Le pareti della camera: la tinteggiatura notevolmente sgretolata alla base.

Nice and friendly establishment on one of the central streets of Perugia.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very close to city centreal square but is located in the ZTL zone, so access by car and parking is problematic. The owner contacted us and give us instruction were we can park our car for 24 hours for free. The institution is located in a medieval building and it does not have lifts. The hotel is located on the fourth store and to facilitate ascending to this level there is a mobile chair mounted on rails attached to the center wall of the staircase room. The rooms in the establishments are large and well equipped. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, consisting of hot drinks, cakes and fruits.

Cons:

If it were a close parking lot at reasonable price. The access to the hotel by car is cumbersome.

Pros:

Posizione strategica per visitare tutto il centro storico. Cordialità staff. Stanze e ambienti grandi e arredati con stile attinente all'epoca del palazzo. Vista dalla finestra eccezionale.Buona la colazione.
