Pros:

Well positioned for access to Kings Cross / St Pancras.
Pros:

We needed to check in for Eurostar at 07:00 at St Pancras station and the Megaro certainly made that easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, the décor in the central areas very quirky, and everywhere clean. We had asked for a quieter room and consequently were given one to the side of the hotel, not overlooking Euston Road.

Cons:

We booked a "Deluxe Double Room" which seems to have been renamed a "Signature Design Room" if I now check the booking saved within booking.com. Considering we were just staying overnight before catching the train, it was adequate. However, compared with the spacious rooms photographed for "Signature Design Room", it was quite small, in particular the double bed and the pair of small stools provided to perch on (in addition to the desk with one chair). We're a couple in our 70s - we need back support. I'd gladly give up the "free" (ie inclusive) minibar for comfier seats! For one night it was OK, but we would not choose the same room for a longer stay in London.

Dusche hatte leichten Schimmel und Armaturen waren deutlich abgenutzt.

Tolles Hotel. Ausgefallenes Interior, uns hat es sehr gefallen. Super großes Zimmer, mit allem was man braucht und noch viel mehr.
Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.
Superleckeres Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig und jeder Sonderwunsch wird erfüllt.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar.
Von Kings Cross/St. Pancras erreicht man leicht alle Ziele in London und Umgebung. Sehr praktisch wenn man mit dem Eurostar anreist.
Jederzeit wieder.

Leuk en verzorgd hotel. Goede locatie, goed ontbijt! Super vriendelijke personeel. Jason heeft ons top geholpen!

Cons:

Als ik iets moet noemen is het 1 ding en dat is de vlag! Het is een prachtige vlag echter ‘s nachts wappert hij als een malle en dat was wel iets irritant. Niet dramatisch wel irritant.

Prachtig hotel op een perfecte locatie met alle comfort aanwezig.

Prachtig design hotel op een perfecte locatie vlakbij metro en treinstation (aankomst Eurostar). Vriendelijk ontvangst en schone ruime kamer met goed gevulde gratis Minibar. Elke dag schoonmaak en nieuwe handdoeken. Ruime badkamer met bad. Veel faceliteiten in de kamer aanwezig. Gezellige bar beneden. Heerlijk ontbijt met gedeeltelijk buffet en uitgeserveerde warme gerechten van hoge kwaliteit. Wij hebben ons prima vermaakt en hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad. We hadden nog tijd over voordat de trein vertrok en konden onze koffers bewaakt achterlaten. In de weekenden is er zelfs bewaking bij de ingang van het hotel. Veilig gevoel. Komen zeker nog een keer terug. Het kost wat, maar dan heb je ook wat.,

Cons:

Op zaterdag is het drukker bij het ontbijt, een beetje personele versterking zou handig zijn voor een iets vlotter verloop.
Is maar een detail, de dame deed wel haar best om iedereen zo snel mogelijk te bedienen.
Net iets te druk.
