Property is good, service needs to be improved
Pros:

The castle itself was very charming, suite was really nice, we felt like royalty

Cons:

The service itself, maybe coz I used to service in Dubai, but I'm not very picky in general, and what surprised us, it's that room wasn't cleaned the next day, no refill with water, no changing towels..this small thing really put negative mark on our mood. But, during checking out hours, they have compensated this mistake by offering us breakfast. Also about breakfast itself, the cost it's 35 euro and it's not worth it at all, better to find some cafe around and to have nice breakfast dish.
But in general location is nice, it's very charming and you can watch the moon from terrace, which is really beautiful

Pros:

L’emplacement et le calme de l’établissement.

Cons:

Salle de bain exiguë et accès parking -réception sur de gros galets agressifs pour les talons et les valises à roulettes. Aucune allée carrossable.

Nice property but too remote for a stay with kids
Pros:

Comfortable room, lovely grounds, lovely pool.
Charcuterie platter one evening was nice. Good staff.

Cons:

Location- pretty but remote. Surrounding towns seemed to have all shut down - nothing was open in height of summer, with no restaurants nearby which was tricky as also no restaurant in hotel for evening meal (with kids this was hard)
