Globales Palmanova

On 1st day we were really please with hotel,but as time went on it was disappointing. Pool bar only 1 serving ,sometimes over 20 people waiting to be served in 30 degree heat for 20 min.
Inside bar not much better at nite.pool closes sharp at 6pm bit early for folk.
Food was terrible,grandaughter lived on chips ,we hardly ate a thing ,food cold then restaurant was so hot the jellys just melted.
Entertainment???? Really bad
Only good point is location.

We had a lovely 5 night holiday here from May 28th till the 2nd of June. Couldn’t have asked for better weather, the rooms were clean and the air conditioning and shower were fantastic. This was my first all inclusive holiday. Great selection of food and drinks through the day. The entertainment team were great. Special mention goes out to Charlotte. She made so much effort to come and chat and get all the kids involved. She remembered my partner from her previous visit and can tell she’s really invested in our job. She’s a credit to the team.

A couple of negatives which are more just constructive criticism. Maybe it was the time we came, but we had hoped for more water actives for the children. My step daughter came a couple years previous and loved the running water carpet. She didn’t get any chance to go on it this year and kept asking. The other thing which we really struggled with was the heat in the resteraunt. We really loved the food. But struggled to stay in there for long as it was unbearably hot. We would’ve had enjoyed being able to eat outside, but understand logistically this may not be possible. All in all, we had a great stay, and would definitely consider coming back again

Amazing hotel and the staff especially Charlotte is amazing we visit to see her every year .

Luckily we took the VIP extra option. Without it we wouldn't have enjoyed it at all. W met some lovely people in this area that have been coming here for years. They said its because it's the cheapest 4* and the VIP area is what they want.
At least the snacks in the VIP part are covered and free from birds. Sun beds are very comfy, but not so much in the pool area. We were AI because we enjoy the chill out during the day, but go out in the evenings. The rooms were clean and tidy. I have to agree that the hotel staff seem quite miserable. The 2 Sandra's on the front desk are lovely and very helpful.

We love Palma Nova and visit at least once a year, but we won't return to this hotel. Food quality is very poor! Staff just too miserable.

Charlotte and Julen are the best animation team there is. Cannot fault the entertainment. They get you involved in a variety of activities.

Great hotel, good food. Animation team are amazing!!! Especially Charlotte, she made the holiday for us all. Can’t thank her enough!!!

it has been a while since we stayed here,it has gone down in standards,no longer a 4 star.food for the most part was okay,breakfast not very good other times food was acceptable but had to use the microwave a lot more than ever before because food was cold,although restaurant staff did a good job.pool bar was terrible,always a long queue and only one serving and then having to make frappes while everyone else waited.will n ot be golng back.

Some of the reception staff not particularly friendly. Arrived after a delayed night flight , asked the receptionist if we could get some water as all bars, etc, closed. Pointed us to a water cooler with lemon in.
Not cool at all lukewarm. Disgusting.

Sunbeds an absolute joke, went to the beach and paid for beds all the time.
Token system for glasses/drinks around the pool,
Which is a good idea until you want to return your glass and retrieve your token
But end up in the huge drinks queue just to get them back.
Overall 3 star and that's generous.
Definitely will visit Palmanova again but not that hotel.

Food barely warm repetitive.Some of staff on reception ok the 2 Sandra's.Was charged 60 euro for 2 people for VIP area for the day nothing special when I questioned this was given 2 different prices 15 euro each then 30 euro each.Been here many many times .Now taking stag n hens in a family hotel not for us anymore .7 family members .Bar staff some let you have 2 drinks with token a young lass only 1 drink per token.Some of staff need training.

Overall a really great holiday spoilt only by the infestation of sparrows all over the snack food at the pool bar. The food on offer was the best I've seen, but covered in bird s**t, no thanks.

We really enjoyed our time with the amazing animation team! Julen, Andrea and all were great! We all love them and will try to come back to see them again!

For an early May visit we where pleasantly surprised, visited Palmanova previously and stayed at sister hotel Minosa ( sorry but Mimosa is far superior) but for the price £1000 2 adults all inclusive for 5 nights we can’t complain.
Location I thought was ok but if you find it hard to walk long distances maybe not the best as the far side of Palmanova but lovely bars, beach and mini golf wishing a 5 mi Ute walk if you leave and enter hotel via door at pool ( cuts a walk out)
Rooms a good size a d offered to be cleaned every day , I had an accident and smashed the mirrored doors in room - not drunk but slipped and expected a bit of agro from staff but no! Absolutely fantastic! Moved rooms within the hour and no charge ! Thank you soo much !!
Food- only ok, breakfast was the least favourite, cold and not much of a selection,
Lunch- always something to eat not the best though
Dinner- again food only like warm which really met it down I’m afraid.

There used to be a snack bar beside pool which was ok, beware though the little birds gain access to the rolls and completely put ne off, all the other food is covered though and plenty choice such as burgers, hotdogs, wings, pizza, chips, salad so you won’t go hungry.

Bar staff count do with smiling , especially pool bar staff- absolutely miserable , no interaction and very very slow.

Entertainment- never went but heard from people it was ok

Pookside- plenty of space around pool and no no sunbed races , and lots of tables to sit at but it was May, also a kids park and seperate area for adults only but think this is additional cost over and above all inclusive.

We enjoyed our stay, a little further away than where we would normally go but can walk into Magaluf etc 30mins so not to far.

Decent hotel but really need to up the standard of food as it was often cold or lukewarm other than that it was good for us.

Spent a week at Globales Palmamova and had a fabulous time, hotel is lovely and a good choice of food, 5 minute walk to the beach so perfectly located. The Animation team are great and Charlotte was wonderful!

Fabulous location just right for the beach. Plenty of choices in the restaurant. Cleaning of room leaves a lot to be desired to be honest. Miserable staff seating drinks etc at pool bar. Just returned from a 14 night stay in room 506. All was good until the mob in room 505 turned up on Saturday the 16th may. You know the type don’t give a dam for anybody but themselves. Overall not a bad stay but prefer the Momosa up the road.

We stayed at Globales Palmanova from 11–18 May 2026.

Positives:
The hotel is in a quiet area, a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and attractions.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice.

Negatives:
There appears to be a drainage issue, as there was an unpleasant smell throughout the hotel.
Very noisy Hotel. Doors slamming, Children running on the corridors and the walls are paper thin. We could hear people coughing in the next room. Babies crying and all sorts.
There was black mould in our shower. Though generally the place was clean.
We tried the evening meal once and didn’t return because it was very poor.
There are only two very small lifts for over 400 guests. The doors close quickly and don’t reopen promptly if they hit someone or something. I was left with bruises on my elbow and wrist, and other guests often warned people about them.
The décor feels dated and needs updating.

We loved Palmanova and would return, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay at Globales Palmanova again.

This was my first holiday abroad in around 10 years, and is, by far one of the best weeks I've ever had. The Golbales Palmanova was a wonderful hotel, great food and service all around.

But by far what made the week so special was the amazing staff working at the hotel. The staff were lovely in every area of the hotel, but I want to particularly compliment the amazing Charlotte and Jessica, who were consistently a highlight of the entire week:

Jessica was an absolute delight and I was shocked to realise she has only been working at this hotel for a few weeks. Her work with the entertainment for the hotel was stellar and she's an absolute asset to the team.

Charlotte was extremely fun to talk to and be around, always making games more fun by chatting with us during it, and even joining in the games at times! She did extremely well getting people to join in with the games and get to know each other. (Even managing to get me out my shell)

Overall, a fantastic hotel with staff that really do make guests' experiences far better. I would happily come back to this hotel again, and thank you to all the staff for their hard work every day.

We stayed at the Globales for a week. Very impressed with the location with a short walk to the beach, bars and shops. Room was always kept very clean, the food was enjoyable every day and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Would like to give a special mention to the entertainment team, particularly Charlotte and Jessica, who made the stay so enjoyable and always looked to get people involved and having fun on a daily basis. As someone who never usually plays the social games around hotels, their energy and enthusiasm drew me in and I found myself looking forward to every game (and there's a lot of variety in what was played, some more chaotic than others!). Thoroughly enjoyable stay all round, would definitely come back

We've just spent a fantastic week at Los Globales Palmanova as a family and enjoyed every minute. Great food, great company, a decent selection of drinks on the all-inclusive menu and a special mention has to go to the entertainment team who made the stay all that more special, especially Charlotte who is a credit to the hotel with a nickname for every guest and had us in stitches all week. 10/10 wouldn't hesitate to come again
