A noisy hotel, largely full of drunk British people screaming, shouting, vomiting, late at night. Doors slamming all night long. I barely slept for the entire week.
My room was very clean, functional with beautiful views, but the walls were thin. The shower was amazing!
The food was delicious and the restaurant staff work very hard. It can be noisy, so I used to go at the end of service when most people had eaten. I didn't go to the entertainment, but could hear it clearly from my room which was two floors above.
I did meet some lovely people who improved the whole experience for me, but it was not the relaxing holiday that I had hoped for.
Please don't stay here if you value peace and quiet. I would recommend paying a bit more for a much better quality hotel.
Clean. Good location near the bus stop. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Pool was lovely.
Pool not open early or late enough. Bar was not open in the sport bar area. Only one place for drinks during the day.
Stayed 28 April until 5May . Love this Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice for food .Great location and surrounded by Bars and Restaurants for those who like to eat out .I will be returning to hotel soon . I have stayed here multiple times
Definitely not a 4 star - very disappointed.
- No pool towels
- Rude reception staff
- No ramp access to kids swimming pool for pushchairs so have to carry pushchair up some stairs
- Rooms aren’t toddler friendly - door doesn’t shut on bathroom so toddler constantly trying to get in there
- Need token to get a drink even though got an all inclusive wristband
- Can’t connect to wifi at some parts of hotel
- Birds on the outside pool bar food
- No music around the pool - pool doesn’t open till 10am
- You have to pay to do the evening entertainment ?
- Not a pleasant smell around the hotel
My wife and i went to this hotel last year (2025) and had a great time so we booked for this year .The hotel is clean and well represented and the staff are polite and cheerfull. But this year the hotel was invaided by large hen parties and birthday groups .These groups were loud ,day and night and took over the dinning areas and pool areas there was constant noise all the time due to them all being drunk . Shouting in the corridors at 2 and 3 in the morning .We will not be coming back again .We aired our disapointment to jet 2 also.
This is the 2nd time since last year we've visited this lovely Hotel. Last year with our son and again from the 27th to today 30th with our granddaughter in room 211.
It's absolutely spotless, food was lovely, so much to choose from.
Wonderful staff, always smiling, helpful and very hardworking.
I'm so shocked at the negative reviews sometimes . All I can say is please ignore them.
Absolutely brilliant!
We will be back.
Margaret, Stuart and Chantell.
The view, the pool was good , clean but quite cold ..!!
Rooms were fine , Cleaned every day .
Good shower , Towels changed every other day ..
Daytime snacks a bit limited , probably if you have all inclusive , it would be fine .
I was B & B.
We stayed for 8 nights from the 10th April n an AI VIP package.
On arrival the hotel reception was busy with a large group of golfers. Staff did a really good job of checking them in and moving swiftly to us.
Room wasn’t ready, no problem. We changed into our swimwear that we packed in our hand luggage and headed off to the VIP area.
We were pleasantly surprised to see what was on offer! Red,white, rose and Frexneit Cava, alongside beer and fruit, pastries, toasties and pizza. The area was cleaned and replenished often. Definitely worth the extra we paid.
We were given our room around 2pm and were surprised that it had a sea view!
All in all we had a great stay. We went out and ate at nearby restaurants and also for drinks.
Oh, on the VIP basis, top shelf drinks are sometimes included such as Baileys. Hubby had a few Barcelo runs which cost a few Euros extra.
Would we stay here again? Absolutely!
Just coming to the end of my 4th visit to this hotel, and sadly it will be my last.
Firstly, do not turn up here with kids expecting a family-friendly environment. The hotel has started accepting guests of any group size, and as a result, the pool area can get very loud, often with very drunk travellers, which really changes the atmosphere.
On a positive note, the breakfast and snack bar are awesome and definitely a highlight of the stay. However, the evening food is pretty much awful and a big step down in comparison.
Service has also declined — around half of the staff look like they really don’t want to be there and can come across as quite rude, which is disappointing given how welcoming it used to feel.
I’ve had many great trips to this hotel over the years, but sadly it now feels like it’s turning into a bit of a free-for-all.
These are just my opinions, and I appreciate everyone’s experience may be different.
Clean, comfortable room. Bright communal areas. Pool and sunbeds great. AI board was great value for money.
The lifts were very slow, and only 2 taking 4 people each for quite a bug hotel could make wait times quite slow.
Stayed at this hotel from the 8th till the 20th this 12 day holiday break was booked last year because it was to cover my retirement, wedding anniversary and my 66th birthday. When we arrived at the hotel and booked in we had to pay the tourist tax that's ok I then asked if you have to pay for the safe in the room, they said yes asked for how many days I will be staying, I said 12 and the price was 80.35€ but the reception staff seemed to embarrassed to say so they just turned the monitor screen to face me. I got a shock at the price but I like using the safe because I don't have to carry everything around with me so I payed it and was told that I will get 10€ deposit back, if you convert it it's looking like £61 for the 12 days. Went to room and unpacked we then went to the bar for a few drinks, when I we got to the bar and ordered I was asked for tokens or wristbands as I don't have any I was told that you pay. I know that I will pay for any drinks I have, as I am on half board. This happens again at the main bar, the lifts are very slow and iffy the panel inside the lifts says 6 pers 450kg but at times if you have 4 people in the weight warning goes of so someone has to get out , the sign outside the lifts says 4 people only. Because no one asked me what I wanted to drink at the evening meal on the first night we saw people getting soft drinks from the machines in the restaurant but in hind sight I should have realised it was for all-inclusive only but I got half a glass of coke and lemonade before I had just sat down the waiter was saying that you are not allowed free water only, But they will let me off this time. After that it's was seemed like they were watching me all the time. After this we just went down for breakfast and evening meal and then leave and not get anything else. As people said the dragin of furniture anytime day or night banging of doors gets very annoying when you are trying to sleep. All the signs say please keep quiet after 11pm . It's looking like this hotel is more interested in all-inclusive guests and not half board guests like me. If this is the case then they should say in their promotion information that this is the what guests they want. Conclusion, would I stay here again sorry but no, when I have payed over £2000 for this holiday, I don't want to feel like I am not welcome to be there. Again the price for the safe is very high as if you look online some hotels don't charge or the price is half. I have been using half board now for the past 10 years and never had any problems going to the bar and getting drinks just here .
Hotel was very clean Animation staff were fabulous.
Nothing really maybe the food could have been a bit better
Just had a week at this hotel wouldn't say it was four stars though it was clean staff were family ,towels were changed daily but food was a let down only went down for food three times all holiday ,food was only lukewarm ,and hubby says sausages at breakfast were disgusting, and room walls were so thin you could hear people snoring in night ,and constant banging of doors early in the morning was so annoying, balcony facing pool were quite small ,looked over neighbouring rooms
If you’re young or of colour then don’t even consider this hotel. Full of old people who clearly are racist.
Palma is a nice clean area itself but this hotel absolutely stunk of dirty toilets throughout our entire stay.
The children’s entertainment was good but if you want a bunch of strangers (without children)watching them then this is for you.
The rooms were nice size and cleaned when requested.
We was served uncooked chicken as if it just came out the packet onto my plate.
Some of the staff would put alcohol into drinks and others wouldn’t and just say it’s pre mixed already.. confusing.
It’s the same unseasoned food for breakfast , lunch and dinner. And if you’re hoping on getting in the lift after a long day you can wait for minutes just for it to be empty. The staff are rude and we felt not welcoming at all.. on our last day of the stay we found (ourselves) that there is a black gate next to the pool that’ll take you to the beach, no one told us this and could’ve saved us a lot of time.
Will not be staying AGAIN.
Returned home from this hotel on Friday it was a cheeky getaway for my birthday and it was a fantastic week. The hotel is immaculately clean all credit to the staff (although did see a mum empty her baby bag over the kids pool little fence not 6ft away from a bin and leave rubbish on the grass absolutely no need) the food was great always something different to eat only felt the need to eat out once and that was for my birthday tea. We were in VIP and it was worth paying for it, padded sun beds, own area with refreshments you just help yourself, there were plenty of sun beds throughout the day and plenty more stacked up if needed. The entertainment appeared ok, we chose not to get involved in any day activities and we enjoy having a drink outside or on our balcony in the evenings those who did participate appeared to be enjoying it, all inclusive drinks where fine if not strong enough they were happy to top up with alcohol. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back, there is something for everyone in all areas, you can’t go wrong
The location of the hotel is good. Pool area is pleasant
This hotel is probably the noisiest hotel at night that we have stayed in. The walls between rooms were paper thin. Added to that some guests returning during the early hours thought it ok to shout, swear, argue, slam doors and we also had someone vomitting outside of our door at 2.30am one night. Not good
Great holiday, lovely hotel. Animation team brilliant, always interacted with my child and included her.
This was a family holiday and our first time at the Globales Parma nova, A massive thank you to the animation team for their hard work and enthusiasm. My son Harrison didn’t want to leave! The hotel was very clean and we didn’t have a problem checking in or out. There was a good variety of food for everyone during our stay. The location was fantastic as Glof Fantasia was right next door and it was a five minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of evening entertainment, remember this is an all inclusive. We didn’t use the VIP/adults only because we had our son with us but it looked amazing. Overall, this was a lovely holiday and we would definitely return.
Thank you for a lovely holiday. :-)
