Amazing animaction team. Charlotte and Sergio are fantastic, full of energy, fun and very welcoming. Activities very well run. Excellent face painting skills ⭐️. Stretchy stretchy very good.

Upon arriving at this hotel, they classed it as a 4 star i can assume this is because they have a VIP area no way is this a 4 star ! This hotel is 2 / 3 star at best .The cleaners & reception staff are polite the rooms are dated & there are only 2 lifts which hold 4 persons & guess what ...
the lift on the left hand side broke down for most of the day on Thursday 9th July ! ! If there was a fire it would be unlikely that everyone would get out safely my partner has Lung Fibrosis which the hotel were aware of but still decided to put us on the 7th floor . We will never go all inclusive again in Palma with this hotel chain as the food at this hotel is very poor doesn't seem to alter the variation mainly evening meal chopped ham, boiled egg, what's wrong with incorporating fish ? The hot meals have been mainly CHICKEN or CHICKEN based on the last 3 nights so we've occurred additional costs to eat out .
The drinks menu is rubbish as our barman couldn't distinguish what an Irish Coffee was he poured me a Coconut liquor with ice & lemonade so I handed him the all inclusive drinks menu which shows many different liquor Coffee's he obviously needs training ! ! The entertainment in here leaves a lot to be desired there is no ambience say if you wanted to relax with a drink in a quiet area. The sports bar wasn't open on Wednesday/Thursday as short staffed ( this is July remember ) so anyone wanting to watch the World Cup had to go into town !

The location is ok short walk to the beach,The atmosphere was quiet no music allowed round the pool because of the local residents who complaints about the noise. The room was kept clean and the towel’s changed every day the shower was not the best could do with renewed Value for Money It’s over priced This Hotel is rated as a 4Star hotel I would give it 2 Stars and that’s being generous The food is terrible if you use the pool food bar you are sharing it with the birds that are feeding on food tongues and uncovered food.The food in the main dining room was not good at all in fact it was terrible. The Staff were miserable and would not speak unless they had to as if they didn’t want to be there Drinks were not very good either.Entertainment was rubbish to say the least unless you liked bingo every night I would not recommend this Hotel to anyone and will never go back. 1 Star

Location is perfect - only 20 minute drive from airport and your on the beach within 5 minutes with lots of shops / restaurants available.

The hotel itself I would say is more 3 star, there is always a good selection of food in the restaurant - however it’s all average. The pool bar serves chips, pizza, burgers and hotdogs all day. We had an all inclusive package, your only allowed 2 drinks at a time, and in the day there’s only 1 bar open - which is at the pool!

The hotel has 2 small lifts, which only fit 4 people. We got stuck in the lift with my 6 month baby, the help bell doesn’t even ring to reception it just sets an alarm off. We were stuck for approx 5 minutes and none of the staff were even aware this had happened!
There is no baths in the hotel either, and the kids pool is up approx 6 steps with no ramps - which makes it difficult with children!

The rooms were always cleaned daily however the walls are paper thin. We were woken up 4 nights out of 7 by the next rooms TV and talking!

We also wanted to use the safe in the room and the hotel wanted 50 euros to use it for the week!

The staff were always welcoming and nice.

I would stay here again but wouldn’t be my first choice unfortunately!

Just back from a one weeks all inclusive family holiday 4* hotel? More like 3*. Hotel is very average in my opinion found some staff (bar & restaurant) very unhappy in their jobs, not welcoming & faces tripping them. Rooms clean and fresh towels daily. Not great choice of food come lunch - dinner hence why we opted to eat out most of the times. Breakfast was better. Crowded pool area and struggled to get sun loungers. Did not use entertainment at night but there did seem to be activities on. Would i say it’s a great hotel for 4-6 year olds?, I do not think so. Wifi connection very poor. Great location, 5 minute walk to beach front and beautiful restaurants. Overall would be happy to try an other Globales hotel just not this one again. Always room for improvement.

Positives ! The hotel was clean and there was never a fight for a subbed. The food was nice but not incredible.
Negatives! There were no veggie food options and no children’s food options. Cocktails were paid for and we were sneered at when wanting any form of frozen drink! 90% of the staff were so miserable. Considering it is supposed to be four star, you had to hire towels for the sun Loungers and an extra 1 euro was charged if you wanted a clean towel per day.
The drinks- you are given a token each on arrival, this can be swapped for a plastic glass (smaller than half a pint glass) and this was to be taken to the bar every time you wanted a drink.
The lift was ridiculous, I use a wheelchair and if my chair had been 2cm wider it would not have fitted in the lift. My friend had to push me in, then lift the wheelchair so she could squeeze beside it and ride with me. Had a lovely holiday but would never go to a Globales again.

Had the best time at this hotel no compliants, credit to the animation team Charlotte and Sergio made our time here amazing! Very friendly welcoming and funny :) great activities and very accommodating.

Great food.Very clean.Very close to beach.The pool could do with steps instead of ladders. Daytime entertainment is not too good.Very quiet.Pool temperature is exceptional.

Charlotte is always so kind and welcoming.
Always brings a great vibe and atmosphere in the day and evenings. She is a great credit to the animation team! She and her the team will be missed!

Beautiful clean hotel, staff all very friendly and attentive, food was good, always alot to choose from,the snack pizza was amazing!! the beach a few minutes walk away,a few niggles, the pool was not opened until after 10am,one day was near 11am, and in 30+ degree heat at 8am the pool is indeed needed, also there was some issues with floaties for the pool, some children were being told they were not allowed there crocodiles or donuts in the pool as they were to big, which should be specified before families go and purchase them, and if your a smoker you can't smoke, you can on your balcony or outside the gated area of the pool. Would visit again though.

Overall had a fantastic stay here; very clean and staff super friendly especially the entertainment staff! Only criticisms I have (but wouldn't stop me from returning) there is definitely some sort of wasp issue around the kids pool, there was SO MANY all throughout the day all around the sides of the kids pool! The toasters in the restaurant need to be upgraded as it takes 3 working days to make a slice of toast 🤣 maybe a bit more variety for little ones for the evening buffet, however im the mother of a child with autism and good aversion so just some chicken nuggets would've been excellent! Had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back x

Just got back from a 10 night stay at this hotel, our first time visit to Majorca. Hotel is in a great location 5 minute walk to beach, shops and lots of bars/restaurants. Apart from a funny smell on the lower floor every now and then the hotel is exceptionally clean. The cleaners were always working hard. Bar staff and restaurant staff were mostly friendly some didnt smile much but maybe because they were busy. Food was typical All Inclusive and we always found something nice to eat. Breakfast was very good. My only negative with breakfast is the small and very slow toasters. Really need upgrading to the type other hotels use which are quicker and fit more slices on. The All inclusive cocktails could have had more included, my husband was very disappointed that there were no pina colada or Sex on the Beach free on all inclusive.
We had a room with pool view and the room was ideal size for the two of us.
The animation team were so good getting people involved but without being pushy. Special mention must go to Charlotte who was just brilliant, so friendly, funny and happy. All the animation team were great and knew our names after the first time.
Overall a great stay

1st time staying in this hotel and in palmanova. We loved it. The hotel was recommended by friends who go each year in May. They recommend the VIP area which we took and we were so glad as you can help yourself whenever you want to food and drinks and access a lounger with ease. We enjoyed the food in the hotel. Staff were efficient. Hotel room was nice and very clean. We received clean towels everyday and room was cleaned everyday. We had matching robes that were replaced 3 times during our 2 weeks stay. We paid extra for a sea view which we loved (room 611) The sound proof in the rooms is not great and we had 2 nights of broken sleep with very noisy women all talking laughing and shouting out in the landing for at least 40 minutes at 3am. We are planning on booking again for this hotel as we loved it and loved the close proximity to the beach etc. we will be asking for the sea view again and definitely taking the VIP area.

There is always room for improvement and we would have loved toilets in the actual VIP area rather than having to go out to reception with swimwear etc and there was no were to keep your key card safe if you wanted to go down to the pool for a swim as you needed the key card to enter back into the area.

Overall we were delighted with our 2 weeks holiday and had a fantastic time. We will definitely return to this lovely clean hotel. We met some lovely people also 😊.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and loved it, so decided to book again for a last minute holiday in June for 5 nights.

The hotel is ok, in a fabulous location, clean and has lovely rooms. However, I do not feel the all inclusive option is a bit of a scam, when certain foods and drinks are classed as ‘premium’ and therefore you need to pay for them. All inclusive means ALL INCLUSIVE, therefore everything should be included.

Some of the staff this time around were very moody and looked miserable when you spoke to them.

This year, we were given a token that we could give to the bar in exchange for a cup, this is to reduce waste and save the planet, which I get. HOWEVER, I found it shocking that this meant you could only order 1 drink from the bar - this included alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks.

My partner went to the bar with our 2 cups and asked for 2 alcoholic drinks. We were both super thirsty, so wanted to get 2 diet Pepsi’s which is included in the all inclusive menu. We were told no as we only had 2 cups from our 2 tokens.

I thought this was appalling considering it was non alcoholic drinks we were after.

The food is nice, but it’s very repetitive, therefore, we went out more nights than stayed in.

I feel the hotel has slightly gone hill slightly, but nether the less, it’s still an all round ok hotel!

Arrived on the 6th of June at this hotel,on arrival the cleanliness and aroma made us realise we made a great choice.Before we even flew, I had previously emailed the hotel and had told them about a condition I suffer with and they accommodated perfectly.we paid extra for VIP and hearing from friends we met by the pool it was the right decision.waiting for drinks at pool bar can take a while.our room was basic but clean and great size, had 2 balcony’s (125)and dressing gowns,towels changed when you like,great pool view.
Breakfast has everything,lunch is ok and dinner was repetitive but still ok PS please don’t touch the French bread 🥖 its display only 😳 snacks and food from 10:00 till 6:00 by the pool side everyday.lots of entertainment for children and adults me included, golf,darts,curling,shuffleboard,football,table tennis.etc.Bingo and quiz at night on days.big shout to Charlotte from the animation team great sense of humour and character and also the life guard Azahara beautiful sole and on point loves her job and so friendly.location is so close to beach through back gate 2min walk,shops,restaurants,bars (stadium bar live music every night) will definitely return.great place and people had the best time 🤗
