great place to stay. 15 metres from the train station. lovely enclosed pool so shade somewhere all day, enormous breakfast, varied and good quality evening meal. I was there during the Spanish countrywide electricity outages and the staff went out of their way to help guests who couldn’t travel onwards to spend the night in the lounges which was exceptionally gracious- well done

large single room, recently decorated with secure access to shaded shared terrace with table & 2 chairs (although none in room) stayed during power outages with no lights & water from 9pm until 07.45 am the next day so difficult to prepare for 06.30 departure (which never happened of course). the food is truly wonderful with quality ingredients at dinny& breakfast (pulled pork one night, lamb ribs another, fresh tuna, etc. the hotel coped with the power outages wonderfully well and are to be congratulated in this. they also allowed up to 25 “ex guests” to camp out in the lounge overnight as there was nowhere else for them to go - very compassionate

I had to cancel my stay and send an email to the hotel but didn't receive any answer. It was also impossible to reach them by phone. I was kicked out of the waiting line 3 times.

Muy bien ,la verdad que el personal todos un 10 muy atentos ,aducados y amables .
La comida muy buena no hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay buenisimo ,las habitaciones muy limpias y comodas volvere seguro

Se oye todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones , las paredes parecen de papel ..

Ya lo habia visitado antes y en esta ocasion lo encontre mejorado y cumplieron con las expectativas que neceitaba le pongo 5 estrellas aunque se que no es perfecto.Muy proximo a la estación.Y el cafe muy agrdable.

Hôtel très bien situé avec parking à côté et gratuit , la plage à 2 pas , hôtel simple , personnel au restaurant et bar très sympas mais à l’accueil pas du tout ! Très bon repas en all inclusive bravo au cuisinier, chambre avec aucuns meubles ! Et sale ! J’ai trouver à mon arrivée une serviette sale derrière la porte de la salle de bain ! Linge très vieux et pas absorbant ! Cet hôtel vaux son petit prix mais pour la propreté c’est inacceptable

Pros first: Spacious bathroom, good wifi.
Cons: train stops at the front of the building. Instead “All in” should say: “Something in with many limitations” The food is always cold. The pool is small and cold. The equipments works occasionally (works only what not broken yet)

Absolut nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr dreckig , wenn man die Klimaanlage anmacht riecht es nach Abfluss.Im Bad ist schlimmel in der Dusche. Wasser läuft im Waschbecken nicht richtig ab. Auf Beschwerde reagierte die Managarin mit das ist nun mal ein älteres Hotel, Zimmerwechsel hat sie zwar angeboten hat aber nie stattgefunden. Sie grüßte seit meiner Beschwerde auch nicht mehr sondern warf ihre Haare von Rechts nach links, das konnte sie ziemlich gut. Der Poolbereich ist sehr klein und Tauben hausen dort. Die Liegen sind voll mit Taubenkot. Wenn man Pech hat sch****** dir eine Taube in dein getränk während du am Pool liegst. Der Boden ist ebenfalls voll mit Taubenkot. Abends Baden die Tauben im Pool. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr unfreundlich , wir hatten all inclusive und jedes Getränk war zu viel. An der Rezeption waren sie nicht fähig ein Taxi zu rufen, ein guten Morgen gab es auch nicht. Das Essen war manchmal ok, die Stimmung im Speisesaal schlecht. Viel zu laut und zu hektisch. Während man isst kamen sie mit riesen wagen und räumten lautstark das Geschirr ab. In der Hotelbeachreibung steht das es einen Miniclub gibt. Der besteht aus Automaten , billiarttisch und Tischfußball, alles kostenpflichtig und nichts für Kinder unter 10 Jahren. Die Animation und das Abendprogramm lässtzu wünschen übrig. Ich kann nichts positives über dieses Hotel sagen. Auch wenn es ein älteres Hotel ist kann man eine gewisse Hygiene beibehalten.

Les plus: parking gratuit en face, chambre moderne, petit déjeuner correct, proche de la rue commerçante et plage

Les moins: le sol au bord de la piscine est sale ainsi que le balcon de la chambre, animations piscine « avec les moyens du bord »

We traveled for over 15 hours and were really looking forward to this vacation.

The room was small but functional. Well mostly. It lacked soap, shampoo and conditioner, and at this hotel they give you those single-use no-brand pouches, most of which are shampoo anyway.

Worst part is, one of the beds didn’t have all legs. As such, it tipped over whenever someone tried sitting on it. Ok, it happens. I don’t know if it actually happens, but let’s say it does. A natural thing to do on the part of the hotel is, apologize and give you a new room.

Not what happened.

The desk receptionist said she would replace the bed. Two hours later nothing happened, and we were still exhausted and had no place to sleep. It was late and I asked the receptionist to change the room. She rudely told us that if they give us another room, they would have to clean two rooms the next day.

Then she went on a hunt for a different room and first, gave us a room that had not been cleaned, and then a room that was on the first floor right above their bar, with the disco and all the smoke coming up. She was exceptionally smug about that and said they had absolutely no other rooms available.

That part didn’t bother us at all. The reason I bring this is, you know, it showcases the “hospitality” of this hotel staff.

We will never stay there and I don’t recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are pretty costly, and it’s not “money well spent”.

La limpieza de las habitaciones es Ok. Pero de las tazas del desayuno... Dos días me encontré la taza sucia (restos de yogur o café...) y estaba en el montón de tazas limpias listas para usar...

Sur la description de l’hôtel il était indiqué qu’il y avait un parking. En réalité il s’agit du parking de la gare qui est à côté et celui ci n’est pas sécurisé.
Ensuite à notre arrivée nous avons reçu une chambre assez petite avec une baie vitrée qui ne se verrouillais pas.
Nous avons fais part de se désagrément et avons demandé la prise en charge à leurs frais du coffre pour 3 jours soit 6 euros.
Ils ont d’abord refusé en nous donnant une autre chambre qui au final avait le même problème de baie vitrée.
Le service était bien en dessous de nos attentes…

La limpieza no la conocen las chicas de limpieza ningún día fue limpiada la habitación menos las camas y una sola vez nos limpiaron el suelo y pk lo pedí 3 veces el baño sucio a la llegada hasta el final ningún día fue limpiado tampoco las baldosas del baño aún tenía mosquitos muertos y pelos por todos lado
