ottima posizione, colazione sufficiente, personale collaborativo e sempre presente

Cons:

sembra che manchi la presenza di un responsabile che abbia sempre la situazione sotto controllo in modo da sistemare anche le piccole necessità che possono presentarsi. Le camere possono migliorare nelle dotazioni che non vengono aggiornate inoltre il riscaldamento in bagno non può esser modificato, caldo torrido.

Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Bahnhofs (ausserhalb der ZTL) und in Gehdistanz zur Altstadt. Parkplätze gibt es zu günstigen Konditionen in der blauen Zone (Reception händigt auf Wunsch einen Parkschein aus). Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Frühstück ist für italienische Verhältnisse ok. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt und ist empfehlenswert für jemanden, der sich in einem einfachen, freundlichen Hause wohlfühlt.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum ist klein und eher eng, wenn viele Gäste gleichzeitig eintreffen. Würde das Douche-Gel in Tütchen durch einen grösseren Dispenser ersetzen.

Location was excellent and room was very clean and comfortable.

The wifi didn't work over 4 days. It was still a great stay but it was disappointing because it increased our expenses.
