A great place, a couple of things that could be improved
Pros:

The hotel has a very nice structure tucked between the mountains just outside of Torbole, and still within a very short distance from Torbole on foot. The hotel is modern, luxurious and well desinged.

Cons:

I have three observations:

- in my opinion the water of the pools was not sufficiently clear
- the receptionist continue to speak with other people and do other things while I was checking out
- the receptionists offered me a 5% discount if I was booking directly and not through Booking - that's quite ridiculous to me
- my room was an "economy room" and breakfast was not included. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and reasonably price, but it should be more clear on Booking whether breakfast is included or not.

Sensationelles Bike-Hotel
Pros:

Für Biker und eBiker sensationell eingerichtet. Einstellraum mit Setckdose und Reinigungsanlage für Bike. Die Räume sind super mit vielen Ablagen und Klimaanlage. Es gab ein hervorragendes Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Wonderful - was sad to go. Already planning our return.
Pros:

Fabulous hotel - they have thought of everything - clean - modern - such friendly and helpful staff and great food! Beautiful setting and so close to the front - we will absolutely be back.

We had a brilliant week at the hotel and particularly enjoyed the wine tasting and pizza nights
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with a huge range of facilities and events. Particular mention must go to staff member Giovanni who was absolutely outstanding. Warm, friendly, fun, endlessly helpful and a credit to the team. He really made our stay memorable

Perfect!
Pros:

Wat een fantastisch verblijf hebben wij gehad! Na een lange autorit met ons zoontje van 5 maanden mochten we al vroeger op de kamer. Dat was voor ons ontzettend fijn en maakte meteen een wereld van verschil. Ook mochten we meteen aanschuiven bij het ontbijt, wat we enorm waardeerden. De service was uitzonderlijk. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We voelden ons vanaf het eerste moment welkom. Voor ons verdient dit hotel dan ook méér dan een 10!

Daarnaast was het hotel heel verzorgd, de kamers waren schoon en comfortabel en het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Alles was enorm proper.

Wij raden dit hotel absoluut aan en komen hier met veel plezier nog eens terug!

Tolles Frühstück, auffallend nettes Personal, tolle Lage!

Cons:

Klimaanlage etwas laut... trotzdem - 10 von 10 insgesamt! Bitte nicht viel größer werden, sonst geht (vielleicht) der Charme des Hotels verloren...

Pros:

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich toll. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Blick vom Balkon aus. Freundlichen Personal mit familiärer Atmosphäre. Ist dem Begriff eines sportlichen Aktivhotels würdig.
