Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room and very close to tube stations. It has a restaurant and cocktail bar attached too.
There was work being done right outside the hotel and it was at night til after 1am do I didnt really sleep for 3 nights. No warning was given.

Decor wad unreal and so unique and well thought through
We were treated so well, it was our anniversary so we were upgraded to a suite and arrived to free bottle of fizz and nice card. Shower and bathroom was enormous. Deffo recommend!!

Spacious room, comfortable bed, free drinks and snacks. Friendly front desk staff. Steam punk look to the decor.
Lack of lounge or bar area to relax.
Perfect gelegen direct tegenover St. Pancras station (Eurostar). Compact en intiem hotel in authentieke art/techno stijl, Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (zeker 5-sterren). Goed ontbijt met breed assortiment. Voor Londense begrippen ruime en schone kamers met veel faciliteiten. Een goed Italiaans restaurant is via het hotel te bereiken.
Als we wat zou moeten vinden: er was geen leeslampje naast het bed. En persoonlijk vinden wij douchen (het was wel een luxe versie met sproeikoppen) in bad minder handig (alles wordt nat).
Great welcome from staff, lovely room, but the bar is closed on Mondays and I didn’t know that.

החדרים גדולים מאד ומתוחזקים היטב ומאד נקיים.
המסעדה ליד מגישה אוכל מעולה, אמנם לא השתמשנו בארוחת בוקר אבל אני מאמין שהיא מאד טובה לפי ארוחת הערב שאכלנו באותו מקום.
מביאים שתיה חינם לחדר במקרר.
הצוות סופר נחמד וידידותי.
המיקום של המלון ממש מול קינג קרוס וזה סייע רבות.
במקביל ליתרון המובהק של המיקום, המקום שוכן מעל הצומת שמול תחנת הרכבת, האיזור רועש מאד והחלונות בחדר לא אטומים כלל לרעש.
היו שיפוצים מחוץ למלון (שלא הודיעו לנו מראש אליהם) תמיד במלון אמרו שיפסיקו לעשות רעש עד 23:00 בפועל תמיד המשיכו הרבה מעבר לחצות ולעיתים התקשנו לישון כי זה הרגיש שדופקים עם פטישים בתוך החדר.
הנורא מכל היה שבשעות הלילה גם חסמו את הכניסה למלון ואילצו אותנו ללכת בלילה מסביב ברחובות הקטנים והממש לא נעימים (הייתה לי חוויה אחת של נסיון שוד - למזלי נסיון בלבד).
אבל זה ממש לא מקום להסתובב בו בלילות בעיקר לא עם ילדים.
