Die Lage des Hotels … die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich 😊 sogar an meinem Geburtstag bekam ich vom Hotel eine Sachertorte und ne Flasche Prosecco 👍

Just feeling really welcome and taken care
Pros:

We are here the second time, now just my husband and me only. The first time was even with our tiny dog in the sun- also there was the experience great. The rooms are really great furnished with a great atmosphere. You look mostly towards the mountains and have a great pool for real swimming - also the restaurant and all the other places are always kind of renovated and good in shape. The most important is however the service : it’s a family hotel and you can tell by every little detail and taking care of the customer

Pros:

Wir kommen seit zehn Jahren hierher. Gleich bleibend hohe Qualität, tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem nahe am See,freundliche Gesichter und ein top Frühstücksbuffet. Es macht immer wieder Spaß, hierher zu kommen. :-)

It was perfect. The location was amazing, the amenities were terrific and the staff were so lovely.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. So much variety and all incredibly delicious. The lap pool was so refreshing and the extra relaxing pool and lounging chairs were great. We came for a road cycling holiday, and the hotel had everything you would need for biking - they connected us with a bike shop for rentals, provided us bike lights that we have forgotten, and had pamphlets on so many rides to do that left straight from the hotel. Also great bike storage and a bike maintenance area for upkeep + bike wash station. We also did the wine and olive oil tasting, which was terrific. We will absolutely be back, can't say enough good things.

Superschee wars.
Pros:

Es herrscht eine gute Stimmung in diesem Hotel. Alle Team-Mitglieder sind sehr freundlich, gut gestimmt und stets aufmerksam. Ein 25 m langes Sportbecken ist beheizt, so dass wir es sogar noch am 9. November lange nutzen konnten. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein wunderschöner Wintergarten mit schönem Möbilar. Das Frühstücksbuffet beinhaltet unter anderem verschiedenes gebratenes und gekochtes Gemüse, Lachs mit Zwiebeln und weitere gesunde Leckereien.

A great hotel with lots of appeal. We would love to return one day!
Pros:

We all enjoyed the lovely facilities, ambience, helpful staff and the location of this exceptional hotel. We went in low season but there was still enough guests around but wasnt too busy either. We loved the pools, sauna and the breakfast area. We appreciated how peaceful and quiet the hotel and the area was to.
The hotel is a 5 min walk uphill from the lovely town and lake Garda. Near enough to get to the restaurants and lakeside walks, far enough away from the traffic and noise!
We found all the staff helpful and welcoming. They shared information for cycle routes and we really enjoyed hiring bikes and doing this during our stay.
The whole place felt clean and well run. We would certainly like to visit this hotel - or another Aktivhotel - again in the near future.

An all round fantastic hotel
Pros:

We had such a memorable trip staying at Aktivhotel in Torbole, north lake Garda. We couldnt believe the hotel is 18 years old, its so well kept, and every winter when they close for 3 months (they have just done this) they update and renovate the hotel for the new season.
The staff were all lovely, especially the reception team. Also amazing coming back from breakfast and our rooms were already cleaned. Very well organised. The whole hotel was clean and beautiful. We also loved the pool and saunas, which were not too busy during our trip.
A five minute walk down the hill and you reached a wonderful Italian restaurant and plenty of shops and of course the stunning lake. A few shops were already shut when we went, first week of November, everything was definitely winding down being the end of season.
We enjoyed walking and cycling and the reception team were helpful with tips and organising electric bikes one day when we wanted to go up to the waterfalls.
A wonderful trip and we could of stayed longer, but the first half of our holiday we spent in Venice. We then flew home from Verona, which was an hours taxi ride away.
A lot of guests were serious cyclists so clearly its great for that here. We chose it more for the size, facilities and wellness aspect. We are a family with teenagers and we all loved it. Lovely comfy beds and quiet hotel and neighbourhood that we slept really well.
