Far exceeded my expectations. Definitely would come again
Pros:

They went above and beyond when i upgraded for the birthday package. Me and my partner both loved everything about the room and how comfortable the bed was. Insane value for money considering everything in the mini fridge was.

Cons:

I wish we stayed longer to fully enjoy everything

Tolles Stadthotel mit viel Hokus Pokus
Pros:

Haben als Familie eine Corner Suite und ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Da wir nicht nahe beieinander sein konnten, bekamen wir ein Upgrade für das Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, und schon speziell von der Ausstattung her. Aber es gefiel uns allen sehr. Nebst der perfekten Lage vor allem auch das Restaurant und die Hokus Pokus Bar. Auch das Badezimmer fand ich hervorragend.

Cons:

Das Gebäude ist sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Treppen, man muss sich erst mal zurecht finden. Das Bett war für mich eher zu weich. Zur Zeit ist eine Baustelle nebenan, zwar kein Lärm, aber die Aussicht wäre schöner ohne.

Lovely staff but not the five star experience I was expecting

The location of the property was great and really convenient for transport. The staff were really friendly and professional

Cons:

We were in a suite which unfortunately didn’t feel like a suite. There was little natural daylight with a poor view. There was also an funny smell coming from the bathroom and we could hear the underground

It was an amazing stay at the Megaro hotel for my first trip to London.
Location is awesome, in front of the Kings cross, St. Pancras station, it reaches Heathrow Airport、Gatwick Airport, Buckingham Palace, lot of Musical theaters, etc. as one train take.
My room was cozy and well organized with daily complimentary sparkling water and drinking water.
All hotel staffs, at the reception, restaurant or housekeeping are friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was also very good. I enjoyed every morning.
Only the thing is noise from outside of the room, such as the next room or corridor.
I would like to stay again if I had a chance to visit London again.
Strongly recommend.

初めてのロンドン旅行で宿泊したメガロホテルですが、大変良かったと感じています。
立地は最高で、キングスクロス・セントパンクラス駅の目の前であり、ヒースロー空港、ガトウィック空港、バッキンガム宮殿、数多くのミュージカル劇場などへも地下鉄または電車一本でアクセスできます。
部屋は居心地が良く、設備も整っており、毎日無料の炭酸水とミネラルウォーターが用意されていました。
フロント、レストラン、ハウスキーピングなどのホテルのスタッフは日本語は通じませんが、皆フレンドリーで親切でした。
朝食もとても美味しくお腹一杯になりました。
気になった点は隣室や廊下などからの音漏れです。
もしまたロンドンを訪れる機会が有ればメガロホテルに泊まりたいです。
強くお勧めします。

Excellent stay in this hotel!
Pros:

Really appreciated staff (especially Chiara!) with early check-in, cleanliness of room, and friendliness and knowledge with any questions. Very comfortable king-sized bed in large room. Loved the available drinks in mini-fridge and snacks. Hotel is conveniently located near St. Pancras, Euston, and many restaurants. Would definitely stay again! Great vibes in this hotel!

I'd come again!
Pros:

We chose The Magaro for its location close to Eurostar where we had an early start. We basically needed a bed for the night and nothing more...sorry! Despite very central location it was quiet and relaxing

Hard to find anything as we just slept the night there
