Cons:

una pecca il palazzo è senza ascensore... ma a Perugia le scale non mancano ovunque quindi è solo questione di allenamento

Pros:

Posizione supercentrale, vicinissima alla mini metro' e accanto al corso principale di Perugia. Ideale per chi vuole immergersi nella bellissima atmosfera di Perugia e fare un weekend.

Cons:

Colazione sufficiente, peccato mancasse il caffè espresso, i distributori automatici non sono la stessa cosa.

Pros:

Absolutely everything, especially Diana in the front desk. She was very attentive and received us with a lot of care, the sweetest person in the world and made us feel like home. The accommodations were also great and comfortable as well as the breakfast, which was very complete and everything was excellent.

Caminar dentro del hotel Anna es como caminar dentro de un antiguo caserón de época, lleno de historia y de misterio. El personal es muy amable y cálido. La habitación era bastante amplia y silenciosa, y bien calefaccionada.

Cons:

No me gustó fue el tamaño del baño y de la ducha, bastante pequeños, y que en el desayuno no hubiera ninguna fruta.

L' accoglienza dello staff

Cons:

La stanza ha bisogno urgente di una radicale revisione. Le luci sono fioche. Il bagno è assolutamente inadeguato. Penso a come si sarebbe mosso un adulto di una corporatura leggermente più "robusta" delle nostre. Meno male che c'èra un secondo lavandino in camera a misura d ' uomo, perché in bagno era pressoché una "conchiglia" d' ostrica. Occorre dire che avendo due trolley pesanti e zaini per una permanenza di 5 notti in inverno l' assenza di ascensore è stata compensata dall' uso di una sedia mobile non autosufficienti messa a disposizione dal personale. La colazione era essenziale, ma non mi aspettavo miracoli. Purtroppo essendo ultrasettantenni ci siamo adattati! Il tutto , però, è stato compensato dall' assoluta disponibilità del personale ospitante.
