That said, we did have two negative experiences:

Since my partner is dairy-free, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask if they could accommodate this at breakfast. I was told to just ask on-site. When we checked in, I raised it again at reception, and they said they'd check with the breakfast staff. Unfortunately, the staff on-site weren't very knowledgeable or helpful the only thing they could tell us was "soy milk," nothing else. We had to ask directly whether the eggs or sausages contained dairy, and they didn't seem to know. After about 10 minutes, they managed to find a vegan croissant from somewhere, which was appreciated, but the whole process felt disorganized and not very reassuring for someone with dietary restrictions.

Housekeeping was disappointing. Whatever was on the bed got carelessly stuffed into our open suitcase, the bed was made, and that was it nothing was folded, nothing was put back neatly. That's not what I'd expect from a hotel at this level. Even more concerning: my expensive Samsung tablet, which I had left on the bed, was found dangling off the edge of a chair. Housekeeping also entered our room despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign being up.

Despite these two staff-related issues, I highly recommend this hotel overall. We had a great time and would love to come back. I'm sharing these two points purely as constructive feedback for the hotel to improve on.

Arrivati alle 14:15 per effettuare il check in alle 14:00. Ci fanno attendere fino alle 15:00 per poi entrare nella stanza che puzzava di fogna.
Chiediamo una soluzione. Mandano una signora a controllare. Aspettiamo un altra ora per ritrovarci con lo stesso problema.
Non ci è stato proposto un cambio camera o uno sconto per il disturbo anzi ci hanno chiesto di pagare in anticipo.
3 giorni di odore forte.
Convenzione con la spiaggia indecente dove chiedevano 28 euro per un ombrellone due lettini e i teli da mare. E al lido costa 16.
Chiediamo al giorno 2 di risolvere il problema odore e entrano in camera a smontare l impianto di areazione, sopra i nostri indumenti nel bagno, lasciano lo sporco e il coperchio al centro della stanza. Tutto questo con noi non in camera, e si sono tenuti la chiave elettronica. Nuovamente non proposto una soluzione valida.
Sconsiglio vivamente l’hotel definirlo 4 stelle mi sembra esagero

Very disappointed. I've stayed at this hotel several times before, always arriving with both a car and a motorcycle. I never had any issues with parking, but this time I was told I wasn't allowed to park my motorcycle in the same areas where I had parked in previous years. Instead, I was charged €120 for motorcycle parking.

What made it even more frustrating was that later that evening, all of those same corner spaces were occupied by other motorcycles, even though I had been told just a few hours earlier that I couldn't park there.

I also made an effort to park my car and motorcycle very close together, but I was told that neither vehicle could extend beyond the parking space lines, even though many other vehicles in the parking lot were clearly parked over those lines.

I've already found another hotel at a much lower price, with free motorcycle parking and a sea view. So next time, I know exactly where I'll be staying—and where I won't.

Niestety pobyt w tym hotelu we Włoszech był dla nas bardzo rozczarowujący. Już na początku pojawiły się problemy z parkingiem – mimo że mieliśmy wykupione miejsce, w nocy nie mogliśmy wjechać na teren hotelu. Basen również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – woda była brudna.

Najbardziej niepokojąca sytuacja dotyczyła naszego zegarka, który zniknął z pokoju. Początkowo wyglądało to jak kradzież. Dopiero po naszej interwencji na recepcji okazało się, że został przypadkowo zabrany wraz z pościelą przez personel sprzątający. Musieliśmy sami przeszukiwać pościel przeznaczoną do prania, aby odzyskać swoją własność. Na szczęście zegarek udało się odnaleźć, ale cała sytuacja była bardzo stresująca i nie powinna mieć miejsca.

Największym rozczarowaniem było jednak podejście hotelu. Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych przeprosin ani rekompensaty za zaistniałe problemy. Zamiast wypoczynku doświadczyliśmy wielu niepotrzebnych nerwów. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu i z pewnością nie wrócimy.
