Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'hotel Ambassador a causa di un guasto all'impianto di riscaldamento dell'hotel Gallia Palace.
Struttura pulita e confortevole. Posizione a ridosso del lungomare.

rapporto qualità prezzo pessima, servizio portiere notturno da bettola di paese, scortese, non professionale, pessima gestione e accoglienza, non parla nemmeno l'italiano, costo del parcheggio 1/3 del pernottamento € 40 - ASSURDO per un servizio INDEGNO

Ottima posizione, ambiente carino e camera molto pulita. Possibilità di parcheggio privato. Bar aperto tutta la notte.

Cons:

L'economy ha una doccia troppo stretta. La colazione non ha riscontrato il mio gradimento come qualità sebbene vi fosse ampia scelta di prodotti, sia dolce che salato. Il prezzo della camera non proporzionato, alto rispetto al periodo. Alto il prezzo del parcheggio auto.

Gentilezza e simpatia in un contesto piacevole a due passi dal mare

La gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. Soprattutto il ragazzo e ragazza della reception.
La posizione. La vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto per andare alla fiera. La vicinanza al mare.
Il comfort e la pulizia della camera. La torta Paradiso fatta da voi. Se ci fosse la spremuta fresca di arance sarebbe top.

Cons:

La colazione: le brioches non erano all'altezza dell'hotel (sembravano non fresche). Il caffè del cappuccino terribile. Tostatura forte, amara, sgradevole - gusto di bruciato.

Terrible trato de la gerente

Limpio, tradicional y el personal de noche muy bueno

Cons:

Solicité una simple plancha y me hicieron esperarla mucho tiempo sin respuesta. Hablé con la gerente y fue muy desagradable, despectiva y hasta burlona. El trato de ella fue de no me interesa su opinión, lo cual fue muy desagradable como hotelero y se cómo se debe tratar a un cliente

Non è più la Rimini di un tempo...
Pros:

Gentilezza del personale.

Cons:

Camera indescrivibilmente brutta, piccola e con un materasso imbarazzante. Mai più! Impossibilità di parcheggio e zona border line a Rimini con passaggi di notte poco piacevoli.
