Cons:

I stayed here for two days and the overall experience was fine. However, the check-out left a bad impression. The staff member didn’t speak English and kept asking for cash. When I insisted on paying by card, she kept shaking her head and sighing, which felt quite unfriendly. It ended my visit to Perugia on a disappointing note.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, centrale, ma con parcheggio (pubblico) a bassissimo costo a meno di 10 minuti. Può sembrare poco, ma per Perugia è un gran punto a favore. Ambiente semplice e accogliente.

Cons:

Mi è tornata un po' scomoda la colazione che inizia alle 8,00.

Soggiorno tranquillo in centro a Perugia
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile, appena arrivata mi hanno dato qualche indicazione per orientarmi meglio a Perugia con l'ausilio di una cartina. Stanza confortevole e silenziosa, letti molto comodi e rifatti ogni mattina con cura. Posizione incredibile per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse perugini.

Cons:

Un po' difficile trovare l'ingresso, appena entrati nell'androne delle scale non si ha indicazioni di dove bisogna andare. Il bagno in camera molto stretto, io sono una persona piuttosto alta e a stare seduta sul WC le mie ginocchia quasi toccavano il muro davanti.

La posizione è eccezionale e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo....

Cons:

una pecca il palazzo è senza ascensore... ma a Perugia le scale non mancano ovunque quindi è solo questione di allenamento

Pros:

Posizione supercentrale, vicinissima alla mini metro' e accanto al corso principale di Perugia. Ideale per chi vuole immergersi nella bellissima atmosfera di Perugia e fare un weekend.

Cons:

Colazione sufficiente, peccato mancasse il caffè espresso, i distributori automatici non sono la stessa cosa.

This shouldn't be just 2 stars.
Pros:

Absolutely everything, especially Diana in the front desk. She was very attentive and received us with a lot of care, the sweetest person in the world and made us feel like home. The accommodations were also great and comfortable as well as the breakfast, which was very complete and everything was excellent.
