excellent but that was just about it during this stay.

The hotel furnitures are old and some of the items does not work. Only limited kitchen items are available

My stay at Flora was super nice, people from front desk are very polite and friendly as people in the kitchen. Mohamed was very patient when I asked for recommendation in menu. Also people from maintenance are very respectful. I definitely recommend Flora Creek. In six months I’m coming back.

Flora Creek is an excellent hotel whose rooms are in fact what any other hotel would call an executive suite.

It is very close to Deira Mall and the Metro.

It is not new but is very well maintained and amply equipped.

All of the staff are very polite and helpful. In particular Manoj on the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and is a credit to the hotel.

The dining area could do with new carpets and furniture or even a good clean otherwise the property was good
