Amazing food choices, fantastic room and service all round, hotel staff very friendly and helpful

Check in was a bit slow but front desk team were very helpful but I will be totally honest the smell outside the hotel was awful (sewage) and I thought oh no here we go... the foyer like the rest of the hotel is absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy. We were in room 718 and yes the lifts are small but it's not the Ritz. 718 is a corner room with only a room next to it, so noise was no issue. Room just what was expected, double bed is 2 singles together but again no issue as really comfy. Big bathroom with fantastic shower.
Dining room and entertainment areas are on the floor below reception and again that smell was there in the bar area but not in the dining area.
The dining room is set out beautifully and the team are dressed smartly and were absolutely brilliant, nothing was ever to much and they all deserve very high praise.
Food on the whole was good and something for everyone. Did hear people moaning that there was not much english food......you're in Spain.
My only criticism of the food is that some of the dishes were cold but that seems to be a common complaint.
If you're all inclusive you need to be aware of drinks included and you can find them on the front 2 pages of the drinks menu.
Snack bar at the pool is great but be prepared to engage with the local sparrows who like to help themselves to the food.
Pool area and grounds are well kept and the kids pool is great.
No designated smoking area but there is a corner next the main area with an ashtray.
The entertainment team are lovely and do a great job of the kids club, afternoon darts, bowls etc and the quiz and bingo at night.
We were made to feel very at the Globales and appreciated everything, met some great people . Thankyou

The room was clean and comfortable it was good to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Housekeeping was good and room was cleaned daily. Walls however are very thin and we were kept awake most nights by the baby crying in the room next door. And then the bins were emptied every morning at about 7am so we were woken by that aswell. (Nothing the hotel can do anything about and not their fault)
We were all inclusive but found the food to be luke warm and had issues with it being undercooked from the grill chef. When we reported it the staff said 'they know' (we also reported it to the rep). Looking around the restraunt alot of people seemed to be leaving alot of food on their plates. However there was a good choice of fresh fruit, salad and cold meats and cheeses.
The included drinks weren't too nice either. We are not big drinkers but did try a few cocktails which we ended up leaving and the wine wasn't very nice and always seemed to have sediment in the bottom of the glass.
All in all though, the room was nice and the staff great , the pool was nice and the hotel is well located to explore the island with good bus links to Palma and beyond.

The staff were lovely, could not have been nicer. Rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very efficient.
We had two problems with the hotel. One was the food, it was not warm at all, they certainly need their Bain-maries to undergo a serious check up.
The other is the WiFi. We could only access the Wifi either at reception or sometimes in our room. Made it difficult to keep up with messages from the Travel Companies.

Just returned from a lovely stay at Globales Palmanova. The rooms are very clean , comfortable beds , quiet and a great shower. We were staying all inclusive and the food was delicious and lots of choice , drinks were great too. The snacks in between meals were good and plenty to choose from. Pool area is big and as it was February it was easy to get a sunbed, the pool was very cold as expected in the winter season.
Lovely Animation Team for both adults and Children with things to do in the day and night. Saw some good singers in the evening.
Every member of staff were wonderful , friendly and helpful they really make the hotel and work hard but always have a lovely smile.

The House Keeping team are great and they clean the rooms every day. They really keep the rooms spotless and comfy.

This was our first time in Palmanova and its a lovely place with a beautiful beach.
Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel , we definitely will be back.

La atención del personal.

First of all our stay was quite a relaxing and enjoyable experience and I wouldn't say we left feeling like we had a bad time. However there were a bunch of issues that we felt hindered the experience.

We booked as a couple to stay a week expecting a Double Bed but on arrival we found out room had two singles pushed together that constantly shifted and moved around from each other. which wasn't exactly ideal. Which seemed to be also the case on other rooms as we could hear them moving around constantly each day.

The WiFi was just awful. Not that the signal was bad but half the internet is inaccessible and doesn't load. We couldn't even get on the hotel's own website, Google or news sites. Certain apps like YouTube and WhatsApp were fine but come on. In 2026 we shouldn't be limiting access to grown adults. It seems like it's a firewall problem but I'm not sure. Probably my biggest pet peeve of the entire stay was the internet being subpar.

Throughout certain areas of the hotel there's a distasteful smell of something off, like sewage. Very noticeable when entering the bottom floor near the buffet area.

The food rules were not very clear in the buffet area. Sometimes we seemed to be able to take food to our room and other times we wouldn't be allowed.

The walls feel very paper thin. We could hear a lot of what was going on in neighbouring rooms.

Besides these things everything else was good. The staff were really great, especially the bar staff. The location is good and the local shopkeepers were very helpful.

I used this hotel on an all-inclusive basis.
Every meal was delicious.
I also liked that there was a wide variety of drinks to enjoy.

I recently stayed at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel and overall had a mixed experience.
The reception staff were unfortunately quite rude and not very welcoming, which was disappointing as it’s the first impression of the hotel. In contrast, the restaurant service staff were very friendly and attentive, which made dining more enjoyable. The bar staff seemed stressed most of the time and didn’t appear very happy, which affected the atmosphere around the bar area.
The food was generally good, especially the poolside options, which I really enjoyed. However, I think the main restaurant could improve by offering more vegetarian choices. It would also be great to have a live cooking station at least once during the stay, particularly for fresh omelettes at breakfast.
On a very positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were kept very clean and well-maintained every day, which made the stay more comfortable.
Overall, the hotel has good potential, with great food and excellent cleanliness, but the service—especially at reception and the bar—could be improved to match the 4-star standard.

Melone und Annas waren die Highlights, beim Frühstück und Abendessen, jedoch auch eher befriedigend/gut.
